Brought our friends here from UK ( more than once ) As usual it didn’t disappoint! The food was amazing and the service was better than ever Rampi, Ruma, Mali, Brenda, Caesar, Kazu, Bikash and Rishi were all so friendly and our friends commented on their politeness and knowledge of the menu. Also the bar staff Kumar and Grant who work so hard but always have to wave and say hello. Everyone is very professional but also take time to treat us like family.

Good vibes...if you're a big fan of beer this is a must visit atleast once... They usually screen all of the major sports events....

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of food value. From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff (especially the Filipina lady and the guy in the bar) set the tone for a delightful evening. I left with a full stomach, a satisfied palate, and a desire to return soon. PS the lady manager is also nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was a great place but gather but right now they force you to have main course while drinking as per regulations, although if you been to other places without mentioning names, just one appetizer will be alright, we were four people and we had to order FOUR MAIN COURSES, and when I spoke kindly with the manager she just doesn’t mind and I told her I will post this, her reply with “go ahead”... so right now these moments I don’t recommend this place anymore and that’s why may be when I go there it was empty. Ended up paying 843 dhs for four drinks and four main courses.

After spending over 500 AED, the staff her name is Angel, had the Audacity to tell us we had to order food for each person again who wanted to drink. How ridiculous and obnoxious is that!?! Maybe trying to het as much money as possible during this situation. Rules were followed, all at the table ordered a main course and even appetizers which resulted in a bill over 500 AED, but Angel insisted we order food again for each person who wanted to have a drink, which makes zero sense! Good job in customer service during these times, would not come again at this establishment. Or better, just leave your food all night at your table so they won't keep on charging you for no reason. Even 1 star is too much. It's been over a week, shows how much the management of this establishment cares for their customer!

1 star because its a nice bar for drinks and I don't usually leave reviews but consider this a public service announcement , Do not under any circumstances order the avocado quinoa salad unless you're happy to pay 60 dhs for approx 3 tablespoons of salad. Actually can't even believe it. The "standard" portion is a tiny plastic measuring cup, I genuinely thought they were joking .... Waste of money. The pictures don't even show how ridiculous this is... absolute joke

Review based on multiple visits over 3 years. Unjustified pricey food and mediocre service. Quick beat club music doesn't fit the interior mood at all and we, a group of 2 people, were told to stop playing a board game for no justifiable reason. Thought I gave them the benefit of the doubt after many months of absence, it has deteriorated. Avoid.

I was in the neighborhood and fancied a beer. This appeared in my Google search, I like Belgium beer so why not. After ordering a Leffe Blonde beer I has a look at the food menu, the Nachos are a favourite of mine and oh yes........... They where fantastic I even saw the neighbouring tables pointing at them. Staff where very nice and helpful. Verdict 2 Leffe Blondes during happy hour and great Nachos equals happy Stu. Thank you Belgian Beer Café.

We had dinner here while visiting Dubai from New Zealand. Sitting outside gives fantastic views over Festival City with the lights. Happy hour beer and wine prices until 7pm are reasonable, staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was all fantastic, big portions - the beef burger was soo massive my husband couldn’t finish it. Perfect place for a casual filling dinner - cost us about 800AED for 3 adults 2 kids with a couple of alcoholic drinks.

Very friendly staff , great service and cosy atmosphere. We have ordered a platter of mixed appetizer, salmon, grilled prawns and steak for main dishes. Great taste and nice presentation. The crunchy French fries are a must try. Ask for Shariff, very kind and patient staff and always smiling. He attended to our table and made sure our orders are correct and served on time. We will definitely go back again and recommend Belgium Beer Café to family and friends.

Wow, terrible customer service downstairs by Angel... We follow all the Covid protocols, spent over 500 AED as a party... After we close our check she rudely tells us we can't order another drink because the check is closed and can't be opened again unless we buy one more dish per person? We followed all the government guidelines, ordered tons of food... Awful service, this person should not be working in hospitality

We dined here on Monday evening. When we arrived the place was almost empty. We sat on the terrace and we ordered two drinks, and both were served quickly. I ordered beef burger and asked to replace the fries with salad. My friend ordered croque madame sandwich and also requested replacing the fries with salad. The orders took between 30-45 minutes to be served. My burger was quit good, however the salad was tasteless. They didn't serve any vinegar or olive oil or balsamic. Nevertheless, the experience was good overall, but I think their main courses are quit expensive for the quality served.

Nice Belgian beer bar in walking distance from my hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to have a few beers with friends and grab a small food bite. Coming back for sure next time I'm around.

It was the worst food experience. I ordered chicken wings it was soft and did not come with any sauce as a side. When I asked foe the sauce they got me some red chilly flakes full of water and no flavour. I called before coming to this place and the first question I asked is if the have chicken wings but it was a disaster.the waiter was not helpful either as whenever we wanted to order something he made it complicated At the reception we were assisted by a nice lady called Alina that I loved so much, she was very friendly and helpful

One of my favorite bars 😘👍drinking Leffe blonde beer and having mussels and fries is a pleasure 😍 they also have a beer garden in the 3rd floor. It's nice and spacious and has different seating setups.

I usually go to Irish Village when I hang out with some of my friend but decided to try this place out on the suggestion of one of the friends. We ordered the mussel pot (blue cheese broth) and meat platter. Both tasted very good. The pot has a very good quantity (enough for 3 people). The short rib just fell off the bone and was super soft! Loved every bite of it. Perfect ambience to sit and socialize.

For Beer lovers this is right place they have so many choices of beers and foods and everyday different offers and pacakges also available must try this place I love to come here most often specaily for My favourite Beer hoegarden they have tap beer as well bottel beer options . Staff and service is top notch highly reccomended . Thanku guys i will be back soon .

Made a quick stop over here for some hoegaarden and stella using our 2+2 deal on Zomato gold. The place was pretty crowded and with the offers looks like a good watering hole. We ordered wedges as well which was average. For mains we moved onto another restaurant in the same hotel but the crowd here was good and is a decent spot for some drinks.

I stopped for some drinks at BBC. I have been to their other branches. This one was good too, was very spacious to my surprise. Decent Ambience. Service was decent too. They accepted #ZomatoGold, so that was a bonus. We had 2+2 on whisky and ended up paying 25 or so for a drink. The Calamari was very very nice. Generous Quantity and very crispy.

One of my favorite bars, best thing about this branch is the roof garden, not that good in summer though. Non smoking area is very small and kind of trashy look. Some waiters don't have a grasp on the full beverage menu.

Had drinks with a few friends yesterday and even though the ambiance (music) wise was slightly low key the service was good and the place still adhered to the norms set by the government regarding COVID distancing etc.

Food was excellent, wine and beer was very good, service was little slow but its ok

Not as good as it used to be. We had the calamari rings which looked like and tasted like it was the cheapest quality available from their supplier. and the beef burger wasnt anything wow. If you do end up going, don't expect any special ambiance, but you can be sure to get a good selection of Belgian Beers.

Great place to go especially to watch the Premier League games on the big screen. All covid secure measures followed. Plenty of offers on beers. Should definitely try the bitterballen.

Love a good night spent at the Belgian Beer Cafe with a few friends. Watch a bit of sports, throw down a few drink and great selection of food from their menu. Hoegarden is always the way to go with beer there. I recently tried their Raspberry infused Hoegarden beer. Wow that stuff is tasty. Usually beer goes warm, flat and horrible once it's been sitting for a while but this stuff stayed just as good. Nice frosty beer at start and if it sits out a while, then no worries, it tastes like an alcohol infused raspberry juice. I recommend the mussels from their menu as their a big favourite among the regual crowd. All and all its a great place for a hang out. You can easily spend 3 hours there and still feel time time flew by pretty fast. The food is a bit pricey but if you order the right dishes, they're well worth it.

All time favourite place to have some beer and spend time. Did not like the attitude of the lady who was serving as she was not much bothered or maybe not happy with her job. Overall a nice and chilling place to spend sometime !

I liked the interior, drinks and food. We tried mussels and truffle fries. Everything was fresh and fries were super crispy. Good place to hang out with friends especialy if you like Belgian beer. Only minus was that the weitresses had problems with the order - to remember it and they forgot part, so it was not possible to get a complete order at once (maybe they should just write it down) also they put a tray with spices on a chair - this is somethig to be fixed. but still I recommend the place.

First of all I love this place.. the food is great, the air circulation isnt on par at all. The beer is even good, hell its crafted Belgian beer after all. The veal escalope and escargot are very good. Along with some blonde leffe as always.. the water with orange instead of lemon is a nice gesture as well. Good music vibe as usual for a sports bar. Expect to carve out about 200+ per person with food and drinks.

A great place to celebrate any holiday (15% discount in honor of a birthday), or just sit in a good company. The staff is very friendly and punctual. Of course, due to the level of the restaurant, the price is not in McDonald's, but the quality of the food is top notch. From the menu I can recommend prime burger, cod on zucchini, vegetable salad (vegetables are very fresh and tasty) and apple pie for dessert.

The place is very nice with a light music. The service is good and the food is tasty to mention the steak & fries and risotto with truffle. Prices are fair. But the place was not full bas too crowdy and some loud people were really annoying. The place is located in a nice area.

There was fly in beer. I have been going there since last two years. When I informed a lady manager over there, she is saying it is not in our control. Even she tried to make it up with free beer. But my intent was to tell her that it is not hygienic. Management - please take it seriously and train your staff on how to interact with customers as we don't come there to drink for free. I will never visit again and don't recommend it. #unhygienic

It's a good place to stop by when you want to eat pork dishes. But this time fish and chips was better than pork rib.

Great little bar at the hotel. The prices are fair and you can watch soccer. Please note that you can smoke inside 🙁 Beside the smoking the place is great.
