I believe Klye was my bartender and made some awesome whiskey sours. Super positive and friendly environment. Great music. Very nice vibe and energy in the whole place. Will definitely go back and try some different cocktails. Relatively cheap drinks as well.

A new interesting spot on the nightlife map. Friendly door policy, great crowd mix with lots of interesting individuals, busy bar, outdoor terrace and probably one of the best tunes in town at the moment. Dance, drink and smile!

Not a fan of the place. Not sure how you would define it, is it a bar, a lounge, a restaurant, a club? You might think great it would suit everyone, but in this case it was just confusing. Setting of the tables would make you believe you can enjoy dinner and have a conversation, but music definitely wouldn’t allow you to do so. Service was friendly but clumsy, got a wrong drink as well as 2 drinks that we never ordered. Not sure i would go back to Barbary, at least not anytime soon.

Tried making a reservation twice. Was told I would get a call back to confirm and never got that call. When I called again after that, my call was rejected and sent to voicemail. Decided to just show up. The place was empty and even though staff saw me, they decided to sit in the corner and chat and laugh instead of welcoming us. It was obvious they didn't want anyone there, so we left. Plenty of other places in Dubai that want business, so didn't waste my time and moved on.

As the night progresses the place gets extremely crowded, to a point where you can’t move. As that happens ordering drinks at the tiny bar gets painfully long so be prepared to stand there for the most part of your night. Quality of drinks is really good tho. Ambiance is pretty nice and we had fun. Something really needs to be done about the speed at the bar tho, it’s a real mood killer.

Really enjoyed a meal here recently. The bar is very inviting and even though it’s quite an open bar and seating area it still provides a great atmosphere. The food was quite good cauliflower was great, prawns were also delicious however the tartar seemed a bit old and the beef itself had oxidised and lost its fresh red colour. But great service and highly recommend.

One of the sexiest venues I’ve ever seen- and not just in Dubai. Excellent music, service and price point- it’s a great addition to Dubai’s bar scene & I really can’t recommend it enough!

Great place, the manager Garth is a legend. Nice urban chic styled reataurant, high naked ceilings, wonderful cocktails, great food.

I had such a lovely time during my visit here. The staff are all very friendly, and the interior decoration is so beautiful. The food is also really tasty, and a good value for money. I highly recommend the Barbary burger with the sweet potato fries! It gets crowded during the later days of the week, so make sure to book in advance. Sunday’s are quiet nights.

Loved the vibes! Never seen anything like it in Dubai. Interior and ambiance are sultry. Music is on point and different than what I'm used to in the city. Fits the place perfectly. Cocktails are utterly delicious! I highly recommend the Pinky Swear and Bloody Bary (pictured). Place is a bit overpriced but worth it.
