Greetings all, Almost every morning I come to the Malabar restaurant to having breakfast before going to work, the menu is very varied and everything is delicious, when I enter all the staff will greet me kindly, I feel like I am at home, they arrange everything neatly and cleanly, and are very fast in serving the ordered food. Usually I will also buy my lunch and dinner in Malabar, and everything in the tea corner is delicious. I highly recommend you to go to Malabar Thattukada, Industrial 2, Ajman. Good food, good life. Was surprised to see the ambience at such a location. The service is impressive. Jubin Thomas one of the staff was quite remarkable, attentive and switched on. Overall above average in terms of food quality, and excellent in terms of cleanliness and ambience.

First time tried their dishes. Clear seafood soup was authentic and if you don’t like clear soup then try cream or other options with seafood. Caribbean prawns in the starter is a must try. Absolutely loved the taste, it’s creamy sweet mouthwatering flavor. Chicken curry was good and porotta as well. Will visit again for other dishes.

Travelled to Ajman exclusively to have food from here....but the experience was disappointing...situated inside the industrial area, inside ambiance is good, but very congested.... service was very very late, after waiting 45 minutes waiter came back and said, ordered items are not available....it was too late for lunch, so ordered what ever was available....samudra kizhi , kappa etc...no way near expectation or cant compare with any decent authentic restaurant....sea food kizhi - felt the fish was not fresh...over spicy...not worth a second visit any way....

Recently we have been there to have our dinner. Ambience have attracted us first. They have nice boat house like setup, where you watch the scenaries via digital. You can choose the fish you want to be cooked. We really enjoyed it. Best place around Ajman when you are looking for a nice place to dine with family.

Amazing South Indian cuisine, must try chicken lollipops, beef fry that melts in your mouth and ghee rice that is fluffy to our satisfaction. Must try if you are craving for a back home dejavu rush!!

A great ambience for dining but unfortunately not backed by equally great food. Effort has been taken to give the traditional though artificial kerala atmosphere. However the food we had, lacked that wow factor though not that bad either. In comparison to the price being paid, the food is so over rated, especially the seafood items. Hope they make the necessary changes and do even better as there are no much choices in the region.

Great ambience with great staff. We were there for Christmas day’s special buffet. We reached there late, but enough quality of each item was there and served with special attention. We are from Eastern part of India but we like to have special South Indian style spicy food. I can’t remember the name of each item but yes, the food was really tasty and spicy. I can name them as duck curry, rabbit pepper spicy and turkey roast. Its in Ajman industrial area, surroundings are not clean but inside decoration and food will definitely give you a positive vibe. One more request to authorities, in this pandemic situation, please provide the gloves to your customers during buffet time. It will give us more confidence to come back again. Average food. Parota is below average, breaded fish in vepilla dont try, i guess it would have better without veppia. Seabream tawa is average, masala was good. Tea was gud. Its an average restaurant with lot of advertisements and good interior.

Terrible experience. We have ordered two biriyani both were disastrous. Fish biriyani is full of salty and mutton, we can't even call it half boiled. Terrible service also.

Entering to this restaurant, the first impression was superb, amazing ambiance in an uncanny industrial area. Ambiance is pleasent and looked clean. There it stops all the mirage. Upon entering washroom, it was smelly, dusty over flown dust bin, water on the floor and it was sticky on the door handles especially at this time of pandemic. Coming to the food, we ordered kattupothu roast (this was 3 times more expensive than the regular beef), thattu kada beef fry and chicken kiyi. None of them were tasty, Kattupothu roast was terrible interms of taste n tenderness of the beef. It tasted like frozen beef. On the chicken side, we got prawns in it, and when we complained about it, they were like we use the same masala, so by mistake prawns got into it. Only God knows if they mixed someone else left over. One of my friend is suffering from seafood allergies. Luckily we found prawn before he did. Will not recommend. For such a high price tag at least use some good quality product and be honest about the product.

Went here for lunch, ambience very good, clean, friendly staff. Had Kerala meals with prawns fry. Good and tasty food. Prawns fry is recommended, parking is a concern though, as u have only limited parking in front of the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Food and service is exceptional with nice ambience. Samudra sadhya was good . Only issue is the parking and location since it is located in industrial Area.

On seeing the name Malabar Thattukada in Ajman, we called the number and the person answered very professionally and even sent us the location map which convinced my family to visit the restaurant from our hotel at beach road in Ajman. The person identified as Mr. Leenus, welcomed us and even went to the extent of serving our favorite dishes The food was absolutely delicious, Mr. Leenus was very courteous and friendly, the ambience was perfect which made us feel like smoothly travelling in a boat in the lake of Kerala, it was unique and we felt the boat was moving. We thoroughly enjoyed the little time we spent in the restaurant. Mr. Leenus an excellent salesman, served the food with explanation of the dish. Excellent ambience, economical menu, they serve everything - veg, lamb, fish, chicken.....family friendly atmosphere, good food. On very rare occassions it gets difficult to get hold of your server.

It was my first time in this restaurant. I went with briyani, since I was craving for it to have in a good restaurant for almost a week. Luckily they dint disappoint my tummy, it was served in a banana leaf in a traditional way, I loved the food and in the end not even a single rice was leftover in my leaf. Highly recommending to try their dates pickles. The ambience was good with candle light feel. Added to my liked list. Will revisit again to try out their other menu's.

Ordered a Beef Biriyani through Talabat last friday. Cost of a Biriyani was 24 Aed, I have no issue paying this amount, but the biriyani was just below average with one piece of meat and one big bone(may be my bad luck🤞). Most of the basic cafeterias serving far better than this with just under 10 Aed !!! Also I tried many dishes from there occasionally, but everything is just ok & overpriced ! not up to the mark. they need to improve a lot in their quality.And also whenever I ordered anything home delivery, they never send any disposible utensils or at least atleast a plastic spoon.i ordered only a Beef Stew Curry(24 AED) to my office near by.they deliverd only just curry in a rectangular box. Nothing else ! How can we take the curry from that.? We ordering food to spot usually we don't have any setup for cooking or dining right, it's a basic manners of a restaurant. Also I ordered a pwans fry from here almost six month before they charged it 38 Aed & delivered frozen prawns fried in some coconut oil, using bad quality ingredients.there no flavour at all, just like eating rubber with some masalas.! Dine in is recommended for their interior & ambience. Any way they need to be improved a lot on food quality!!!

One of the best restaurant in Ajman. There was a dosa mela between 3-7pm & you can eat aw many dosa you need after paying 15aed per person. It was good offer & we tried variety of dosas.
