First visit & very disappointing. For Takeaway order of half grill chicken, they made me wait 40/45 minutes. Fresh juice ordered instead frozen fruit juice given & ignored special request. I specifically requested not to be cold or icy. Other juice prepared on raising complaint. Barbecued Chicken was bland & not tasty. I am sorry, will not visit next time.

We always try Charcoal here. The outdoor seating is very nice.

Anybody ordering something, tell them clearly. They don't even know what a combo mixed. If you order something, it will take around 50to 60 mnts to get it for the distance of below 2km. And after getting you will be surprised that you will not get the full items on the combo. If you asking for the missed item, it will take again 30 minutes to get. Which means we have to suffer against for their mistakes 🤣

Had shawarma and burger from here. The filling was less in shawarma with lots of tomatoes and burger was reasonable. Staff friendly and attentive.

Don’t waste your time! I ordered a Mini Mix Grill. It did not come with grilled vegetables, nor beef cubes. Instead it had 7 chicken wings which they tried to hide under the fries. It looked nothing like the picture on the menu and was a rip off for 27AED. When I arrived, I sat outside; no one greeted me, nor brought me a menu. I had to go inside and get one myself. I ordered my food and decided to go inside since it was cold and windy. I waited for a really long time, too long to make a shake and a mix grill missing 1/3 of the items. The waiters barely spoke any English and didn’t know simple menu words like ”strawberries.” I found it hard to communicate with them. When I approached the guy to complained about my meal missing items, he tried to ignore me as if I weren’t there! I had to say, ”hello” to get his attention. He pretended he didn’t understand what I was saying and proceeded to argue with me that the picture shows 4 chicken wings. He did not acknowledge a thing I said and just kept repeating sentences about the picture. He did not want to admit the picture looks nothing like what I got, and that it was wrong. He did not even apologize nor compensate my meal. I will never go there again. When ever is chicken wings in an Arabic Mixed Grill and without grilled vegetables?!

Son introduced to this restaurant. He'd ordered a calzoni double burger (kinda zinger burger)ordered with 2 chicken piece, salad, cheese which came with fries, and we had ordered fresh pomegranate and strawberry juice. The burger was biiiig compared to its price AED 17.00. Always, ask for their free garlic sauce. Cars lined up outside gave an impression that they have a good following of clientele.

An extension of Day n Night restaurant chain. Really up scaled. Place to sit inside and out side. The servers are in a uniform. Neat and clean. Cheap but delicious food. Must try. I always get strawberry juice from here. Servers come to your car to give you the menu and take your orders. Food packaging is interesting. Better than McDonald's.

My family best spot for Shakes and fast food I love their oreo shake and my kids love the chickin pops and fries. They ahve good parking space which is actually masjid space but empty most of the time. You can order and enjoy in your car theor service is very quick. Try their fig shake... you will love it.

They are yummy shawarma 🥙, good place, and area has lot of parkings, and not crowded place, juices is good aswell and grilled chicken.. they give free soup 🥣 thats also yum 😋

Cammon Guys, Before your Food was Fantastic, now The team and The Management think that your Location is right So you will automatically get Business, I would Suggest You to Improve Food Quality, quantity of Items The Money You are taking from Customers, I ordered 1. Charcoal Half Black pepper which was Burnt (Khubbos was Given Lebnani Which was of Shawarma Which was peeled from inside). 2. Mix Grill:- Quantity was Missing (Have wings which was good And chicken tikka also rest all was Not good Chicken kabab was Blunt and they say mutton kabab but it was Buffalo frozen meat and most importantly the mutton tikka is missing dont know they forgotten or not given and they charged a 28-29 Dha for the Mix grill Salads was tooo dry, Hummus was not good, garlic was okie and I would suggest if you charge good as compared to market keep Mint sauce also what is now a Trend every where And most Important We asked for soup they just said finished very casually, usually if the soup is finished the restaurant give any soups like Manchow or Hot and sour but they just said finished,

Very bad customer service. The food (Araais) provided was burnt and the staff didn't even replaced it. Manager denied to replace it and claimed that's how the food was supposed to be.

Food is okay but build at least one washroom for ladies and children.

No chai or karak available here, 1st cafeteria all over UAE who dont sell Tea or coffee, i went ajman for dental treatment and this cafeteria was the nearest, they took my 20 minutes for small order, taste was good and value for money, but should have karak and little fast service to get 5 stars

Hummus was raw and without tahini . 2/5 Charcoal chicken was fluffy and cooked well . Asked for normal chicken but Chicken was still spicy 3/5 other ways it was 3.5

God bless the people owning this restaurant. They're not greedy in prices while offering real tasty food.

too bad. One time when I ordered charcoal chicken it was not grilled and also when I ordered it yesterday I was given stale hummus. When asked about it, there is not even a good answer😡
