Although it looks impressive, that's where it ends. Still waiting to check in. Told to come back at 2pm. Not allowed or offered the use of amenities. No bar, not even a dry bar. Pool out of service. Had ask for water. Treated like cattle, once we got to reception. Looking for a new hotel. 1 star is being generous

Very nice place. Maybe not very new and requires some maintenance, but what was really good about it was: a) This place is alcohol free. Patrons are allowed to buy alcohol somewhere else and drink in their rooms, but they must behave, and no alcohol is served anywhere in the hotel. b) The place is very quiet and is good for the family vacation. c) Food in the buffet was quite good too and the prices for patrons are lower than for casual visitors. Despite there was a lot of families with small children, the atmosphere was very quiet and ambient.

Absolutely fell in love and already rebooked for Christmas 2024. It's that good. The staff are wonderful, it has a compact, popular pool with terrace and direct access to its own area of beach. The sea can be very strong, but there are life guards, and they change the flag to indicate if it's safe to swim. They are very vigilant. The food is outstanding and we dined in for the included breakfast and stayed in for the evening buffet, because they had wonderful Christmas themed dinner buffets for a nominal extra cost, it was excellent value and delicious. We adored our sunset facing balcony with a panoramic view of both the city, sunsets, and the beaches. Fantastic. The room had a large terrace, the patio door opened the full width of the room, and the sea breeze was excellent.

Most wonderful hotel I have ever been to. Beautiful hall, centerpiece is always with freshest flowers. The personnel is incredibly polite king and helpful. Every person of the stuff: receptionists, waiters, janitors, housekeeping service, cook, chefs, guards, plumber, engineers - are the best!! So gentle and responsive❤️ They helped me to arrange a present for my friend which was the top! 🌟 Cleaning rooms, changing sheets -every day. Tasty and interesting food. I would definitely come back again and recommend to everyone this amazing hotel. Thanks very much to every person in this 🏨

We went on this hotel to chill during the Eid. Hotel is beachfront, so it can become expensive - but surprisingly, it is not that expensive. Good value for money! They have their own beach, and a restaurant is just nearby, so you can just sit and chill in front of the beach. The pool is relatively small, so it can get really crowded during holidays. We also ate on their in-house restaurant, and the food is great! Rooms are cozy, and comfortable. Will recommend if you're on a tight budget but wants to experience high-end hotel 💯

From the time we enter in the hotel we got genuine welcome from the staff member's. The hotel is well cleaned and well maintained as well. The room is very clean and equipped with all stuffs we need on regular basis. The staff is very polite and helpful as well. They look after us like home away from home. I recommend this hotel as a must experience as they will make your stay wow.. Only one thing I wanted to share is the rooms are cleaned properly. Lobby flower arrangement was awesome on UAE national day. Thank you so much for the heart worming experience with the views of the sea..

Loved this hotel and what made it even better is the staff members. My brother in law booked for us and we were so happy. Hotel room was very nice and great beach view. The buffet was nice & had everything. Nice hotel and very clean. The staff members were great they greet you so nice and did everything professional, and never stopped smiling. Good kids activities if you have children. kids pool, entertainment room, swings. We will book there again on our next trip ☺️👍

Nice place, have private beach, good swimming pool and lobby area. The food were good. I attended a business meeting there so not sure about the room and other services. The parking ramps was bit narrow so may take time to park your car If are tailing some unskilled driver.

I have never been a massage person but this place converted me. Nita and rose did the couple’s massage I had booked for me and my husband and I think we will keep coming back for more. Excellent atmosphere and welcome at the reception. The place smells of aroma therapy and the light is perfect to relax and unwind.

Awesome hotel with nice location at the beach, cleanliness of the hotel was up to the mark, my room was very clean, my 8 months baby was playing and scrolling on floor of the room and it was cleaned very well. We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 2 weeks, and it was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, specially the beach and the garden. The rooms were recently redone and with a very nice view over the sea.The main restaurant was very good. Thank you to all the servers! I went to a vacation with my family to what was supposed to be a five stars hotel and was shocked that it’s not even a two stars hotel. Gave me a small room not the size mentioned in the booking requested for a change, I moved to another room there was no hot water, the shower wasn’t working, the fridge was not working the AC was ice freezing and can’t control the temperature instead of apologizing they sent me a very low quality and low IQ maintenance guys which were trying to play it smart on me and they fixed nothing. Mr. Hussain the duty in mangers was very unprofessional told me if you don’t like it you can leave but we will deduct the first night ( that was at 12 am in the morning and I have baby with me)

We enjoyed our stay in the Ajman Palace hotel. All facilities are modern, well-maintained and stylish. Wonderful breakfast and very kind and helpful personnel. Rooms are spacious, very neat and clean. What astonished me though is the absolute disregard of the environment. I guess freshwater is the most precious and scarce resource in the UAE. Still the hotels by default exchange towels and bed linen (!!!) daily. It is nothing specific to the Ajman Palace hotel, but rather a common practice, which we have encountered during our trip in the UAE. I think it would be an easy and big step forward if the hoteliers at least place some cards in the rooms offering the option to the guests to reuse the towels and the bedding (instead of me writing a note every day which gets read/ understood only occasionally…) Thank you for your hospitality and all the kind help!

We stayed here last holiday. Check in took quite some time but it was smooth. The facility was clean overall. The Bellhop was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good although it can use additional varieties. We enjoyed the infinity pool. Would be great if hotel would offer other water activities in the future but overall, our stay was amazing!

I have booked the wedding hall at the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. The hall is very spacious and it can accomodate 500 people easily (contact the hotel for the exact limit). The food menu was delicious and had different varieties. And they have enough parking space for all the guests and it was really convinient. I had stayed at the hotel for a night and the 1 bedroom apartment was spacious. But it was not designed well.

I had a small issue and to be honest they managed to handle it quickly thanks to Ahmed Hashem the reception manager who was following up to ensure everything is great! Great hotel with nice view of Pool & Beach, the reservation was handled very well by "Himanshu", and all the request was communicated to the team to make it happen. Valet service was smooth with nice ambience in the Lobby. Check-in was smooth and we got our room right away. We were also explained about all the facility and the package that we had booked for. We were staying at Suite 640 and it has an nice Sea & Pool view. the state of the room was kept in very well condition and neatly arranged. We were surprised with Romantic Set Up as we were celebrating our anniversary there and I did not ask for that, but we were really pleased with the special touch and a Cake . Housekeeping staff that we met in corridor was also very engaging and offering assistance with the direction. We had our meal in the All-Day Dining as we were in All-Inclusive pkg, Restaurant staff were very welcoming and special thanks to "Sanjay" who was working on Terrace. He was very kind to our children, helped with the table booking and looked after us during dinner. All the restaurant staff including Chef were very friendly and helpful. Pool temperature was perfect, and lifeguard was very friendly with the children. The grass area was well maintained, and beach was clean. Recreation team was also very friendly, and checkout was done very smoothly. Thank you everyone for the wonderful time that we had there during our short stay.

Excellent hotel with very exceptional service. Healthy and delicious food, very friendly personal, especially in pool bar. Good location, with clean warm sea and good area for walking after dinner. Just go left, to Ajman Marina and you will find a good place to visit with your children. Very good coverage of WiFi everywhere, including the beach area. The management is also very professional and friendly. We had some troubles connected with the noise in our room and we were proposed to change our room even to more expensive one without additional charge.

Such a wonderful staycation. We relaxed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights during Eid holidays (2023). Breakfast was really amazing. They have separate club for kids where they can enjoy with painting and indoor play. My kids enjoyed in getting tattoo and henna painting by Michelle. Special part is private beach, view and pool.

I spent a wonderful 5 days at the Bahi Palace Ajman Hotel. It is a hotel located on a beautiful beach, yet centrally located with good access to the airport and attractions. The hotel is in a classic Arabian style with a beautiful lobby. The rooms are spacious , in my opinion in need of renovation but the staff do their best to keep them in perfect condition. There were a lot of tourists in the hotel in November but the management and staff took care to ensure comfort. I especially appreciate the excellent service - reception, restaurant, cleaning service. I had some requests and tips and they were all listened to by the wonderful managers Especially mr Soumajir. Thank you for your respect and willingness to help. Great spa, wonderful Asian restaurant. I would definitely recommend.

One of the best family holiday ever. All my 3 kids and wife including me really had a fantastic time. Where should I start. Firstly Mr. Ibrar Duty Manager and Mr. Abdulaziz, thank you so much for being considerate. The sea view room really made the difference. The food was really amazing.All the kitchen staff, chef really surprised us. The stake was worth the wait. The restaurant staff Mr Raj and all others (sorry cudnt remember the name) were really helpful. the beach the pool the ambience all were top notch. I had my wedding on the past 11th of August 2023 It is the best place to hold events and conferences. The halls they have are very beautiful and they are very detailed, organized and are very professional.. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and calm. The view is absolutely amazing. The place is very clean and very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed staying with them for a period of one day. We will return again in the near future.

If you want to experience Dubai but have a holliday at the same time, this is a place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and even when they don't have a room with a sea view, it is nice and the building itself prevents the noise from the street to reach the rooms. Peaceful and clean hotel to stay in Ajman. Nice sea view located room with clean and sanitized room and balcony. Comfortable bed and bathroom supplies they are placing of good quality. On the top of that the staffs of all departments are very coordinative and helpful.

Pros: the food quality and taste are very good , the beds are very comfortable. Cons: swimming pool very small and no distancing is possible , the rooms needs more maintenance like the fridge that hardly cools anything , the telephone that doesn't allow you to call the reception, the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. the massage Spa in the hotel are very unprofessional, even though you confirm the booking and timing they make you wait , first in , first served (not sure if the hotel managers have any control over them)

Starting from parking till my room everywhere spotless clean and well sanitized. The sunset view from room view sea view was incredible. The staffs of all departments are well presentable and always ready to assist the guests. In one word I can say clean and familiar hotel for expend holiday with family.

Nice location and beautiful palace hotel. Our room wasn't big but it was comfortable enough to relax and enjoy vacation. Balcony has a beautiful sunset and beach view. Not so spacious but worth having it for the view. Breakfast buffet was nice. Just enough selection of everything. Room was clean. Pool is small and usually full of kids but you have a sandy beach with lots of sun beds spread around. Gym is very well equipped. There are a lot restaurants down the Corniche in case you wanna eat outside. Be careful while going to the underground parking. It's a bit difficult for certain cars cause of the curve at the entrance. During weekends and public holidays could be very packed with families so pick your dates wisely. I stayed in August for a few days and water at the sea was so hot. Like a swim in a soup. You can find a spot in the pool and cool down

4 star for its quality vs rate ratio. Food was good, international cuisine. Room was not up to my expectation. Staff was very cooperative. Pool area was too much fun. Spent 2 nights there and we enjoyed it.

Reviewing for our stay in August 2021. All staff are friendly and accommodating. My kids enjoyed the kids playroom and the facepaint. The attendant also were very kind. For a week stay with almost thesame breakfast menu everyday is somewhat disappointing. Great facilities!

Stayed for a night on F/B basis, the location & atmosphere was good, specially there were two staffs in the Arabesque Restaurant Chef Shamith shahan a brilliant Chef treated us like home!! & the supervisor Mr Tedy was super friendly as well, both gave us a good service, we wish to visit again for the kind and friendly gesture of them! most of the other waiters were too busy! Overall i Thank the management for having us on one of our special day!!we had a great time!!

Although it is 5 Star rated, charging premium rates.. issues with the hospitality business basics.. maintenance, quality, cleanliness and value for money.. some facilities are much outdated and doesn’t rate even 3-4 stars, missing the decorative touches.. furniture scratches or even dirt everywhere.. needs lots of renovation, hotel can be better utilized.. beach setup and pool can have much better quality .. only one semi restaurant is open although high it is Eid season, not much variety and bad quality and taste of food, cheap integrants dinner Buffet at Arabesque Resturant rated 2-3 stars only doesn’t worth more. It is obvious the hotel have management issues. Staff are ok and cooperative, they need some hospitality training..usually busy serving customers at such high season.

Stayed at this hotel 4 nights while on business in Sharjah. Enjoyed my stay and the staff was awesome. Cleanliness & quality of food was top notch. Milan greeted me at breakfast each day at 6:30am, which was a great way to start the day. I also enjoyed walking to adjacent hotels in the evening to sample there food & drink. The hotel and all areas I walked to in the general area felt very safe.

We stayed at bahi palace on 8-01-23..we had 3rooms . It's was a rainy day.. The check in was fast ..it was done by Mohamed .. But one room was corner room without balcony and no view...so we asked for room shift...but no room was available on same floor ..so that room they shifted to next floor... Rooms are average size with every facilities..bathroom with bathtub.neat and clean.. housekeeping and reception all were good and friendly... Infinity Adult pool is big, overlooking the beach .kids pool was good.. outdoor n indoor jacuzzi Indoor sauna n gym,kids club.clean and beautiful beach. Breakfast was super with variety of items,4type juices, coffee ,all types of milk, fruits ,soups, cereals, freshly baked brakery...etc. All together the stay was fantastic. While booking try book beach view rooms...don't go for corner rooms.
