To start of, the television is super old. the restaurant staff are SO SO rude!! we asked for soft drinks and they kept asking “for who?”. you shouldn’t ask for who the drink is for. number 2 the staff has an attitude every time we ask for something. number 3 the bowling is for literally for 400 AED and for what?!?! number 3 the restaurant staff, again. they caused a commotion towards my brother so he could pay 100 right after we left. we were sitting for an hour or so, and no one spoke to us about extra money. they all gathered up around him and embarrassed him after we left.

One of the worst experiences I ever had in UAE. I did my engagement party in the hotel. Rude valet staff, I was supposed to be a able to park and they said no and started laughing that am not the groom !! . Rude security that wouldn’t let the cake, and sweets to enter the hotel even though thee event planning teams knows about that. The female security started to kick people out as soon as it hit 12am even though the event planning said it fine till 1 or 2 am. Very unorganised hotel and zero internal communication. Rude staff and rude manager when i started to complain about the valet and security. Am not recommending the hotel for anything.

We went to attend a event. It was amazing!!! Its quite a big place. Lots of halls, for different events. Food at erth is amazing!!!

I recently stayed here with my large cycling group in preparation for a major event over the weekend. Despite there being a lot of requests and many logistics to work out, the staff was extremely helpful and always available to answer questions and help with preparation. At every step of the way each person I worked with was professional, timely and positive. The facilities are very large with much to explore and plenty to do. From their fantastic sports facilities and historical displays to the delicious buffet and restaurant to their recently remodeled bar, great pride is taken in the service and the details. A few people to shout out from our experience: Amit - a great leader, always finding the right people to support your needs and to get things taken care of. Grace - a master at sorting out logistics, dealing with communication, following up on requests and getting things adjusted to the needs of the guests. Cristian - very friendly customer service, super helpful with going the extra mile, always available to sort out requests and is an A+ solution finder. Romeo - a concierge that is always there with a helping hand, thinks ahead to make everyone comfortable and feeling cared for and has a positivity and stability that helps you feel confident in the hotel. The front desk staff - I didn’t catch their names this time, but they were ready to go, even with more than 25 of us checking in at once. They kept wait times down and sorted anything that came up (room change requests, forgotten ID, etc.) quickly and efficiently. On top of all that, the rooms were set up impeccably (a result of the extensive remodel and refresh of the entire facility) with some little treats set up special for our group. The personal touches will keep us coming back. Great job everyone!

The Officers Club Hotel features wonderful recreational activities, where it is possible to play a game of tennis inside the tennis court, or to take a tour around the local culture, and it is also possible to dine in the middle of evenings in distinctive styles, in addition to a special club for children. 

Every thing was good I had a party with family for my graduation, food was very delicious but you can't give them the car and they will park it for you, you should park it your self.

Resturant only review: alrimal resturant Good : best Salads, best soup , good atmosphere. Bad: Local food is not grate , not Authentic ( haris or chibab , balalit ) bring visiting local chif please. Burrata : not freshly made ( frozen ) why ? Shush : same dishes every day no sashimi or tempura Breakfast: where is the steam tomato 🍅 or the Sautéed Mushrooms 🍄!!?? 🍄 Staff : very helpful and smiling but no one asking how was the food ? Overall: it needs alot of improvement to rech 5 star hotel restaurant. Best of luck.

i was working here before. if you are thinking to work here in any of department then you should be ready to screw yourself. I highly don't recommend this hotel AKA catering to work. you stay unemployment for ages but don't work here Higher post staff are so rude and unprofessional. you will see dozens of people queueing in HR for resignation

I'll be covering the gym mainly and some sports facilities in order to be fair. Ive been a member for over a decade here and its great to see how far the place has come. The staff that work in the gym are extremely friendly and helpful, which adds to the positive environment. The gym in my opinion as of this moment seems to have much more cardio machines than weights, but is still somewhat well balanced. Has a decent amount of football grassfields, tennis courts, squash courts etc. The only comment I really have is the membership fees, as it is extremely expensive and unrealistic honestly ( you can also see the effect of that as there are people who don't renew their memberships anymore etc) and maybe to add some more weight machines.

This huge complex was built as the Officers club. From 2021 it named Earth and opened to the general public. It consists of hotel, auditoriums and huge recreation area which includes shooting range, Olimpic size swimming pool, 2 separate gyms equipped with Technogym machines, and steam and saunas. Winter garden is located in main hall as well as the number of restaurants. There are also several outdoor sports grounds.

A most enjoyable evening in quite an unique environment. The food was delicious, unfortunately spoiled by waitors removing plates and desert before everyone was finished. The outside dining experience was enhanced by the balmy UAE evening and water feature.

Went there for iftar with family and friend.. really enjoyed the evening with amazing food,drinks and with live music. Live North Indian chat corner is there.

One word, amazing. Went for a business meeting. Great venue, looks fantastic and great history inside. It's near the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

My family and I went to the Arabian Eid Brunch at Al Rimal last weekend. Words cannot express what a wonderful experience this was. The facility itself is incredible, the entire staff was helpful and took care of our every need flawlessly. And the food, yes the food, was by far the best brunch I have been to in Abu Dhabi. The selection the presentation and the preparation completely surpassed my every expectation. Thank you all for a memorable dining experience

The worst hotel i have ever been. To find the hotel location... Good luck.. As the name of the hotel " west wing" is different than the name listed on Google Map "the armed forces hotel". No signs tell you how to get to hotel... I spent one hour searching the area before I get the hotel. The receptionist is very rude and they got angry because i asked why on earth the hotel name is different from name list on Google map or booking. Com. The room is very old and smells so bad. I asked for non smoking room and i can tell the smell of the room looks like a smoking room. The carpet in the room needs a replacement since it is old and dirty. The amount wear and tear in the carpet or the furniture in general requires immediate replacement. The hotel is very expensive cost me 400 AED which i assumed it is a five star hotel but it is actually 3 stars hotel. To be honest 3 stars hotels are much better than this hotel. You need a guide tour just to reach the restaurant to have breakfast.. Since it is hidden in middle of nowhere and far a way by 1 km. The bath room is old design and is not functioning well. Bad sewage smells. The road to get the hotel is under construction with huge pump... Except a car damage whenever you come to hotel. Elevators are so tiny and you can not find them elsewhere in the hotel... Only if front of reception desk. Door card reader was not working, every time I go outside the room I can't get in because of this issue.

Good and well decent ambience, with courteous staff, Had a very comfortable stay for 14days which was quiet long stay in one place.
