Ski Dubai is an indoor ski resort with 22,500 square meters of indoor ski area. The park maintains a temperature of -1 degree to 2 degrees Celsius throughout the year. It is a part of the Mall of the Emirates, one of the largest shopping malls in the world, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Excellent. Ideal for ‘first experience’ lessons. The centre is huge and has real snow, includes ski lifts. There is a viewing area inside the cold zone for parents to watch their kids. The centre provides everything you need, including clothing for observers. It’s a strange experience standing in snow, at -4c (24F) while in the desert!

Wonderful experience went there with family during October. Quite on the affordable side as they provide wide range of packages. Clothing is available there in all sizes not to worry about along with it there aren’t long queues for rides. Accessible pretty fast. Definitely a clean place to have fun with. I think the temperature was around -10C to -5C i maybe be wrong here. It was quite cold. Gloves are must if you tend to play with snow. The ropeway gives a fantastic view of the whole park. Would love to visit again.

Some good and not so good points. The snow was fine, nicely maintained, The Penguin experience was fantastic. Overall, the place could be run better - more effective control of the lines for the lifts, the lockers were unpredictable whether they would work or not, and the boots were extremely old. If you can, take your own ski clothing as the clothing provided would not be anywhere near warm enough. Overall, a bit of fun at a very reasonable price.

Amazing ski environment and close to the real thing, various packages to choose from. Give yourself time because there's lots to do and sometimes long ques. They provide snuggly war clothing and lovely complimentary hot chocolate to warm you up some activities close at 22h00 so get there early. Out side the Ski resort there is the Cheescake factory which is must for cheese cake lovers 😋

Having been skiing for almost 30 years around the world. I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities. This is my first indoor skiing experience, and it was pretty fun. They have a long chairlift and 2 pull lifts on the sides (can only be used if over 1.25cm). The slope wasn't busy at all, we went during a weekday to make sure we would maximise the skiing experience. I went with my 7 year old son who is in his 4th season and he thoroughly enjoyed it - even if there were a few tumbles. There is some disruption on the lift as less experienced skiers / tourists get on/ off the lifts, but overall you can get a good few hours in. The equipment rental is OK, pretty basic, but gets the job done. There is a premium rental option as well, but probably not necessary if you are just learning or going on this small slope. There is also a whole separate section with bobsleigh and some other rides for the kids to enjoy. Check height restrictions, as they have different ones for different rides, some 1.25cm, some 90cm, some 120. The only slight negative is that once you have done it once, you probably would not feel the need to come back again.

It is a part of the Mall of the Emirates, one of the largest shopping malls in the world, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This country goes all-out in entertaining their tourists.... They have something for everyone.... Who would've thought of experience what it would be like to live in a place where the temperatures drop below 0° .... Mentally prepare yourself for the discomfort that comes with these temperatures. The staff are really nice and play with the kids. There are 5 rides to enjoy in the snowpark on top of just enjoying the snow. We also chose the penguin encounter. Its was very informative and interactive. We had a fabulous time. This was our first indoor mall ski experience. The temperature is definitely cold. I wish I had something to keep my head warm. When I did the Snow cinema I did receive a beanie which was nice . Excellent place to enjoy cold weather (-4c), and get away of dubai usual hot weather.

If you want to enjoy real snow in Dubai, then Ski Dubai is the place to be. This place is located inside the Mall of the Emirates, and its one of the best snow parks in UAE. It has a lot of snow rides other than snow ski for non skiers. Rides like snow sliding, snow tubes, snow sledging, snow zorbing, snow bumpers, chair lift. Or you can just play with snow. There is a cafe inside for hot chocolates and other drinks. You can buy a lot of stuff from the shops as well. It's truly a winter wonderland for people who love snow. The duration of the stay is 2 hours from your time of entrance, which is more than enough. All the essential snow clothing is provided once you are in there except woollen caps, which you can carry on your own, which is a must as I'm the head gets really chilly if uncovered. Kids under 5 get a helmet, which is mandatory in case they trip over snow. If you are new to Snow ski, you can take an hour class for trains and can ski as a beginner. It is a must visit place in Dubai for snow lovers

It took time to decide which tickets/package was right for us. The activities can fill up and there are height restrictions so plan ahead before you visit by deciding on your package, buying your tickets and book your activities ahead of time. Bring a warm clothing layer to wear under the coat and pants they provide. Upgrade the free gloves for AED 25 upon entering…totally worth it! The hot chocolate is excellent 👍🏻 Be sure to find out the timings of the penguin shows and when the snow falls! We loved the penguin activity and felt the zip line wasn’t worth it.

Always a wonderful experience. To enjoy snow activities in a dessert land is a unique experience. Kids love it. From outside temperature of 26 going into -4 degrees is a great pleasure. Packed with many activities makes it a must stop for vacationers in Dubai. Enjoyed one on one experience with Penguins with highly qualified trainer Mr. Ronald. Kids have numerous slides and activities that it becomes quite tough to convince them to leave at day end. Chairlift to the top of cliff is a must. To see so many experienced skiers enjoying makes it lovely outing. Don't miss the thrill

Such an epic experience! To be able to snowboard inside the park was amazing. Only thing I didn’t like were how crazy expensive the penguin photos were (like stupid expensive and sort of ruins it because they won’t let you bring your camera) and also that their jackets and trousers don’t have pockets. Super annoying when trying to have your phone put away or headphones etc. minor things but makes a difference. That said the experience itself was awesome! Bring more clothes than you think it gets cold!

We spent a very nice evening inside. There are numerous slides and attractions you can enjoy. The winter clothes are provided by the facility. So you don't need to come prepared. They also provide free hot drinks (1 per person) inside if you get really cold inside. You can take a family package, which also includes penguin interaction. Pur kids loved the penguins there. They could touch them for the first time in their life. Overall, it was a very nice experience. They charge extra for the photos with penguins, and they don't let you use your smartphone with penguins.

The idea of skiing in a mall is insane. The slope length is good for this extraordinary place. Equipment and changing/locker rooms are available on site. But all in all it's not enough for a 5 star rating. It’s an expensive fun for just few hours. Comparatively, you get a day ticket elsewhere. Plan enough time: The process of registering, receiving the equipment and changing can take longer. The chairlift is also slow and not comparable to a Quick Jet. However, the on-site staff is very friendly and helpful. Going through the shop to sell gloves is also questionable. The gloves should be part of the equipment.

Ski Dubai is a 1 time visit attraction. Vests and Gloves and provided for free. You can buy gloves or merchandise. Hot Chocolate is free of charge but you can receive only once. There are many attractions once you enter ( depending on your ticket ). Atmosphere is amazing and is enjoyable. Main Issue is it is very unbearable once you stay in there for too long and often you can see your self leaving 1 hour later once entered. It is always crowded in the Summer because of vacation and heat. It is a memory easily forgotten at most. Best to go with your friends and family to enjoy it

Great! Short runs if you are used to real ski resorts but a great experience nevertheless. Equipment rental couldn't have been easier. Crowds were much better than most real resorts. No weather means you can leave your heavy blizzard gear at home and just wear something comfortable. Prices were reasonable and well packaged - refreshing from someone scarred with repeated experiences with Vale resorts and their Epic passes.

Had a great time with my eldest & youngest brothers. First time I've taken a zip line ride and this was super fun! There are a few rides in ski dubai but we had a great time together. Moreover, we wanted to see the penguins 🐧 as well, but we didn't get the opportunity. Still was an exciting day for us! ❄🤍

Very good and unique place to visit in Dubai especially during summer. Entry counters and ski process needs to improve lot, its big process from entering buying clothes and getting winter gears. Once entered its nice and fun to play. Can't stay for longer inside need to take small breaks coming out and re entering. All rides are fun and great.

Excellent and very memorable experience. Went for the cinema first thing in the morning. The seats were very comfortable and the hot chocolate is excellent. Watched Home Alone and I have to say, I would never that thought I would have watched this moving in a snow cinema. It was like I was watching it again for the first time. It was awesome. They provide warm trousers, jacket, hat, gloves and socks. You hands might get a little cold during the movie. They also put a nice duvet on you. You get headphones to listen to the movie. You get a choice of salty or sweet popcorn. Would recommend this. In terms of Christmas experiences, it would be hard to top this.

We went today with kids (2nd day Eid) and they enjoyed the atmosphere, the hot chocolate and the snow. Its a great for a change in the summer where u enjoy the freeze and breeze. However, there are many negative points. The experience pre-entering the facility was not pleasant and unorganized! 1- Its clear that during eid holidays ppl will come from all over the UAE and tourists also to this place so obviously it will be crowded which means u need to have the full staffs capacity to attend the customers. We collected our tickets and proceeded to the area of collecting the boots, jackets etc. we waited there for almost 45 mins in the queue and there was no staff to attend the customers! When i asked one of the securities he said there is shortage of staffs today from morning and existing staffs r on breaks! This is totally not acceptable. You should be ready for days like this. There r customers who came from long distances with kids and all which will make them tired by the time they enter the facility. With the prices we pay the quality of the service was very terrible. The locker area was like a fish market and we were looking for someone to assist us but all in vain and ppl were lost! .. This place is not new so the management needs to do much better in these days. By the time we entered the facility it was around 10 PM!… Disappointed. 2- When i called before coming they told me there is discounts on Fazaa. When i reached there they told us no discounts at all and the minimum price is 245AED for all ages!.. Disappointed again. 3- There were games inside like The Ball we waited for almost 40 mins in the queue and then kids felt tired they said to leave it. With such a long queue in this game and 1 person to enter the ball it’s nonsense. There should be more than 1 ball specially in the expected crowded days. 4- the tickets are overpriced comparing to the overall service and the photos are expensive too. Overall the kids enjoyed in the short time we were inside but could’ve ben much better. If you want to come and enjoy, come in mid weeks non public holidays, else expect to sleep in the long queues with shortage of staffs.

Amazing experience! Would recommend the premium package to get the most out of it. You have the option of an hour ski lesson or two hours free ski if you are experienced. Instructors at very friendly. On top of that you also have some tube, bob sleds, zip line bumper cars and a few other activities included. The premium package allows a free hot drink and a free photo from a professional photographer per person - the penguin enclosure is a nice add on where you get to learn about and pet king penguins. Great experience would definitely go back. ONE CRUCIAL piece of advice is to arrive an HOUR before the ski or penguin enclosure - if you are not there early enough you will miss the set up and have to pay 50 AED per person - we got caught by this as it was not communicated to us by our booking agency but ski Dubai were accommodating and we only paid one fee instead of two due to this. We’ll worth the hassle - really want to go back!

Definitely and undeniably one of the best places to experience in Dubai!!! Lots of things to do inside. Helpful staff are everywhere to assist you. Complete gear is provided once you enter. Tip: You can bring your own bonnet and padded ear muffs since they don't provide those.

They have increased the price for winter season. It's a fun place and you get all the basic gear from them like shoes, socks and jacket with pants and a locker. Gloves they are tricky with and charge extra 25 aed so depending on how sensitive you are you may need to buy the gloves or bring your own if you plan on touching the artificial snow. The rides are fun in basic package and you can spend all day inside but once you exit its over no re entry for basic package. You get tempted to buy hot chocolate so they have priced it high we didnt get it. Kids above 5+ would have fun younger may not get to sit on most rides due to height restrictions or feel too uncomfortable and cold.

A new experiment for me and It was amazing. I booked an online ticket for South Park and Zipline. Ski Dubai is one of the largest ice parks in the Middle East. To be honest, I didn't stand for cold weather there and sometimes I can't take my breath because it was very cold. Show them your ticket then you can go to the rental store to get your gloves, shoes, and clothes.

It is a wonderful place to spend time with your family. At the snow park you have a lot of activities - bobsledding, zorbing, tubing, chairlift ride. The daycation package included all day access, rental of closing and skiing equipment, gloves. What I would recommend, if you plan to spend most of the time in the Snow park, take a hat and a scarf, maybe put on a bit warmer clothes. If you are going to ski most of the time - then no need, you will feel warm. Another recommendation is to be ready to wait, as usually the queues are long and processed slowly. Maybe it was because of weekend, can’t say for sure. After our visit to snow park, we decided to come one more time just to ski. We’ve taken a full day access, but I’m sure that just 2-hour access would be enough. Generally the impression is very positive, the place is unique for the area and we will definitely come again and again, as for the good price you get a day of winter whenever you feel like touching the snow.

Amazing Snow experience in Dubai. The Penguins meet is a unique thing which you can find in SkiDubai. But encountered only 2 penguin since others are still not fully trained to confront humans. It’s best to go early in the morning to avoid the crowds. You will have fun riding the chair lift to the top of the mountain and zipping down the slope. Grab quick snack at one of the numerous eateries or shop afterwards.Must try…

All-in service, was fun and affordable. Lift lines are not managed so wait is a little longer than expected, and local teenagers are allowed to run out of control in front of you and possibly into you in the slopes. Something unique and different in hot environment makes it worth it. Be careful!

Ski Dubai, located in the Mall of the Emirates, offers a unique indoor skiing experience in the desert city. It caters to all skill levels and includes a Penguin Encounter. The facility is well-maintained, though it can be crowded and pricey. Overall, it's a remarkable and unmissable experience for visitors to Dubai.

skipark inside Mall of Emirates. The ski suit is issued at the place and it’s for free as it’s included in tickets. All the staff is very helpful and gives you proper guidance. There are various classes of tickets and each class consists various activities and it’s been suggested always to take the tickets according to your interest in activities. You also get to interact with penguins, which is rare and one must enjoy it! All the rides are spectacular. you will definitely enjoy all. It's a delightful place. Go for it !! :)

It was a good experience considering I didn't have earlier experience of snow in actual. But someway feel it's not worth the price. 2-3 rides were good but should be lesser priced. I didn't do ski downhill as we were told that without training we can't do, if that can be done probably it's totally worth. The awesome part is, how this kind of Marvel is made in middle of a desert region

Ski Dubai is one of the wonders of Dubai. Building a ski resort in the city and maintaining -6°C temperature inside when the outside temperature is a sweltering 50°C isn't a joke but nothing is impossible in Dubai. It's one of the best places to be in summers and you'll absolutely love it. There are a no. of snow rides that you can enjoy in any of the winter ski locations - including slopes, skiing and chairlift - a cable car ride as well as electric dashing car ride for children. There's also a penguin encounter show where you can pose with the birds for a pic. And recently open the Snow Cinema experience.

Located inside the mall of the Emirates, this is the world's third-largest indoor ski park. A daily park ticket is AED 250, which i believe is a little expensive when you have a bigger family. Get there early—around 9 am in order to try out each activity. The place is filled with families with kids, most of whom are taking part in various rides, penguin visits, and skiing. We loved each activity ❤️ Recommended

I took my daughter for her snowboarding lessons, we was there half an hour early so we could pick up the equipment and get her changed with plenty of time, whilst queuing up people were pushing in, in fact it was 3 families plus teenagers were acting really boisterous. When it was our turn, the staff who looked exhausted were really slow. By the time we got to go to meet my daughter's instructor he had gone because we was 5 minutes late, my daughter had to go with a different instructor to find her teacher, which gave her and myself lost of anxiety. It just felt far too crazy

I've had good experiences and bad experiences. Generally, don't go on a weekend and never go when there are competitions on. The people who do competitions are entitled and often ruin the whole experience. Most days the skiing is pretty good though. Not too many people and a nice big slope without too much queuing to get up the lifts each time. One thing that never changes is the experience of buying tickets and getting equipment. Generally takes about an hour of queueing which sucks.

Having done a lot of slopes out in the open, I admit that I had a lot of reservations about the concept of indoor skiing. But tell you what: it was real fun. The slopes rank from blue (ideal for carving) to red (practice your short swing).

  • 5/5 Tony T. 2 years ago on Google
This is great. For US$100 one can play in the man made snow. For US$150 one can ski. It's quite a spectacle to see this in Dubai. Temperature outside in December... 28c, inside the ski place... -6c. In Edmonton, Alberta... -27.

I had a great time skiing here. It’s not the alps or Colorado/Utah, but it is some ski fun in the middle of the desert. They have multiple packages that allow for all day skiing, 2 hours of skiing plus bobsled, the zorbal ball, and tubing, there is also an option to interactive with penguins. The slope itself it slightly challenging, the top slope is a little steep but nothing too bad if you have been to actual ski resorts. Make sure not to put your safety bar up early on the lift or else the employees get angry even though it’s normal at most resorts. The tickets are pretty expensive but I get that it’s a huge endeavor and special place so it makes sense. The best part is they rent you winter clothes along with your ski equipment so you can come in with beach attire and then change and be fine. Fun times.

Great experience... Going from 100 degrees outside to 25 degrees inside all for the sake of a winter experience. The kids will love it!! Also take them to the penguin experience where they can interact with them🐧🐧.

Its a great place and worth the money when you consider the skis and clothes given. I do however hate their membership which is one month only and then costing around 1750. There should also is a big problem with untrained visitors who have hit me and my friends on multiple occasions. I dont mind this is they are with friends who are teaching them but if they are alone or there group cant ski either its a huge hazard that needs to be adressed. Other than that I love the place and highly recommend it.

Great ski experience and lots of activities to try your hands on. The staff and coaching assistants were very friendly. It tends to get very cold for those not used to cold temperatures, so equip yourselves with warm clothes for a more comfortable experience. Overall, we had a nice family experience.

I and my family had an amazing experience at Ski Dubai! The snow park is a truly unique attraction that you won't find anywhere else in the region. The ski slopes were so much fun to ride and the snow was perfect for skiing and snowboarding. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fun day out with family or friends. Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience!

As a woman of desert 🏜️👩🏻 I was afraid of tolerating the -4 to -7 degrees of heat. But it was totally fine, I enjoyed playing in the snow and moving around let the weather perfect and tolerating. Very special and nice experience ❤️❤️ highly recommended place for play and enjoyment 👏🏻

Visited Ski Dubai twice before rating this place. To find more value and give a second chance. Apparently I couldn't, snow park costed us 350 Aed per person which only included 4 attractions. And every attraction had a long queue which was not worth it. The ticket include 1 free hot chocolate with it. It is a fine experience if you're visiting first time and want to experience snow (-3°) but it is not a place to visit more than once there are way better options in that price.

It was really fun, they should guide those who have booked online to a separate counter, but after they wasted our time waiting in line we were told there was another counter for online booking. Getting our gear was pretty easy i wish a beanie was provided with the package, and everything inside was pretty smooth and easy. Loved the over all vibe

To beat the Dubai heat this is the coolest place. This is situated in Emirates mall. The ticket costs you around 5k Rs for a classic pass. They have created a wonderful snow world.

  • 5/5 Aless T. 8 months ago on Google
This place is magical, always a delight! Always plenty of fun for the entire family. This time we tried all: devil ride, zorb ball, snow bullet, penguin show, zip line, mountain thriller! The best of all !!! Staff is incredibly kind and friendly

  • 5/5 Raffaele T. 8 months ago on Google
I skied for 8 years it was 6 that I didn't ski anymore, you made me want to come back ... Perfect snow!! Perhaps the slope should be beaten better, but what about exceptional .... To check the ski lift Because while it brings you up, it pulls unrepentantly and you could get hurt

Ski Dubai is an exceptional winter wonderland in the heart of the desert. This indoor ski resort, located within the Mall of the Emirates, offers a truly unique experience. The highlight of Ski Dubai is, of course, the snow. It boasts a massive indoor snow park with a variety of slopes, including beginner to advanced runs, a snowboarding zone, and even a penguin encounter. The snow quality is impressive, and the temperature is maintained at a chilly -4 degrees Celsius, allowing for a genuine winter experience in a desert city. The ski resort provides all the necessary equipment and clothing, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced skiers and snowboarders. The instructors are skilled and friendly, making it a great place to learn or improve your skills. One of the standout features is the Snow Park, offering activities like snowball fights, tubing, and ziplining, making it perfect for families and non-skiers. The penguin encounter is a unique addition, allowing visitors to interact with these adorable creatures. It's advisable to book tickets in advance and visit during off-peak hours for a more enjoyable experience. In conclusion, Ski Dubai is a remarkable attraction that brings the joy of winter sports to an unlikely location. Whether you're a seasoned skier or just looking for a fun, snowy adventure, it's well worth a visit, offering a memorable experience for all ages.

Its an wonder only to have a ski facility in a desert. It's amazing. Very good place for kids and adult to enjoy. You can also meet the penguins here. Training facility is also available. You can enjoy refreshments inside the facility also.

It was amazing experience and my kids and l loved it so much. But I recommend to add 1 more benefit to snow park ticket 🎟️ such as riding cable car once at least. Thank you and wishing you all the best of luck.

So much fun, especially when it's 110, but it feels 130 outside. The snow isn't powdery, but it's still a blast. For those who love winter and all the things you can do, make it a point to stop by. They have movies, penguins, a snow village, ziplining, skiing, and snowboarding.

  • 5/5 Salwa S. 6 months ago on Google
It was a surreal first time experience. As a person who has never seen the snow. The experience of being there and meeting the penguins was absolutely beautiful. You can not take pictures with the penguins on your own devices but the person there is assigned to take photos (it costs 150dhs to print one). Overall it is a place I will always remember.

  • 5/5 Martin S. 5 months ago on Google
Amazing couple of hours spent here in the snow of Dubai! The penguins were cute and we had fun on the bobsleigh run too. Great value for money as you got gloves to keep and warm outer gear and boots to wear during the visit. The snow crew were very friendly and made the whole experience memorable.

Nice inside skiing, very fast service. For rent you'll get the equipment, jacket and pants, no hat, no gloves for 2 hours rent. They have equipment for beginners only, not in good condition 😕 Staff is really nice and helpful 👍.
