It was a nice experienced with my family, spend around 3hrs in inside garden. The structure of the building and the way build the setup in the building was quite good. Specially perfect place to visit with kids. Overall experience was good, only concerns about the entry fess which 55Dhr per person including kids which is bit high rate i feel. Recommend to book the tickets 🎟 from online where you will get some additional discounts.

Good time to spend with kids. Offers only in online not at ticket counter. Buy ticket online. Parking available. Not crowded. Maximum can spend 2 to 3 hours here. Also mini kids theater available free. For kids facepainting available inside park, separate charge, also professional photo shoot need to pay extra money to collect that photo's

The perfect place for kids, thousands of butterflies of every kind. Such a simple setup but total enjoyment for the kids that I took them back twice, it doesn't look like much but the kids will love it and butterflies are everywhere and it's mesmerizing to the point that I enjoyed it. The place is a bit tacky for my tastes but I loved it because the kids loved it and totally different experience and no screens, just enjoying the moment and the staff were very nice. There are 4 domes with each dome certain types of butterflies. Everyone will love it and a must see for kids.

Amongst the many wonders Dubai offers to the world, the Butterfly garden is a visit back to your childhood. As kids, we loved to run behind colourful butterflies. So the experience of multiple, pretty-coloured, winged creatures resting their tiny feet on your body is a tickling pleasure. Also post-Covid lockdown, it feels wonderful to be in the company of fellow earth creatures although enclosed in a building. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was worth spending half a day watching the different life cycles of the butterflies and establishing friendship with them. Will definitely come back!!

What A experience! Outstanding, colorful, unique, breathtaking. At Dubai Butterfly Garden, you will get to experience a whole new level of paradise as you make your way to witness the fluttering butterflies. It is located in an indoor setting near dubai miracle garden where guests can gain access through various zones to discover close to 50 species, 10 domes house 26 difference types of butterfly at this attraction , each with its unique shape, colour, and features. Through the Butterfly Museum and Educational Area located within the venue, visitors can now gain an in-depth understanding of the advancement of butterflies at each stage, making it the best place to visit with kids. Highly recommended and definitely will visit again.

Unfortunately, this was a big disappointment… the facilities have had better days and the plants can be arranged in a better, more appealing way. But this is not what was the most upsetting. It was the total lack of respect for the animals. And the lack of educating people that are visiting. Because apparently that needs to be done. People, especially the young ones, are running and chasing the butterflies, trying to catch them. This results in a lot of butterflies with broken wings and worse. It wasn’t a nice educational visit, it was upsetting.

Took my Mom to enjoy a small walk in what i thought is an interesting scenery. The place has 2 main seen species of butterflies flying around and thats it. Oh adding to it a cage with some birds and a fake parrots and fake sound of birds that is pretty annoying! Not worth the money, sorry. U can still come out with some nice pictures but that is certainly not what i aimed for 😅 I remember coming to this place 3 years ago, was much smaller but packed with beautiful butterflies ..

It was very nice experience, especially for the kids. It felt amazing to see butterflies resting on your hand. Different colours with amazing texture. When the wings are closed, nothing special. But once it opens them up, it is a different story.

We had an amazing experience, we loved it. There are more than one domes. The fourth dome was the best, so many butterflies in different sizes and butterflies in this dome approached us with no efforts. I highly recommend it, kids will have a very beautiful experience

It overcame my expectations! I spent there more than 2 hours, wondering of these beautiful creatures. Super friendly butterflies, they come and sit on you, on your shoulders, on your head, leg, anywhere. And you can gently pick them up with your finger, and they will stay on your hand. From small to a very large one. Wow! This is the place to bring your family or any other visitor!

Very beautiful place though it rained heavily when we visited. All the domes were mesmerizing with colourful butterflies and flowers. The lively habitat of butterflies with greenery is so natural to conserve varied species. Fishes and other insects can be seen enjoying themselves and the visitors are amazed to see their activities. Free flying butterflies come & sits on you if you are attractive to them. The gallery walls with butterfly paintings was one of the major attraction to me. Had a wonderful time learning about butterflies and other insects.

The entrance needs some renovation, it gives off the wrong impression, looks like something from the 90s then you enter the building into a museum like area that is beautiful but still needs a bit of work and the ceiling has some patches where the paint looks like its gonna fall off The first zone gives all the wrong vibes at once Zone 3 was my most favorite, it had really beautiful blue butterflies that I can’t remember their name The butterflies are beautiful and the experience was something special I believe that more instructors should be available because people picked up the butterflies in all wrong ways, some had their wings broken and unable to fly, it was sad to witness

Absolutely one of my favorite place and for those who loves butterflies. Try to go there in the morning hours so it won’t be so busy, usually busy from 3clk. Most importantly don’t try to catch them like mosquitoes because many butterflies wings were broken which cannot grow and can’t be healed. Try to take them on ur pointing fingers slowly and be kind. U can feel them holding ur fingers tight🥰🥰.. Garden is fully indoor, just close to the miracle garden.

A fantastic park to spend half a day; especially for kids. There is parking outside, and one can buy tickets on the spot. Inside the place, it is organized with path walks. Butterflies can fly around you and land on you. It is slightly hot and humid inside. At the entrance/exit, there are cafeterias, and there are restrooms.

A delightful, quaint treasure chest full of butterflies! Kids will enjoy this place the most. Expect butterflies of all shapes & sizes to flutter all around you & perch themselves on your hand, head or any other perching spot they find. There are little gazebos & benches to sit a while in silence & just admire the marvels of nature. Don’t expect a swanky park or 5 star treatment. Signs of wear & tear are all around the place but this old world charm makes the place more appealing. Want to feel happy, humbled, sit a while with some winged friends and just recharge ? If you do, then do pay a visit. Been there, done that !

One of the place I most enjoy in Dubai. the garden is beautiful, well kept and the workers are lovely. as you go inside it make you forget for a bit you're in a dessert country. there's so many beautiful butterfly and they surround you as you walk while you get to see them eat and if you're lucky some may even lay on your hand/ head

This place is so amusing! Kids loved it it broke their fears from butterflies 🦋 and enjoyed having them on their hands. Yet I always keep telling them to be delicate when touching these little creatures so that they wont get harmed. the butterflies garden took almost 3 hours visit and by the time we went out it was dark and we didn’t go to the miracle garden since we love to see it at the day light so we will be coming again but earlier for sure.

Went their with my 2 year old son hoping it would be an amazing experience for him. While he was intrigued by the butterflies…he was more terrified:) He tried to run away from them and refused to go too close to the resting ones to observe. He was, however, very careful with the butterflies that would just come and sit on the floor. Overall the garden, all indoors, is nice. There are so many butterflies! There is also a stream and you can spot some fishes there. The staff places some fruit pieces around the garden for the butterflies to feed on. There is ample seating space for you to sit and enjoy the view. I loved the sitting space in Zone 3…

Very beautiful. Many butterflies. 3 zones - first and second are humid. Third zone is nice and cool. Beautiful butterflies but people should be more careful when handling them. One butterfly came and sat on my head by itself :) Good for a couple hours.

It is a quaint location to relax with the butterflies. While the location itself is not huge, the experience itself is worth it if you want to get away and relax for a bit. There are three rooms with butterflies that are flying and interacting with each other. The first two rooms have a small hut that isolates some butterflies. While your chance of having a butterfly land on you is higher here, that possibility definitely exists as you walk around.

A great addition to the activities Dubai has to offer. This small garden pavilion is a sanctuary for the beautiful butterflies and offers a great setting for family and friends to get up close and personal with these gorgeous creatures. Staffed by very welcoming staff. It is located further away from the common Dubai hotspots but is worth the drive especially because it's adjacent to the flower garden also. Dubai is known for its blingy attractions, and although this may not seem as such it is a must-visit and indeed a great place to make fine memories. A very special place indeed and highly recommended.

A very colourful and educational visit learning about the butterflies. First 2 areas you can walk about with the butterflies and some of them will even land on you. The 3rd area has the bigger butterflies but you can't touch them. The sight is beautiful with them all flying around you. Lots of great photo opportunities.

This is the world’s largest and region’s butterfly garden featuring 15,000 butterflies of around 26 kinds! This is an indoor garden which has ten domes that is sure to win your heart. The destination gives you the opportunity to see beautiful butterflies and gives you an insight into their world. Here you will be made to understand how butterflies evolve through each stage and so is a good learning opportunity for everyone. Also there are assistants to help you interact with the Butterflies and take beautiful pictures with butterflies. If you are travelling with kids this destination is a must visit.

We spent there almost two hours, playing with butterflies and did not mention how the time flew! Try to visit during the week, to avoid crowds at weekend. Do not miss it out! The interiors of Butterfly Garden are so well maintained.. You get to see variety of 🦋 inside nest made up of nets, forest themed section. Multiple shades and shapes of butterflies can be seen. Different kind of frames are been made to click photos also seating arrangements are really good so you can take rest in between before moving ahead. The whole life cycle of the butterflies have been framed to understand. It needs atleast 2-3 hours to go through the garden completely. Its a complete beauty. There are frames made up of real 🦋 in different shapes as well as quotes. You will be in complete awe after seeing the butterflies 🦋 Must visit place ❤

We were there with our little child, we enjoyed a lot. After reading some reviews we were a bit undecided regarding the visit. Such a wonderful experience, there are five zones of butterflies, some of them will come and stand on you, their colors are amazing! The children will enjoy it a lot. After that you have a cinema for kids, so you can drink or eat something there and enjoy your movie. Recommended!

Dubai Butterfly garden is an indoor butterfly garden with lot of different butterfly species. There are total three zones and each zone has different types of butterflies. Even if you are not interacting with butterflies, butterflies will interact with you. Some people hold butterflies with their wings, which destroys their wings :( Car parking is enough i believe and there is big prayer room inside. Overall very good experience and a must visit place

The place is quite nice. The staff is nice too. There are lots of plants. However, there was no tour guide. You are basically on your own during the entire tour. This made it quite boring. In my opinion, it was not worth it. For a butterfly garden, I did not see a lot of butterflies.

It’s a nice butterfly garden with 3 zones. I was unexpectedly scared of the butterflies after seeing that they would sometimes land on people and rest. Beverly and Miguel were really patient with me and even got me to overcome my fear and hold a butterfly with my hands. This activity was more pleasant and fun than I expected, I definitely recommend.

Small but very interesting place. A definite place to spend a few joyful hours with your little ones. Butterflies will literally rest on your hands if you allow them which is a must have experience. Visit if you can!

What can be more beautiful than being with another life. The butterflies are so beautiful. The atmosphere created for them is phenomenal with so much greenery and soft music and bird sounds. You can enjoy being with the butterflies and they come and sit on you. Awesome place for kids to adapt and learn the importance of another life. This is my second time here and it’s as much fun as was the first time.

A little disappointed but I blame Tik tok for the overrated reviews. Still a great experience although only 3 domes were open. Would have loved to see more butterflies spent about 40min in there.

It was a good experience! There’s 3 zones but felt like its almost the same everywhere. Overall we had a great time there! Lots of butterflies! 💗🦋

My 5yo daughter loved this place! There are 3 different zones with butterflies, my favourite was the third zone as it was very light and spacious. Tickets are quite cheap compare to other attractions. I would recommend visiting miracle garden and global village on the same day as they near each other. Easily accessible via metro and a bus which works out much cheaper than taxi

This is in Dubai therefore expecting it to be way bigger and better than it is. Limited variety of butterflies and it all looks a little run down. Aimed more for children than adults. Next door to the Dubai Miracle Gardens. If you are planning to visit both buy tickets online as there are special deals available that are less expensive than buying individual tickets when you get there.

Very nice place to visit - short visit for an hour or so max. It hasn't changed for years needs some updates and introducing new rooms otherwise this will remain a one life time visit and not reoccurring experience Friendly staff Humidity and smell is not pleasant

Dubai Butterfly Garden's indoor oasis was a delight to explore, offering a mesmerizing display of vibrant butterflies. The cleanliness of the environment added to the charm, creating a pleasant atmosphere for visitors. While the majority of the butterflies showcased their beauty gracefully, it was disheartening to observe a few with damaged wings. It reminded me of the delicate nature of these creatures and the challenges they face. One aspect that could be improved was the level of staff activity. A more proactive staff presence could enhance the overall experience, providing assistance and enriching the educational aspect of the visit. Despite these observations, the Dubai Butterfly Garden remains a captivating spot to witness the wonders of these delicate creatures in an indoor haven.

This was our sudden encounter while scrolling for "places to visit nearby". I wonder why it is not there in any of the tour itinerary. It is nearby Miracle garden which is quite famous. Here, total 15000 species of butterflies are there. It is divided into 3-4 zones and each zone is having different theme for butterflies to live. We were taught to hold butterfly in hands and it was really exciting. Enjoyed a lot. Truly mesmirizing experience.

My child had an amazing time in Dubai at the butterfly park! Ever since she started walking, she dreamt of catching butterflies, and this place made her wish come true. The variety of beautiful and colorful butterfly species here is impressive. Highly recommended, especially if you have kids with you.

My daughter was absolutely mesmerized by the opportunity to interact closely with the butterflies, which are as educational as they are beautiful. It's a joy to watch the little ones' faces light up with excitement as they hold these delicate creatures. This garden is not just a visual feast but also a sanctuary where we can share precious moments with our children and create memories that flutter gently in our hearts long after we leave. A perfect family-friendly destination that educates and delights in equal measure.

This is a small garden which houses butterflies inside what appears to be like a greenhouse or some indoor facility. It is not outdoors. The butterflies fly all over and you can take pictures with them on your finger. No food or drink allowed, and it costs money to enter. It takes about 30 minutes or so to see. Great for kids, overall an interesting visit after miracle gardens.

    1. This place is accessible by the bus 106 from Mall of Emirates. It's located next to miracle garden so u can combine both. 2. Remember it closes at 6 pm and miracle garden at 9 pm. Miracle garden is best visited at sunset so u can see its charm at night. 3. The garden has 3 enclosures of butterflies where you can take a number of photos. 4. There's a small souvenirs shop and eatables shop on the place. 5. It's better to buy tickets online to save time at entrance.

Heard so much about this place and was excited to visit, however left disappointed. I would recommend going as soon as they open or about an hour to closing. Any other time especially midday will be met with a lot of waiting for people to take their pictures before walking past, trying not to photobomb anyone and just trying to navigate huge crowds. I’ll try and visit again for a better experience. 1) Buy tickets online to avoid the unusually slow queues. The online ticket lane was empty.. 2) Free for under 3yrs. 3) Prices differ for residents and non residents.

I recently paid the AED 55 admission fee for the Butterfly Garden in Dubai, hoping for an enchanting experience surrounded by diverse and vibrant butterfly species. However, the reality was far from my expectations. The first letdown was the limited variety of butterflies. For the price paid, one would anticipate a wide array of species showcasing nature's beauty. Regrettably, this was not the case. The lack of diversity significantly impacted the overall allure of the garden. Furthermore, the absence of basic facilities like washrooms was unexpected and inconvenient. Visitors, especially families with young children, depend on such amenities for a comfortable experience. The oversight of this basic necessity was disappointing. Moreover, the unsettling sight at the entry point—an emporium displaying photos constructed from deceased butterflies—cast a shadow over the intended serene ambiance of the garden. While eateries were available inside, they couldn't compensate for the overall underwhelming experience. In conclusion, the Butterfly Garden fell short of delivering a worthwhile experience for the cost. Enhancements in butterfly variety, provision of essential amenities, and a more thoughtful approach to exhibits would significantly improve the appeal of this otherwise promising attraction.

A nostalgic journey.... spend enough time in the first room to know Bitterflies well and in the remaining 3 rooms, spend time with nature. Very nice relaxing music. Always pay attention to the pathways also, as butterflies sometimes like to relax on the pathways as well. Be ready & steady to receive them on your hands! Staff is amazing. Total time can be spent around 2 to 3 hours.

If your are a butterfly lover then this place is for you. With so many different species being kept in the garden, it is a great experience. You first go into the hall with art made of butterflies and introduce you to some species in frames. Next you start your tour in different habitats and enjoy how butterflies simply land on you. It’s a good and simple experience. The tour inside will take about an hour if you really enjoy the butterflies’ company.
