A little jewell in Dubai, shining as the pearls of it's coasts. One of the first musea in the Arab world dedicated to the holocaust. This museum paves the way to a bright future in the Middle East.

One of the finest collections of manuscripts and rare books I have ever seen, and a fantastic collection of travel books. The exhibition of Holocaust and Jewish history is done with knowledge and sensitivity. Could not find the gift shop! Hope one day to be able to see these treasures again either as a digitalized collection or in a published catalogue. An absolute joy to visit. Many thanks!

Great place. Very interesting for adults and children

Highly recommend this museum for history lovers!! Only 25 AED per person and you get to explore 2 museums (3 buildings) with an extensive private collection of artifacts, old books/manuscripts, and weapons. Most descriptions have english translations (no audio guide/qr code scanning though) and are well written. Personal favorite galleries were the holocaust remembrance, palestine and the holy land, and pearl gallery. When we went there, it was a Sunday, there were only 2 other guests so it felt like a private visit which we really enjoyed. You are even encouraged to take photos. Overall, most of the museum was well curated (particularly for the regional treasures and interfaith pieces), informative, and surprising in the best way. Definitely worth the visit!! Also it was cold inside all the buildings so this is a great way to spend your time away from the heat and learn new things 😁

Interesting Holocaust exhibit. Place was hard to get to by taxi. I took metro back to hotel, was direct and easy.

Excellent museum. I was amazed to see a Holocaust display in an Arab country -- certainly a sign that reconciliation of difficult cultures is possible. Many displays of religious artifacts from Islam, Judaism, and Christianity as well. Worth a visit. My accolades to those who conceived of and developed this museum.
