The swimming pool is deep and large, However during summer it becomes really hot and the water needs to be cooler at least for the adults pool. The beach is clean and nice. They have outdoor yoga classes which you can enjoy for free and several restaurants as well. Great option for families as there are pools designated for children.

I am writing this review on behalf of 240 guest who share the same feeling. I have owned my travel business for the past 19 years and have never dealt with a hotel so well organized. My favorite hotel in Sharjah. We are going often here. They have a very nice beach, a beautiful pool. The service is good. My son really enjoy every time when we come here. Kids club is very nice and they have kids pool and splash pool.

Hotel with beautiful architecture, very well maintained, exceptional pool, air-conditioned, well decorated room, splendid view, mine was one of the best, exceptional hotel spa, very cozy. I was lucky enough to spend New Year's Eve two years ago, it was incredible, a buffet dinner around the pool, a huge variety of sophisticated foods, fireworks that lasted for many minutes. It was an unforgettable party. The hotel has its own small beach, next to the public beach there are beautiful beach restaurants, with planned architecture and unique beauty. Sharjah is, without a doubt, a place to spend a long vacation.

Very nice place to go to get away from the hustle of Dubai. The room, indoor and outdoor facility is very nice. It was my birthday and very happy and surprised when they brought me a birthday cake to my room. I loved the view as well. The breakfast was amazing as well.

It's a grand building with amazing rooms overlooking the beach. Has access to large swimming pools and also have access to the beach. Currently it has 2 restaurants working. However, I feel something is still missing about it! It looks like a five star hotel but it doesn't feel like it! Maybe the customer experience is not the best. The staff are nice but they just can't help you enough. I think the top management needs to empower the staff in order to give more. As a customer I would expect a better experience specially from Marriott Group Hotel.

Loved the location. However, huge turn offs for me where: 1.) Continuous flooding of the washroom after taking shower. The floors incline and drainage have been poorly designed. 2.) Visitors are allowed to smoke in the main lobby. I don't smoke and neither would I want my child to be exposed to second hand smoking. Other five star hotels have designated area for smoking. Until these two situations have been dealt with by management I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

A late review, which just goes to show the level of service , cause even after all this time I'm willing to write about it. I stayed in mid December 2021 to celebrate my business partners birthday, the property in itself is a bit rundown in some places but we'll maintained otherwise. The restaurants aren't bad, like many hotels you can feel that the F&B side is still in recovery after the pandemic.. regardless they make it work.. Highly recommend the date pudding ❤️❤️.. you can ask Nikhil at Marasea about it, he took the time to show us around the venue with a big smile and valid recommendations. Much obliged. The people that work there are some one the nicest and most sincerely helpful individuals I have had the pleasure to meet in a hotel. From a very pleasant booking experience with Esther is reservations, to a friendly and warm check in encounter with Oleysa at front desk. Stellar ladies with fantastic people skills. We had an maintenance issue with our first room which was switfly handled by the duty manager Essam.. and going to the first room then on to the second with a complimentary upgrade due to the hassle in the first, Jayson the bellman kept us entertained and happy while assisting to move around our bags. And all this dedication even though we were already staying complimentary as we had won a voucher for a stay with them, they never treated us like we were subclass to a fully paying guest, if anything they made us feel even more special which is highly appreciated.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone working in this estimated Hotel for their kindness & special thanks to our trip advisor Ms. Monika who was the most beautiful & elegant advisor I ever met. Everything was just perfect and we have spent a lovely 2 days in the Hotel It was a stay which can't be forgotten.

I love the service, waiters are nice, fast and helpful. One hour to Dubai Center. Just choose, you won’t regret. Only things you need to know!: You have to take sunbeds in advance at the beach or by the pool early in the morning and same if you want to sit outside for breakfast/dinner. Great Hotel in Sharjah! They have a beautiful pool and beach. The sea water is not as clean as in Dubai but it’s acceptable . Staff is friendly and helpful. Be aware that alcohol is not served. Try the virgin Piña Colada. :-) You can buy a Day Pass for Pool and beach and get half price with the Entertainer App.

A great place for a weekend getaway. Family place, calm, soothing and probably the best swimming bay experienced so far all across Dubai, Sharjah, RAK. Well, it was quite windy and rough sea on other beaches and super calm in front of Sheraton because of wave breakers.

We were staying for only 3 nights, but it was wonderful and memorable experience. It is absolutely worry-free place (leave all your troubles outside the entrance), where you can enjoy your vacation for as long as you wish! Service is impeccable - staff at reception, restaurants, pool & beach - they were all so polite and professional, that we just didn't have any need that was not fullfilled. I'd like to personally thank once again Yohan at the Gusti restaurant who acted like we were the only guests in the hotel!!! You shouldn't miss this hotel if you plan visit to this part of the world. It is very unique in the architeture, and stands out from the usual box-type buildings.

Celebrated our 6th anniversary here and the experience was as excellent as the hotel. The location is very easy to find. All sttafs are accommodating. From the reception, to Al Qubtan Restaurant, to Breakfast at Gusti, all staffs are great! And they always greet and check the needs of each incoming guests. This place is lovely. All of the people are extraordinarily kind and they really go out of their way to make your stay exceptional. Only regret is purchasing the inclusive meal package. Both restaurants have extensive menus, that are limited for package participants. Either way, you'd be hard-pressed to find anything other than tasty food on the property. The food was phenomenal.

5.5ft deep infinity adult pool with sunset view. Large enough for a proper swim. Kids pool are seperate. There is even a shaded wading pool for toddlers. Very impressed with the outdoor facilities. Beach is adequate. It is quite compact, flanked by two stone jetties. Shallow beach stretches quite far out. Very clean and clear sea water. Staff service is perfunctory. However Ahmad at the club lounge is the exception. He is very attentive and followed through the issues we faced while staying there. Self parking is available outdoors only. WIFI is good.

I had to wait in line for 30 minutes and i’m a gold member in Marriott’s loyalty program. Only one person was at the front desk around 12ish. Also at the time of visit (sometime around Dec 2020) we weren’t allowed to order food from outside the hotel. Pool area was nice. Rooms were average but a bit dull.

The building is great but the people at the reception are very bad. They are too slow. You need to be very patient with them. This was a terrible experience during check in and check out. I was the only one there so they were not busy but they are slow and they seem be living in 1970s system. I will never come again.

I spent a 3 day weekend here with my family 3 years ago and the experience was so amazing.To begin with the Hotel itself is very beautiful and gives a royal feeling.Rooms are big, clean and beds were large and comfortable ,the sea view was spectacular.The staff is extremely polite and courteous and cooperative. Swimming pool, Spa and beach areas were so amazing that one could easily forget the whole world outside of the Hotel resort. The buffet breakfasts were superb with variety of continental cuisine. However Indian food (both veg and non veg ) was missing and needs to be incorporated on the regular menu. Special mention abt Ms Laxmi who waited on us with a smile and friendly nature.She and her team upon my request for Indian veg food immediately got hot steaming parathas and veg curry.She was very efficient and helpful. Thanks to the entire Sheraton team for making our stay so memorable.Hope to come back there some day. Best wishes to the entire Sheraton management team and staff.

Money was stolen from the bag in the room. I put away the money in the safe every day, except for one day before our departure. The bag contained both small and large pieces in dirhams. The bag was in the room all day. The cleaner cleaned our room during the day. In the evening in a restaurant, while paying for dinner, I missed one large piece of money. We contacted reception, called the police and reported the theft. The security staff assured that the cleaner has been working in the hotel for 4 years and, quite recently, one of the staff members found a huge amount of money in the room, which was safely returned to the owner. After the investigation was done, the security staff said that there was only a cleaner in our room who has been working in the hotel for 6 years and who found this huge amount of money (the picture matched!). But I am also absolutely sure that the money was in the bag in the room. I travel a lot both for work and on vacation with my family, but this happened to me for the first time. Eventually, I did not achieve anything, the hotel staff did not even offer compensation for the spoiled vacation. We did not enjoy our stay at all. The rooms were really humid and smelly. Therefore we did not sleep well or at all. It only looks nice on the outside, but inside it is bad. The beach was okay, but the facilities for kids is non existent. Swimming pools were too cold. The breakfast was also horrible. The checkin and checkout process is also not smooth. During checkin we mentioned a couple of times to have an extra bed or even two (for the kids). And afterwards we see that no beds are added to the room. Because of this error they told us we do not have to pay any extra. During checkout again they tried to still charge us extra. First for the bed and then because we stayed with 3 adults (which was not the case, 2 adults and 2 children). After a discussion of 15 minutes, we got our right and there was no apologies or anything. Very very unfriendly personnel.

It finally arrived but missing the complete number and they never came again. -the room’s phone is confusing to use and inconvenient. -the breakfast ordered in room is not what you’d expect from Sheraton. -facilities are great. Five stars all the way! I drove from Dubai to Sharjah to enjoy a relaxed lunch with a friend and boy this place does not disappoint! The view is amazing as it’s right next to the beach and the pool is very big with very clean facilities and surroundings. The food is second to none; fresh ingredients and well-prepared delicious meals with a variety to choose from on the menu. But for me the service is what brought the whole experience together. Being in customer care myself I understand the importance of having a friendly face behind the brand and Abigel did everything right! Beautiful smile, great jokes and such a bubbly personality. Breakfast could have more options but the quality of food was good and 5 star standards. Really nice bathtub. Property is well situated, well maintained and very clean and also good pool and beach facility. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Al qubtan is also a good restaurant, Mohamed, Deepa and Snabana.

That is the worst sea/beach hotel I have ever been to. I traveled with my family (wife and son) and there was nothing interesting even for kids. For me absolutely stupid hotel, with no night bars or restaurants, no live music, even no music at all. Don’t visit this hotel if you don’t like the perfect service, amazing food and beautiful chill time with your family, which is the perfect choice for the families with their kids to spend the time here. Amazing beach front, pool area with the water bar, kids zone, all staff are very helpful and friendly. And all this for the very affordable price! Recommended for the stay!

We had a great stay here. The hotel and rooms were fantastic. The checkin and hotel staff were amazing. Irfan at breakfast made sure we got everything we needed. Roweena and spa staff made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to visit again.

Lovely location and rooms but some rooms smell with humidity but house keeping gave us a different room. I had multiple incidents with staff not understanding basic english even if they confirm the request then do not deliver. for example the night before check out I asked reception to store some ice packs in the kitchen freezer so second day I can have it ready for the airport to store my infants food , second day in the morning during check out, I requested to retrieve those ice packs, the receptionist said absolutely she will send someone to go ahead and grab that for me in perfect English then calls someone and speaks in Indian dialect, 15 minutes goes by and she asks if I have an ice bucket to store the ice which doesn’t make sense because they are ice packs then I had to repeat my request again , another 15 minutes goes by and by this time I’m already late to the airport and the receptionist tells me she has sent housekeeping to my room and they cannot find the ice packs then I explained to her again my request , another 15 minutes go by and I decided to let it go as I believed that she simply did not understand, and ultimately, if I kept on waiting and explaining , I would’ve missed my flight. I had to rush, running with my family to the airport with infant food that went bad , due to her lack of understanding. Thanks Sheraton.

Loved this hotel. Stayed in a family room with partial sea view for a weekend. The kids loved the room, the breakfast, the lounge and most importantly the pool and kids club. The location of the hotel was serene and easy to get to by car. Service was great with waiters offering to help bring food to our table as they saw we were busy juggling 3 little kids. The kids pools are great. There are 2 pools: one is less than 50 cm, great for babies. The second is 60 -120 cm and it’s fairly big, which is great for toddlers to learn swimming. The second pool could be cleaner: In some parts there were small chunks of what seemed like grout. Lounge is nice with nice views. Food is good but I struggled to find a healthy snack after breakfast is done. All in all great hotel.

It was amazing stay for our Anniversary, Thanks to hotel team, they upgraded our package as gift and welcome us with tasty cake. - they offer car valet service for free. - Room furnitures were new and with high techs. and smart T.V. - The food lounge was arranged very well with wide variety of international cuisines buffet(Gusti restaurant) waiters are very respectful & helpful they offer help to bring food and even the chef may prepare something special upon request. - All Staff inside the hotel they’re welcoming and smiling 🙂 specially the housekeeping team & room services. - swimming pool was nice and they have multiple pools for different ages but they need to work on cleaning the swimming pool and closing time if possible which that the only two negative points. - GYM open 24hrs. Overall highly recommended Try to check offers from different website sources before booking to get good offer. Happy stay😇 Salute 🫡 the team

Everything was good. Hotel is not brand new, but Rooms are well maintained, food was ok(not the best for toddlers), cleaning service was good. Will visit it one more time for sure.

Perfect hotel! Clean rooms, tasty eats, all staff are helpful and friendly. Much entertainment for children in kids club. One little problem - not much umbrellas and chaise lounges on the beach.
