My stay here was horrific! The Indian guy at the front desk and his manager are he is encouraged by his even more rude and disrespectful manager. It's not a place that you would like to take a loved one. The ladies at the desk are a lot nicer. The place is dirty. The cleaning staff acts as if they are doing you a favor by vacuuming the floor. Mine actually asked me to clean the room for her. I will NEVER set foot in that trash. Those 2 Indian men needs to be fired immediately!!!!! They have no knowledge of what customer service really is. They are so unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and unethical. In the event that the owner wants to see video proof of what they are like, I have the videos. Stay away from this dump!

Hotel price is cheap. as well as the services. Rooms are just ok to stay. No TV & also nothing to expect. I am staying here for cheap rate only, I am here to find business ideas. So I did it & expect anything else and of course you need ur perosn/friend car or rented car to move from here otherwise it was too tough to get a vehicle to move. Thanks almighty i had one who helped me to move around. If this is for vacation I will definitely not stay here

One of the worst hotel ever visited, very dirty ,no water heater, no proper towels, cracked walls, torn curtains, fridge is not working, bed bugs and cockroches. One of the worst experience of my whole life. I felt like I'm in the third world country not UAE. I ask everyone to never ever even think to stay in these hotel. Minus 5 points if. They showed me one room on booking and later gave me other room.

If you want to see large collection of unwashed & dirty Bed Linings on your King size Bed. You are in the right Place. Nothing is going to be good or washed. This is the specialty of Hotel Paradise. :/ If you want you can even use Flipflops after receptionist If you want… They’re waiting right behind the door step. Bacteria is for free. ;) Joey

I wish if there could be a zero star to be chosen I would still choose - 100 the most disgusting place to stay smell like he'll and extremely poor service no curtains so u can not sleep properly and if if you try to complain and they say TALK TO THE MANAGEMENT and they never responce. And there is no refund. My washroom is more shining than this stupid hotel. Couldn't sleep whole night . Garbage waste of money and time. Liers. Plz never ever come to this hotel.

Very poor wifi connection, room is not clean, mouse in the room, cockroaches sleeping in the bed,flyes in room side, this hotel not good for family or decent peoples, wash room very very bad condition, I don’t like this hotel.waste of money, I requested I need to change the room there say not now available room. I didn’t sleep full day night .room is very very bad . Some time wifi connection showing only but cannot connect. I prepaid for my mobile data. That one also room inside no coverage….. my apple, chocolates every my food items byte it mouse , luggage also damaged by mouse. If you want to take cockroache come this hotel and stay there one hour …… staffs are very good …. House keeping poor services…..

Very bad experience ,because of staff incompetent, and room are very massive because I stay twice time here but find bed bugs and I hate bed bugs ,split ac is not working properly , furniture or very bad condition , I will not recommend anybody to stay in paradise hotel ,

It was a very bad experience, I stayed there for 3 nights and it was horrible experience. Furniture was broken and very old, even bed was damaged, since I was on business trip and I just need the bed to sleep because whole day I was busy with official chores and for night I wished to have something comfortable but I couldn't get it. Even the entrance of the hotel is very spooky, when I was searching for location I kinda got lost. The corridors smelled like piss (literally). The washroom basin pipe was heavily corroded and washroom smelled bad. I wanted to take pictures for all those things but I didnt. I don't know why. The good thing, the sheets & floor was cleaned. Rest the furniture as old and because of that It doesn't felt like clean.

Karthik has no customer service skills Service = garbage Receptionist attitude = garbage The dirtiest rooms you'll find in the middle east, customer service is a language the guest relations officer doesn't speak Somebody tell the management that the receptionist hangs up the phone on regular visitors, a big fat zero for this inn.

Good hotel,in industrial area Suitable for anyone who wants to take rest for a few days

Small Bugs in the room remotes were not working for both the air conditioner and the TV no additional electric socket hot water ran out after few minutes. Reception staff during the morning shift was friendly however second shift staff had an ego as if he were a lord of somewhere. Anyway i believe thats the kind of hotel you may get for AED 300 per night. They have another hotel with the same name so i would recommend you to skip this and visit that hotel.

The first time was okay, but the second time was absolutely the worse experience I ever had. Not only did they shift my booking to another branch without even informing me (And I have been receiving confirmation emails almost on daily basis), but they also tried to give me the smallest room ever which was literally the size of a closet, while I my booking was for a deluxe studio. I wont blame the staff at the reception but they offered no solution or help to get the issue fixed. Overall, if I could give this hotel a minus 5 I definitely would have.

No privacy and no self security in side room for costomer my self.becouse when i visit ajman i took hotel room 203 from 14/6/2023 to 16/6/23. From biging the room boy was traying to hide from me something but i didn't care . After paid mony they gave me one ID card for key lock suddenly room boy went fastly to room and did opend it ready when i entered the room i was traying to make indoor lock but it is not working then i came outside with ID and closed room and tray to open with same card but cant and tray to call the receptionist suddenly came same room boy with his card and get my card doing some drama like it is open with my card. But he opend door with his card then he is shaming to explain but he told if you come out card will be de activate for re entering have to. Make re activat each time from receptions. I did my slef quite and secend time when comming from out side i gave my card to reception to make reactivate to open door it self. After that went to Infront of door tried to open but cant open it self. The same drama happend room boy came and opend by his id card. Means which keay card they have given me it making a foolishness. No body responsible person there for this activities

Reception Staff is totally rigged and no ethics the hotel prices are the same as the 5 star hotel like the top hotel of Ajman UAE.

The worst hotel ever, full of insects, the furnishings are dilapidated and unclean, cleanliness is irregular, no services, no cleanliness, no quiet, very bad treatment, does not deserve one star.
