    Lady in, front desk, she gave me extremely bad vibes. The way she spoke, I felt I was staying free there and she is not happy. She was wearing a black dress and I got the impression that she was the owner of the hotel. Part 2: The worst hotel I've ever been to. The bathroom door has been locked twice and I have to call them to unlock it. Part 3: When I put AC on the water start to drop from the bathroom. I wonder who gave them the four-star license. For me, it's just one *

    Dear reviewers, I dare you to stay there ONE HOUR without complaining of something. If you believe the below comments are true then I wish you luck. Seriously, and I swear , the hotel is an absolute GARBAGE. From customer service from day one to checking out. No maintenance work done since 2008 till date. You will see MOLD everywhere on the roof, sofas bedroom just EVERYWHERE. You will not even find a spoon in the kitchen. Elevator is a nightmare. Just visit this hotel if you want to see a horror movie in live. Top management is on deep sleep. I wish I slept on the side of the road than checking in to this garbage. A big big big ZEROOOOO

    The worst hotel I've ever visited in my life. their staff are liars, they don't clean the room, they keep the room dirty, they don't change the towels, you ask them anything they don't respond. they mix smokers and non smokers together, despite they know I'm non smoker person (I've already told them). most of the machine don't work.

    Hotel room was ok but they may put simple carpet inside the room. Shower cabin has not close properly. Swimming pool was under maintenance and next day I went to attend and found out that is very dirty, it mean no any maintenance has done properly. Food prices really good and cheap compare to other hotels. Most probably I will not come back in this hotel next time.

    Attitude of the staff, worst service, one of their Manager Mr. Arun was very dude. We booked for two days, when we feel the room is not up to the mark we checked out one day early, and they didn't refund the amount, he was arguing aggressively, and didn't provide invoice for what we payed. Advice never to book this Hotel. Management Team, Never keep this kind of staffs who is rude with customers.

    Rooms short of perfect as there were no dedicated non smoking room. You are invited to take a tour before confirming. In my case, it was a room which reeks of cigarette smoke. Hotel staffs were apologetic and try to arranged for a room change although full house. Really appreciate them.

    Without a doubt, this has been one of my worst stays in Ajman. The rooms were unclean, and there was no hot water available. The customer service representative suggested that I could check out early and receive a refund through my online booking agency. However, after I checked out, my agency contacted them, only to be informed that I had voluntarily checked out, and the booking was non-refundable. Consequently, they retained my hard-earned money despite the lack of service. do you really wanna stay at this Hotel ? look at the attached photos

    Worst place to stay.. no zero rating to choose..hence chose one star...the staffs lie a lot .ask for extra money even after online reservation is done..rooms are unclean and toilet worst..no safety for vehicle or motorcycle in hotel parking..my motorcycle's about to be stolen....mobile holder broken...all at Morning with hotel security presence..rude and nasty behaviour from reception staff ...

    1st of all, I don’t get why people give this hotel a 5/5 (probably it is their first time to go a hotel???) I understand that I must not expect that much for a low-budget hotel, but It didn’t reach near my expectation. The reception staff forgot to return our emirates ID, Which is a standard protocol. I asked why… they said that our IDs are not showing in our room during checked out…. No “sorry/apologies” received from them. I needed to drive back-and-forth from Jebel Ali to Ajman. The reception staff is also slow. No smile, no warmth. Our room’s A/C is broken, and if we turn it on, then whole room’s electricity goes out. Our room is wet because of the moist due to malfunctioning air-conditioning. Our clothing and food wet/moist… They only gave 1 piece of towel bath. No hair blower (I needed to request) and really outdated tv system, better use your phone. Internet is FLUCTUATING ON/OFF!!! Our room neighbor is also partying. 4am still loud music. —————- Will you go back? Big no! Will you recommend? Big No, better spend extra 50-80aed on its neighbor hotel; Ramada. That black building hotel is 10x way more better. ——-

    NEVER stay here. This is the most unsafe, disgusting, horrible MOTEL you would EVER visit. You will remwin stressed and depressed during WHOLE your stay. My firdt and last worst experience over thousands of hotels I stayed in my life. Don't believe FAKE good reviews. Its all made upon their own stuff. All time you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you in to their "wonderful palace". I don't want to talk how unclean and out dated was the place. Everywhere is mold, refrigerator ruined my luggages, as water comes down always from it.Dirty swimming pool and old gym you dont want to use. It's more about stuff and safety. I came here because of important Zoom meetings. I needed complete silence to focus on. So I didnt care neithrr I had time to care. Thef first day one man was literally breaking the door aroind 11:40 for me to open the door and I was in a shower. After 10 minutes he had an audicity to open the door and enter( Again, I was naked taking a shower), which was scary of course. I called to reception to know whats going on and who is this. They answered in a sarcastic way that I need to check out at 12, which was unbelievable and not professional. Even if you are a motel for hookers( its hard to call this place a hotel), you never disturb guests like that. I explained that I am not checking out and the driver will come lately and do the payment. If you try to est in their restwurant you will have to wait about an hour for a basic pizza to be prepared. In the pool area they scammed me literally. Firstly, they spoke with me in a language that i didnt even understand. Indian i guess... for a 20 aed of meal ( I checked the price) they charged 60 When I asked to recount, they made it like a " bazaar" started to fight with me. Told its another menu not from the one I ordered. I asked to show THEIR menu they told they dont have. After waiting for 5 minutes a man came told me he is the owner and for me he fid a discount 😂 and gave me back 10 dirhams. WHAT A DISGRACE ?! This was the first time someone in UAE cheated on me like that and I lived here for around 2,3 years. And by the way, I didnt even want to go to that as they would call a rooftop cafe, as it was extremely dirty and disgusting. But GUESS WHAT ?!?! Their reception LOCKED my room and I was not able to enter and join my Zoom calls for what I booked their hotel initially. I sadly stayed there 5 days to join meetings 5 days they ruined all my meetings. Every day without a reason they would lockthe door and I was not able to enter.. not even letting me to take my stuff and leave their disgusting garbage. During Zoom meetings their unprofessional stuff would come to my room without any reason and BEAT ( not knock .. its not knocking) the door for me to open... and they dont care you say to go or you are busy they insist for you to open their doors. I literally had to stop my call and shout to finally leave my room. You thing this is the end ? Not at all. Every day there were a problem with their reception. Each hour I had to call them. If you ask for a manager.. they say there is no manager or their reception stuff claim its them.Every day the driver would come and explwin them to not disturb me but to solve the payment issues with him( gave his number).. Instead they would keep disturbinglocking the door not letting me in.After my first day a random accounts has started to add me on my personal instagram and the only place where anyone could get my full name was their hotel stuff. So actually they were HARASSING me from their reception. When I told I will call a police, instead of apologies they laughed and told me if I am James Bond.I am NOT jokking this really happened in UAE. No apologies, no call from their manager to apology for that. Instead when I went one more time to their reception again because they locked my room again. their receptionist laughed on me , ignored.. then started to shout on me. they were so ridiculous that called to my driver to complain about me. when the number was given so they'd not disturb me.

    Its a motel, not a hotel! Arriving at the hotel in a taxi, I see the bellboy right in front of the main door and talking to his buddy while I help myself out of the taxi with my belongings. The management has taught the staffs very well to treat the walk in guests impolitely. I checked in on the 3rd of June 2012, around 21:00. The receptionist starts with a warning. "We only have one type of room available and that will cost you AED 200" (its more like take it or leave it attitude) As I am from Dubai and had to sleep over to travel back the next day, my options were limited. As soon as I agreed they asked for my ID and payment for the room. They were in such a hurry to send me away to my room, I had to remind them about the registration process. Next comes the funny side. I asked them for a late check for which the receptionist pointed to a golden plate on the wall, which, at first thought might be the stars of the hotel, but it was the check out timing '12:00'. I asked him if I can have a 16:00 free late check out. Receptionist simply denied at first and later said I can mark it for 15:00, but I wont be able to guarantee. Though it sounded weird, I requested for the manager on duty to which the receptionist replied, its Friday tomorrow and there will be no one in charge, they have left us with the responsibilities..... Sounds safe ! Without further discussions, I left to the room. Here is the highlight of the stay! It seemed like a 1 bedroom apartment (they may call it a "suite"). It had unique features like broken TV, broken couch, dirty towels, disgusting refrigerator, rusty and broken shower. There was NO KETTLE in the room, NO HANGERS IN THE WARDROBE, and NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER! Upon request they provide it on CHARGEABLE basis! :) But not to worry, there are plenty options just outside the vicinity of "hotel". There is even a liquor store somewhere near by. I also noticed the "hotel" has an open terrace pool side hookah restaurant with big screens. I did not try it though. The next day, the room attendant knock on my door around 14:30 to know if I will be extending. I told about the discussion last night and the room attendant asked me to wait until he gets confirmation from the reception. There was no concierge to help me get a taxi. I was expecting a difference in hospitality in Ajman from Dubai, this however overwhelmed me.

    Very unprofessional staff of the hotel, i am living in this hotel since last few weeks. At the time of booking, they promised me that 01. Fats internet 02. Functional Swimming Pool 03. Functional Gym 04. 2 times cleaning in a week But all was lie, they don’t even bother to ask for cleaning. You have to call them again and again and visit the front desk to beg for cleaning but they won’t come. Ultimately you have to buy cleaning stuff from grocery store and clean by yourself. Internet is super slow and they reduced the speed in night to 1mbps Swimming pool is not functional, just for looking, you can’t swim in the swimming pool because hotel staff close it anytime. Gym is completely joke on the name of gym, all machines are broken and even dangerous to work out. I don’t know why municipality didn’t close it till now. Believe me it’s really dangerous to workout in this gym because except one small treadmill, all machines are broken So in my considered opinion, I won’t suggest anybody to stay here because it’s so bad decision to pay 4 star hotel price and get experience less than local flat.     Price is high and quality is worse 1. phone not working 2. no toiletries 3. single towel for 2 persons 4. drawers need maintenance 5. TV also not working properly (model of 1980's) 6. got slippers upon twice request 7. poor house keeping 8. room really need a maintenance will not recommend to some

    One of the best hotels in have ever stayed in . The staff of the reception, housekeeping , the stuff of the door, actually every single one who works here are incredibly friendly , helpful and respectful. I don’t know why the other reviews said the opposite but in my opinion and what i saw they are incredibly good so i couldn’t wait until the check out to write them a review to thank them a bit for their great services . The room in generally are very good very clean and big rooms, we have room 313 for 11 days and we are very satisfied. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel. The location is also very good . Thank you crown palace stuff, you are the best!

    There was no hot water in the shower. When asked about this they told me they are sending someone to fix it. After waiting for more then 1h30 and calling multiple times I went to the front desk only to hear that nobody is coming to fix it and that there will be no running hot water. It's a shame that they do not provide information about this when asked and that I can not shower in a hotel such as this one.

    Alright, where to start. Unclean and smelly room. The bed sheet had stains on them. The room smelled of sewage when the air circulation is turned off after you leave the room. The room lacks proper amenities. To top it all, the front desk stuff is unprofessional. I would give it a zero star if it was possible to do so.

    It was wonderful stay we had last Christmas day. Breakfast was very delicious.. Thank you for all the staff they are very kind and helpful all the time, especially Mr. Manuj and Mr. Mohammad for assisting us. Keep up the good works and Godbless everyone .

    This hotel is a disgrace. Shower is dirty. Pillows are hard and uneven. When we arrived we found towels dirty with toothpaste and brown, not changed from previous guests. All night we slept like in a smoking chamber from the constant smoke coming from other rooms. The noise in the corridor, pool, and other rooms were so loud we had to put ac fan to maximum to reduce a bit the noise. It was the worst hotel in my life experience, they should pay the people to go instead of asking for payment.

    Lobby was good. Reception is very dumb. Took two and a half our to get the key even though it was prepaid. 3 days stay and I complained about my wer toilet on the first day of arrival in the room and on the departure day it was the same.

    The Hotel need to change Furniture, windows, doors, bathrooms, TVs., Refrigerators. Also, the cleaning for bed covers, flats, rooms, dishes, spoons,... Every thing. The bad smells The noisy and cold water are an issue in the hotel. The hotel need renovation and change some of the management team.

    Unacceptable from this Hotel 🏨 Being a 4 Star hotel you can’t ignore these things I am a regular customer to this hotel. I am not happy with the service and the experience Welcome at the reception is like with the attitude and not professional way specially this girl on reception who need training in how to greet a guest and on my last visit one of your GSA gave me key for the room which was already checked in by another guest it was shame to enter in someone room After that GSA instead apologize he asking me what that another guest told me Excuse me No professional response from the management as well. Unbelievable ☹️☹️ You need to do pest control Your TV 📺 is not working Every time I need to call and asked for tissue Even toilet rolls are kept the same half used from last guest These things need to consider and pls avoid it …….☹️☹️☹️☹️😣😣😣😣

    after i booked they told me there is no room available rude staff the manager is the worst the worst rooms ever bad room service the room is dirty water sinks in the bathroom and no drain they don't provide water or towels. AC is bad one of the worst hotels i have been to, i'd rather sleep in my car than stay here

    This is the most disgusting "hotel" I've ever been in my life. Bathroom was full of humidity and green spots on the roof. The shower doors didn't open and there was full of rust everywhere. There was a broken plug hanging from the ceiling, which was quite dangerous. No services at all inside the room, no water, nothing to warm water, no tea, no coffee, no glasses...nothing. Some day I had 1, 2 or 0 towels in my room, some other days the room was not made, I guess it depended of the mood of the cleaning staff. Corridors smelled tobbaco all the time and they were full of trash bags of other rooms. I've been in motels way better thant this hotel that supposedly has 4 stars... DON'T EVER SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE.

    place was so dirty and dusty.... toilet was clogging.... when you take shower its so disgusting to go out coz water from drainage comes out and if you want breakfast then just buy outside better not to take their breakfast unless you want to waste your money. never ever try this hotel

    This hotel will come under 1 star category. The rooms are old and normal furnitures and no carpets, no hangers in the wardrobe, no water, no kettle, and the bathroom space is congested with low quality materials. The swimming pool is a showcase and you can see "under maintenance" at all the time. No cleaning at all inside the room. The reception area looks good.

    Stay here for a week and you will look if you can rate 0 stars. The staffs are friendly but the management is completely lacking on utilizing their staffs. You have to file a complaint every 10 min if you want something to be done or fixed. And its like winning BIG LOTTERY if your issues are solved. If you are looking for some bad experiences please go for its. Its not that the staffs are bad but they are lacking of adquate staffs. I can guess how hetic it would be for those staffs when their manager have lot complains and s/he spoils on them. If the HR or any of the concerned authorities are reading this please ask the managers of house keeping to utilize his staffs and make the assignment done.

    Manner less behaviour with stupid and pointless rules&regulations. If a person is unknown about the situation he/she has to suffer limitless. The management will lock your luggage and take your personal stuffs in there custody and no entry inside the room until you make the payment. Who ever is new please go through there rules and regulations before booking a room. I suffered so sharing my experience. They are very inhumane no courtesy nothing.

    Please clean up your toilets after events. It's horrifying to come for our own event and the washrooms are extremely dirty, no tissue to clean up or soap to wash hands.

    This Hotel doesn't stand with the commitment they made. I booked their hall for an event with food and hotel management agreed to give unlimited starters. For my surprise they made me to pay before the event even I agreed to pay. When the event started they refused to give unlimited starters and started to tell their own stories that we haven't agreed to anything like that. Don't believe the management of this hotel especially Shyam. This guy don't have ethics at all. First of all I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Still if you use their facility then please take everything in writing.

    I see pictures nice bud reality is horrible. This hotel is totally not worth it. Dirty and old rooms with cigarette smell. AC too noisy. Dirty swimming pool. Even breakfast is not fresh 🤮.

    Updated on 10.3.2023 Great ambiance. Economical and worth the price. The BBQ chef Mr Saeed was amazing. He served very juicy and tasty lamb kebabs. A must try. Sheesha and soft drinks have become little expensive than before. Overall a very good experience. Thanks to Mr Shaam for his hospitality. All female crew members are very nice and pleasant. 31.12.2022. We went to poolside live BBQ restaurant. It is a great value for money place. Nice neat and clean. Tasty BBQ. Excellent service. Special thanks to Mr.Muhammad ,Mr Mubeen and all others for their hospitality. Sheesha added extra flavor to the evening. The only thing needs improvement is the qahwa and tea option. Chef needs to pay attention to real Arabic tea. One more suggestion is to add one or two dessert items to the menu . Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely go again and recommend to others

    Please think 1000 time before you book at this hotel You can sleep in the street better than here You will spend every 1 second there complaining about every single thing you can see From the reception to the room to the parking to the service Even the WIFI is slowwww Dirty rooms Old furniture Bad service at the reception AC with loud sound Smiley rooms Doesn’t worth even half star I didn’t once and will never ever repeat it And I advise the management to check the emails that they received from customers 😅

    Well I have to say it the hotel lobby is so luxurious you can feel that you are inside a Palace but the hotel rooms is so old and definitely needs renovation furniture is so old if you are really looking for a luxurious stay this hotel is not the right place for it but if you are looking for affordable stay you need to consider it as one of your options it's also in the heart of ajman so all places are near restaurants shops and stores

    We are regular guests of this hotel and only because of low price. The Filipino receptionist is not welcoming at all, she is not smiling, no “thank you” , no “good bye”. She is full of attitude! And manager🤦🏼‍♀️, is also a Filipino lady that in front of us was so rude with another guests and when it came to our problem ( they give the keys for room that already was occupied, can you imagine?”) she just turned off and told us in such a bad way “ I AM TIRED!” and she left from the reception 🤦🏼‍♀️ OMG! Every our visit we had a tv issue. Every time they promised to fix and never did. If the cleanliness of room can be acceptable(we were in minimum 6 different rooms) , washroom is every time a challenge for us. The walls are really dirty, the toilet is not sanitize, the shower is not clean properly. Toilet rolls, every time half used🤦🏼‍♀️ Towels - I am afraid to use them. But the last experience was a total failure!! I lost a very important thing for me in the room - I called them in the same day to inform them and In the same day I went to pick it up , because as per them, I can come anytime . First day they told me to come tomorrow, bcs my stuff is locked in some safe place and they don’t have the keys, day after I was waiting 1:30 minutes, bcs they actually did not find, they are checking, they are calling to check with another colleague. The discussion with Filipino manager was the worstet, rudest, unprofessional attitude ever. And today is third day -they did not pick up the call whole day, after they told me that they did not find. Disappointed is nothing to say. Where is the owner? He knows what is happening in his hotel?

    The hotel was really nice.. the view was amazing and they were entertained me and arrange the rooms around 3.30 am, late arrival from the airport.. Rooms are awesome and large and rate was affordable... renovation was happening at the time , cleanliness was disturbed little bit... Best hotel at affordable rate...     Good spot with views. Housekeeping also in a good manner. Friendly staffs, good vibe to sit in the restaurant. In overall they are giving a great services. Thanks for the great care for me and my friend.

    Located at Ajman and opp to Ramada. Lots of nearby resturent. Interior gives you a feel of UAE tradition. Not much of guest now a days. I find a few area partially closed. They have huge halls for hosting parties. Limited parking available at hotel premise.

    Worst hotel in the world ... no clean rooms , reception staff is the moat unfriendliest people i have ever met , if yiu call housekeeping theh will take hours to come. The gym and tge swimming pool havs unsafe and unusable equipment and the pool is so dirty. This hotel has a potential to be bekcme a great hotel .. but the people who manage it dont have a clue how to run a hotel

    Th I can honestly say that it was greatest brunch I have ever eaten. The perfect amount, 100 % pure fresh, inventive, delectable, and presented by approachable and courteous waiters. We appreciate all that everyone did to make our special afternoon so unforgettable.

    We booked a Hall for party and we were surprised during the event that all ACs were not working, no maintenance or compensation was done 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 they kept portable fans for cooling but it was very bad experience

    I really from the bottom of my heart appreciate the services I was rendered in this hotel, most especially the house keeping team, then the waiters and the reception for their efforts in always making sure am comfortable. Their swift response to any issue raised made feel as to stay a little longer. Thank you Crown palace hotel, hope to come again.

    I had a long stay at this hotel , everything was nice , my room was clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful I recommend this hotel specially for long stay for a home like environment it’s in the center of Ajman , close to supermarket , mall , hospital etc. overall was lovely experience thanks crown palace management and staff

    Hi! As a lover pf travelling been in a few hotels and I think I can review honestly and objectively. For first wanna mention personal.Staff is very kind and helpful.In reception and other service staff with managers.Sometimes maybe will some confuses when they give you not good rooms, but its okay.Because if you don't know how room should look, they will give you another type and for sure in not good condition. For second, wanna leave review about building. Judging by name you might think that hotel in good condition and that located good too. Not like that easy. Building in bad condition and located in average poor location of Ajman. There few restaurants with football theme, and few markets from one side, from another side Hotel Ramada. Third, rooms are really in bad condition.Even some bed sheets might be damaged or with yellow stuff. And sometimes you can be bothered with neighbours voices at night And beautiful moment which happened today, something was wrong with their system and it showed that my room not includes breakfast. After living 15 days with breakfast, on 16 th they said this. This is disgusting and made me mad from the morning. Will never stop there again And don't recommend

    Worst hotel stay ever- they won’t pick your calls or send anyone if you have any issues with your room. Breakfast is very cheap and yet I felt overpaid! Everything reeks of bad or piss poor management .

    The worst criminal motel for hookers you can EVER go. My stuff got missed ( I mean they stole it) ,lack of ANY customer support ? I said customer support ? I got YELLED by a reception men, got HARASSED, hotel stuff would enter to my room without a permission when I was having a shower, They keep knocking without any reason whener they want.. Not really knockingBEATING the door, very dirty, got scammed in the so-called rooftop, they would lock my door and not let me to enter to my room ,ignore my requests.. whatever I would ask it would bedismissed. They found me even on Instagram and started to harass me, when i answered back that I will tell to their manager and to the police, they wrote me " Am I superhero or what ? " , there is a massage center on the ground floor with lots of things happening as well. When I tried to complain in the reception, the rude.. extremely bad behavioral receptionist wentand laughed on me tellingI am telling he can lose his job for that. I mean.. I could have potentiallycall CID orpolice on them and I swear their place would been forever suspended for everything what they did. They call to my driver and complained :D Actually my driver gave them a number so they will stop misbhaving andi n case of need contact him. THe WORST place I EVER stayed in all the millions of hotel around the world I had been. NEVER go there,better you street in the street than here
