This is best hotel for your business visit in Ajman located near by city center mall. They food is quality and their hospitality is absolutely great

I stayed two nights with my friend. The Hotel was pretty decent for the price that you pay. It is cheap but didn’t compromised the importance of comfortability, it is clean, staffs from reception to housekeeping were very attentive. Front desk were very responsive to my messages through agoda app, as I requested to changed our room to twin beds, got lucky that they have available as I know that time they were fully booked. The breakfast was not bad at all, I like that they have hot karak tea available, there were good options to choose. The location is just a walking distance to Day to day and City Centre mall. For taxi, you have to book as there no taxi that is passing by in the location, just need to wait like 10mins for them to arrive if it is on the spot request. Cons: If you need Iron, iron board, cooking utensils,pots & pans, you have to call the reception to bring it to your room. And they were all old and not in good condition. They don’t have also coffee/ tea cups if you want to have your hot beverages in the room. No complimentary coffee and tea. They have only free bottled water. Overall, I recommend those are looking for budget friendly hotel in Ajman.

Very poor hospitality! They only provide one key card and if you want an extra one you have to pay??? They're making up their policies as they go. Room itself was in a horrendous condition, door was jammed, loud noise when you turn on the bathroom fan, no tea/coffee in the room. All in all, one of my worst experiences.

Location is good, but reception is dark and norrow, furniture is old with cigarette marks on it, insisted on keeping ID and to divering it on checkout.

One of the affordable hotel apartments in Ajman...Complete justice to that price range.... Just one reservation is loud noise at early mornings due to construction happening next to this apartment.... Facilities and service is good

Hello, I celebrated my son’s 1st birthday on 4th November 2023, my experience was incredible. Staffs hospitality were at high. I met Ms Maria at the beginning, she described & took care the arrangements in finest way. Ms Ella & Mr. Mahavir are Gem of this hotel, this two guys continuously assisted the party very professionally from starting to till end. Hall decoration to food everything was ausum. Food was super delicious. All of my guests were happy & complemented the arrangements. Thanks Hala Inn team. See you soon. 🤗🤗

Very nice and clean rooms, I stayed there for 2 nights, I liked it very much, and they have friendly staff, there is a party hall there, and my sister Nikkah's party was there, they have very delicious food, I will recommend it to anyone. I would like to thank Mr. Saif, Ms. Maria, and Mr. Mahavir they helped me a lot. I will book that hall again.

I am regular guest, but why when i do booking 2 days before for weekend they can not axcept, and always ignor if iam request for the room which iam like. Reception are not friendly and never explane wht they provide. Some day i was booking by call she told me available. When i reach here they told not avaiable. Iam askvwhy i have book already, we couple then after give me a twin bed, is really iam not happy with them service. But i like the hotel is bit quit. Bed service.

The place is ok comparing to other places but the noise coming from the construction site next to the hotel is killing at 6am, doesn't matter if you're feeling well or not even on weekend they wake you up very early....

Cheak in was so fast they give me a late check out .. And they offer a good price for monthly staying 🤍🤍

great hotail lovly staff members al visetrs almost are arab and it work and understand arab way cheap food menu and have alot of choices bathroom clean and it is perfect as 3 stars hoteil i will come back later for sure

Very good apartment. I stayed for 1 night. I took non smoker room. It's clean. Spacious compared to other apartments. Also they have restaurant inside. Also parking available free from charge. Quite place. Only downside side the AC was not quite but cooling

Location, Its 30mins away from both Sharjah and Dubai international airport, Apart from that, Near by Ajman carryfore, Day to day supermarket, lot of coffee shops,Planty of options for food, 4. Hospitality in this hotel is good, Friendly staffs from the reception to the room maintenance, 5. TAXI transport is available even at the midnight, 6. Clean and calm hotel. Room was spacious enough and the toilets are well maintained and clean. Breakfast option was not that good. Nearby restaurant options are very limited but in room dining option is of good standard. Recommend decent place for family stay.

Very good for long stay, well furnished and accessible, has washing machine, and stove, like a small apartment. The set back is the WIFI, is weak, no enough electricity sockets, otherwise I found it excellent and affordable. I highly recommend it for anyone wants to stay in Ajman.

I have had a very rough experience with this hotel. I have paid for a VIP room which is the most expensive option. When I settled into the room, I immediately noticed a strange smell coming from the a/c. This was really bothering me, so I tried to ignore it and watch some Netflix. Then I realised that the room I was staying in had no internet. For 3 days, I was stuck in a room with no Wifi. When I tried to wash my clothes, The washing machine didn't work and when the hotel fixed it, It began to leak. When I went to sleep, the bed was big however it was a hard as a brick and I had really uncomfortable nights of sleep. Also when I was charging my phone, The socket melted into the wall and started to burn. I am not joking. There were too many problems with the room and we kept having to have staff coming in and out of the room, which was very disruptive. I was very angry at the hotel because they came into our room to clean without me having any idea. After 5 days, I moved out of the so-called "VIP" room so I didn't have to suffer. At first glance, the new room looked amazing. I first noticed that this room had very weak internet that is extremely slow. The a/c in this room keeps making an annoying rattling noise whenever you turn it on. In this room, The toilet kept flooding and the water hose kept leaking on the floor. Even something as simple as getting in and out of the room is a challenge, as the door was so stiff, I had to use brute force to open it. Just when I thought my stay couldn't get any worse, the shower in my room began to overflow and the shower and floor was filled with sewage water. The hotel says that this problem has occurred in every single room. I had never had a more stressful holiday in my entire life. Apart from the room, the hotel service was not too bad. The food was tasty but there were very limited options. Most of the staff were very friendly throughout my stay and always greet me and my family when we come in. Some of the staff, however, had very poor English and were very useless when it came down to customer service. The hotel clearly has very bad management and this experience was very disappointing. I have been to this hotel in the past and I have had a similar experience. Unless you want to have a stressful time, I do not recommend you come to this hotel.

The stuff is so friendly and helpful Breakfast is very good The hotel has free gem and spa The room is big and tidy well designed Air conditioner is excellent But There is no free tea, coffee or drinks in the room beside the kettle No tea cups
