Very cute caravan camping hotel. There are 13 or 14 caravans in different sizes. Each of them has a private garden and access to beach. You dont really see you neighbour but hear each other. The garden has barbecue, a swing and 3 different sitting areas. Its good for a weekend, a short holiday with kids.

1st time here with wife and 3 small kids. Awesome experience! We have private space with sofas and BBQ set… clean toilets and good water pressure for shower. Plenty of charging ports and good wifi speed! For extra comfort, just bring extra towels and own body wash.

Amazing place to stay. we stayed at executive suite beachfront property. It had its own private pool in front of the beach. The place was neat and clean. BBQ facility is also available (only you need to bring food). We paid extra to experience the outdoor cinema, enjoyed it. Beach was nice except of few layers of rocks which was hard to walk in water. Reception and staffs were friendly, ready to help. Me and my family enjoyed it. Looking forward to go back again with some friends & family.

The staff was super friendly always at assistance and you could use your mobile to contact the front desk which was actually convenient. It was my boyfriend birthday so as we got there they upgraded us to a Chalet with a pool which I HIGHLY recommend. They gifted us a cake as well , we had a cinema set up and could hook the PlayStation up which was a very unique experience at the same time swimming. The bath was super hot and relaxing. Only thing was the door didn’t want to lock but we felt safe so nothing to worry about. I would come again for sure.

One of the best experiences I had In Ajman, perfect location, service and hospitality. Family and kids friendly (try pool and cinema options). I recommend it to everyone.

Although everything was clean, we were put off by the service. The security guards make you feel like you’re trespassing even though you are a guest. Also there was a fully functioning Smart TV without a remote and when we asked about the remote we were told that the TVs do not work which was a huge disappointment. Another let down was that the chalet cannot be locked from the outside, so while we went to get some food we were concerned about our belongings being out in the open.

Everything went well. The ambiance is amazing. The swing, private space to bond family and chill, the barbecue area is a plus! The wifi is too slow as they are still on renovation which is understandable. Thank you to Nimesh who always make sure our stay turns out wonderful. Definitely will be back with a group of friends!

Rooms and other facilities need to improve, as i found, some window blinder were missing and taps were broken. Customer Service was unavailable most of the time, which can be sorted out. And Food Option i felt its limited and over expensive. But it's a must experience place.

The cons: Price is too high in relation to the quality of the place and experience. TV didn’t work during our stay, but thats ok because we wanted to disconnect and relax. This place definitely needs renovation and maintenance as there is a lot of wear and tear, some architectural flaws (the door of the outside bathroom doesn’t fully open because it was installed wrong, scrapes into the wall) also it’s a completely transparent glass door so anyone outside it can see you on the toilet and in the shower which doesn’t make sense. The vans are not soundproof and the guests next to us blasted music a lot, maybe management should consider spacing the caravans further apart so everyone can enjoy their own vibes and music There are lots of scraps, metal, wood blocks and brick blocks randomly scattered behind the caravans that are hazardous and should be cleaned up The place has great potential to be better they just need to invest in fixing all the flaws.

Your room is just in front of the beach with private access. The only thing I didn’t liked is when they changed the structure because of some natural issues I guess, before the fence is covered from your room to the sea, no one can walk across your line, no one can see you in the beach side but now its partly fence closed near to your dinning area, I hope the management will do the same as it was because that was the main thing catches my attention and my guests before the first time I checked-in. The rest is perfect. I would like to thank Jham who booked my room, he is very flexible with requests, respectful and very attentive. The receptionist who checked me in is accommodating and friendly (I am sorry, forgot the name). The food and beverage staffs was very professional dealing with guests. I would loved to come again with family and friends. The best private resort in UAE so far with affordable rate. Thank you Caravana-Al Zorah-Ajman.

However the beds size are small and short you need to squeeze your legs to fit. Bbq pit available in the yard and they provide the coal and help you start it up. They can provide you a projector to watch movies outdoors. If you have a party, they make all the arrangements. Upon arrival, we were charged the full cost of the 1-night stay and informed that we had been “upgraded” to a better camper. Turned out that not only was it not better, but it was also not ready to accommodate visitors - there was unfinished construction on the property plus the camper itself not cleaned, even though it was well past check-in time. We refused to check into that camper. In the meantime, our original camper had been given to some local family. The staff were unprofessional. I asked explicitly how they were going to resolve the situation but they had no idea. I have heard no apology, no one offered a coffee while we wait, etc. They charge prices of a 5* hotel but provide service worse than that of a 1* hostel. After half an hour of running around they proposed a solution - to give us a “VIP” camper that didn’t even have access to the beach (I think you can already sense the rather loose use of terminology such as “upgrade” or “VIP”). The camper itself was clean but the grounds around it were full of cigarette butts, and it took me an hour and 3 trips to reception to get someone to come to clean them up. We super like the place and the concept of the RV camping with your own private bbq area and a proper clean toilets and the staff are very accommodating, although we had some issues with the following: - furniture laminates/wood in the Van is already peeling off, - the RV door is not closing properly, - Fridge is not cooling enough and - microwave is not working. If we may suggest to place a door mat outside the RV and a floor mat/rug inside the RV to prevent the floor from getting wet or sand coming inside the RV. :) Hopefully will get a discount next time we come back 😊 as we had a little fight with our neighbor (female arab group) as we have males in the group and they are not comfortable seeing them. But overall, we enjoyed our vacation and the ambiance of the place. Will surely comeback to experience other RV’s and thank you for the chocolates. 👌🏽👍🏽😊

Staff were all friendly, loved the ambiance we handpicked the one with private pool so we could have large venue for the party I personally liked the one we have chosen cause we have own private pool.
