The apartment and furnitures are quite old. Everything looks and feels unsanitized and dusty. They have parking available but the system and parking space is a mess. Even the people at the reception are not that polite. Room service is bad. The only decent part of the stay is the view from the balcony ..its was amazing!

Rooms are big but not very much clean.. staffs are good.. u have to ask for few things because they provide limited plates and oven .. overall very good place in cheap rate

Lots to say about this place. The positive stuff first the rooms are HUGE, the staff are friendly and the place of the hotel is good. Now the negative: very bad smell of the rooms like someone been smoking there for weeks so it's stuck in every piece of furniture in the rooms, very bad and slow service I ask for a baby crib, first they bring the dirtiest bed I ever seen, I ask to change it immediately, then they brings another one which were broken, they promised they will get one but till this moment I never get one, which mean my daughter slept with me and my wife in the bed. You can ask for water and spend 15 minutes waiting until they bring it, if you're lucky. A lot of electricity problems that can appear from no where. Almost zero water pressure so getting a bath is a very hard task. Very slow elevator, you can easily spend 4 to 7 minutes waiting for it. If you alone or just with your wife I recommend another place. But if you have children and on a budget this place is OK not good just OK for you.

The location of the place is favorable, staffs and rooms were amazing ❤️📍🛏️I can’t forget the delicious breakfast

Ewan hotel tower apartments are comfortable and homely appratmemt excellent for long duration stays. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended

The stay is very comfortable. But I must mention that the front desk staff especially one Mr. Sadik..is the most arrogant person, some one who is not fit to be in the hospitality industry. He has no manners or the courtesy to speak to the guests..I would suggest screen ur front desk staff for a little courtesy and manners.

It's budget friendly and good if you're travelling and need a short stay. The toilets are sub par in terms of cleanliness. The hotel has parking and good amenities nearby

Evan tower offers a very relaxed and luxurious stay. The rooms in both two and three bhk apartments are spacious and includes all amenities to make your stay comfortable. The apartments includes bedrooms, bathrooms with all toiletries, a spacious hall with a tv and a kitchen with basic utensils and a microwave. Its pretty apt for a normal stay or a family staycation if you are in Ajman. The view from the balcony overlooking the Corniche canal is beautiful by itself. The restaurant offers decent food and the bundled breakfast too is good with a combination of various cuisines.

The Filipina lady at the front desk is rude and never listens. She's unpleasant, gossips on the phone while tourists (us) wait for her to finish gossiping. Over all bad experiences, I'm never staying here again. They don't do room service until you have to beg them to come, don't provide toiletries, water, unless you beg like a dog. They don't even deserve a star. Don't waste your time and money here.

This was single building locations and is contly for lower and medium level peoples like me also . Then that 175 was the room note for using money

Ewan Tower is a nice property in terms of its location and the rooms are tidy. Room service is on average side. The front desk staff are really cool and friendly. Sincerely I would rate 3 out of 5.

Good overall, quite, comfortable.few set backs regarding the stove wasn’t clean, it took me good effort to clean. I found some cockroaches, I sprayed the with insecticide;I hope I’ll not see more of them.There is washing machine.Should manage to bring some kitchenware, they have some but better to bring yours.

Best place for the stay if you are in ajman..staff is very helpfull and supportive

It could be more memorable stay if they could have read wt request i was requested while booking the hotel. Everything matters specially small requests withing the hotel policy. By the way thanks a lot for everything.

Flat Needs to be cleaned properly To improve your rating other than every thing is fine

The rooms were spotless. The rates are extremely affordable. And the price was very affordable. The staff were so helpful amd professional. Jennifer was an excellent receptionist. Warm and welcoming and very helpful both during check-in and check-out. The bellboy, Mendis was kind and punctual and he assisted us when we were arriving and leaving the hotel. They were both very attentive and professional. Will definitely be back! Thank you Mendis, Jennifer and the chef for the great experience.

Its old and worn out. But if you need a place for a day or 2, with 3 bedroom, hall and 3 bath rooms. Worth the money. Its a big place foraffordable amount

Room service was really bad, we asked them to clean the room at 10 am but no room service or rooms were not cleaned till 4 pm when asked for manager they informed he is on leave.. very incompetent staff.. very bad customer handling .

This hotel is very good for accommodation butt the food is not good even a 3rd class cefteria have good taste in making food in ewan hotal they have no professional shelf its very bad experience till now food is very bad quality.

Good hotel, nice location, and very polite staffs.

We asked for an extra blanket & they took two hours & several phone calls to bring. For two days we used to go out since early morning & come back at evening & we click on clean my room bill & nobody comes to clean the room. When we called to complain they said that we should’ve communicate with the reception as the housekeeping staff usually do not check!! We have to wait for ever for the elevator to arrive!!

I will keep it short and easy !! Positive : The hotel staffs were nice and well mannered. Apartments are huge and spacious. The hotel has one of the best views in the city. Has parking facility within the property. Restaurants and Grocery stores nearby !! Budget friendly. Negative: The whole property is old and worn out even though it looks brand new from the outside. It’s dirty and visibly dirty inside the apartment. The Washrooms are a mess ! It leaks, it clogs and it’s filthy. Electrical issues ! The refrigerator wasn’t even working & had it fixed myself once I figured out what was wrong. (The maintenance guy never showed up)

This is ewan hotel room cleanings services 👎 We booked room before week they said 180 room and hall Whn we reached there said 250 if 2 room and hall 250 then why they taking for 1 room and hall 250 really what to say for there service

Horrible in every way shape and form We arrived at the property around 2am. No one was at the hotel front desk. We had to call out loud for someone to come to the front desk. After that, we went through the checkin process. There was no one there to assist with our luggage. Once we arrived to our room, the lights were not working and everything was extremely old and unsanitary. We went to the lobby to inform them. They then looked at us like we were stupid and said that we need to put the room keycard in the slot for the light to work. At this point we had it and informed them that we will not be staying. We asked for a refund and they refused to oblige. Horrible in every way shape and form

We stayed here during the Eid Holidays with my family and we are satisfied with our stay. First, the location is amazing! It is in the city center and everything you need is just around the corner. Second, we love the view and we thank the team for granting us our request for a sea view. Third, their service is great and they attended to all our needs and request as quick as they could. For us this is really important and we really appreciate your staff's promptness. We encountered some minor issues during the stay but everything was resolved and we are happy. Lastly, I would like to commend Ms. Jennifer at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. She was very accommodating and nice which made us feel at home.
