I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, I needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional housekeeping service provided by "Islam". He went above and beyond to ensure that my room was always clean and tidy, and that I had everything I needed during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice , very happy with the cleaning and maintaining. Special staffs are good. Especially Akash did a great job. From cleaning floor to cleaning bed, all room service was done by him and very genuine person. It was quick and clean hassle free. He made my 7-8 days stay very comfortable. The 5 starts goes to him. Alhamdulillah… a good hotel with clean, neat & tidy room. Situated by the roadside, and within 20minutes to the airport. Room comes with electric kettle as well as a refrigerator. The lifts are also very efficient. Value for money 👍👍👍

We had a week long stay at the hotel. The hotel is on the main road with easy accessibility to local cabs at doorstep. The hotel is clean and suitable for a good stay. Although I was not too impressed with their food. Did not like it quite much. I want to mention about their housekeeping boy - Rohit. He has been very polite with a smile on his face while greeting us or passing by. He did a pretty good job at cleanliness and providing decent room service as and when required.

The room service is very good Akash do his job as professional my room is every day well cleaned and maintain if he find any things master be repaired or replaced he claimed to thier services in charge. Overall the service is very good on this Hotel all the staff are responsible and welcome

Very disappointing experience..never faced in my life.i was with my kids and not allowed to check in even though I have booking for same date.. Staff hold me for several hours as I cant do check in before 11am..Even though I requested to pay extra amount for check in but no help provided by staff..Never had such disappointing experience in my life at any property.Staff also mentioned they don't have any authority to do exceptions as it has to be by manager only and he is available only after 09am..So he said wait for manager untill 09am from 04am.. Worst experience in my life.

The real meaning of professional way of handling the customers and customer oriented environment. The staffs are offering very good service. It's a value for money choice guys... Can take the room... Very good ambience.. Quiet room.. Especially I would like to thank Mr. Fazal from the reception desk..because when we forget one item after checkout he made the necessary arrangements very quickly and guided there by himself. Citymax is a great hotel that I've stayed there more than a week, I believe some of their staff need to be trained professionally, also they had some power and electricity issues while maintenance people tried to fix it then security guards were helping customers to open room doors because their system was down. The hotel was pretty much decent according to its price which was great. One negative feedback I would give it is that they don't provide a luggage boy which means you are gonna have to handle your luggage on your own. Not only that, they don't even have the large size trolley, the one you see in hotel receptions, they give you a small supermarket trolley which means you might need to go upstairs and downstairs many rounds to finish your luggage. Other than that, it was great! Mazin

Hotel rooms are right next to a flyover so there is continuous sound of high speed vehicles inside the rooms. The location itself is quite isolated from the happening part of the city & feels deserted. Rooms are matchbox sized & bathroom cubicle is so small that one needs to keep the door open to move. Below 5th floor you will not get hot water due to their inherent design issue with the piping. Review is based on 4 weeks of stay & multiple verbal complaints to the management!

The rooms were pretty neat. Although I was put up in a room in the smoking zone on the first night, they changed it to non smoking the next day. The hair dryer was a bit quirky but everything else was fine. Special shout out to Abdal from housekeeping for cleaning up the room. He was very polite, did a fine job and I sincerely appreciate this young man from Bangladesh.

This is an excellent hotel with friendly and courteous reception, housekeeping staff. Aseel and Ruby at reception have been fabulous with prompt responses. I stayed for 10 days and never had a complaint. Breakfast buffet is amazing and good continental spread. Did not get a chance to try their lunch and dinner because there are plenty of options around. The reception staff also helped me with getting some important papers printed out without any extra charges. All in all a 5 star stay with total value for money.

The attention to detail was exceptional, with every corner of the room meticulously cleaned and tidied up. Additionally, sohail was prompt and respectful of my privacy. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the hotel room cleaning service and would definitely recommend it to others.

I stayed at Citymax Sharjah for 10 days I really love this hotel and it's vibe, So cheerful, right from the reception, the only thing is we had to pay a little extra for early check-in, But since the beginning the till our last day at the hotel! Everything was just perfect, The receptionists, The room cleaners especially (Ram) The guy from Nepal, he was right there offering his services selflessly, Kudos to him, And the engineer who attended our late night requests as the AC's filter was filled with dirty and it wasn't Cooling! I don't remember his name, But hope this will help him as well! Hope to visit the place again soon!

Super!!! I am from Saudi and I stayed here for 5 nights during hajj holidays. + points Nice room Very good bathroom Comfortable beds Suitable for 2 persons + 1 small kid below 6 years. Clean rooms and friendly staff . So many restaurants at the road behind the building. Parking you will get in the building if there is enough space. Cheaper room Rents. - points If your room is to the road side, then you will hear the traffic sound.so better take a room at the back side of the hotel. No shower caps. No gym or Swimmimg pools. Pay parking around the area of the building if you won’t get a parking at the building.

This is a budget hotel and pretty strict on checkin times, when people arrive from abroad at different times they are made to wait in the lobby which is so small that only 2 people can sit, literally you can see people sleeping. haven't tried the food here, rooms were clean and tidy, the receptionist needs little grooming and customer service on her sleeve

The photos you see here or on the website doesn’t reflect the true reality of this hotel, so don’t raise your hopes. It is not that bad but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again. I guess at the end of the day, you get what you pay for. So if you are looking for a cheap stay, you will get a cheap stay.

I would like recommend this hotel as it is not over-expensive and the services are good and polite staff. Hotel management is very supportive if you are extending stay. Top employees and top management! Worth the money, clean rooms and nice housekepping staff. The restaurant had good variety of food and it was very delicious! I was there for almost two months and did not have any trouble throughout my stay.

Whenever i come to Sharjah, I always end up choosing 1 place to stay and it’s City Max hotel. For a budget wise hotel, it’s amazing i never had an issue, rooms are comfy and always clean, also the staff are nice, Siraj is definitely a caring helpful person, I appreciate him checking here and there that all is good. The location and rooms are great. But the guy at the reception is very rude. We checked into the room with luggage just to hear that there is no bell boy. You have to carry your luggage on your own. The other problem is the parking was full, so we had to park somewhere far away and even had to pay for it.

Personally haven’t stayed in this hotel however visited a close friend who was staying here. Good ambience, very clean. Most of the time customer service is great and respectable. There was one time when we visited that they requested our ID for security purposes. That’s fine but felt a little odd that they didn’t come to the room to collect and rather our friend had to take the ID to the reception. Probably there was some reason for that. Prompt customer service 24 hours 👍 they have a service of checking baggage weight. Very convenient.

To begin, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel is located next to the main road, which makes it noisy. Yet, the rooms are clean, and everything makes you feel wonderful. I must remark that the hotel's staff are amazing. I arrived early and had to wait, but they made room available for me a little earlier. The housekeeping staff is likewise very professional especially Mehidi was very swift. I would definitely return.

We didn't like the first room we were put in, but the receptionist Ruby was extremely friendly and helpful so I would like to thank her. In general I was comfortable during my 2 months staying in the hotel. I noticed that some maintenance works have to be done to the room such as the bathroom ceiling. Very friendly and good staff. I would like to mention here Grace from the reception staff as one of the best employees there . I would like to mention also Clay Pot, the restaurant at ground floor of the hotel, for its service and good staff.

The stay was good and spacious. Specially would like to comment on the quality of Cleaning they do everyday. Woul like to give a rating Mehedi, who took an another round of cleaning after the first was made little unclean due to my shoes.

Extremely disappointed! I booked the hotel for 2 nights. Reception never picked up my calls. When I went down to reception they lied about my room phone not working. Broken shower with water all over the floor. Bed sheet had holes in it. Bathroom tiles are dirty. Parking ramp is like growing up a mountain and if you are a little late you may not find a parking spot because it is limited. Overall bad bad experience. Save your money and headache.

I visited this hotel last week. Many times I was staying in this hotel. Hotel is very good. Breakfast also good. But I faced problems with hotel service staff. 1. Reception 2. Breakfast I am an engineer and I have a customer in sharjah Saif zone so I had business visited of this customer. In my job not fixed check out. During this stay I was extended 3 times room no. 201. My customer was paid but some issue with his car so he did not paid after 1 hour. I reached at the hotel and talked with receptionist to extended 1 day my manager will come and he will pay it after 1 hour. So receptionist Said first you pay then he will extended 1 day then after you access room. I said talk your manager and request please I will after 1 hour. He said no need to talk them. Then after I was wait 1 hour on reception then after manager came and he paid. I request to this hotel management please understand situation of customers and corporate cause you have all the data so no spaces to cheating with them. 2. I am a vegetarian so I got some vegetables items in the breakfast. Breakfast was good but problem was some items was finished on the counter so nobody there responsible person to check and fill it. I faced many times. I hope next time I will visit this hotel and get batter service my point of views. Thank you...

Loved my stay in Citymax Sharjah hotel. This is my second visit in last 10 months but I will have to say they have always made it comfortable. I would like to give special thanks to the room service guy name “Mehedi” who was really sweet and professional and knows his job well. My stay was comfortable. Rooms are good. Staff is courteous. And their citycafe buffets are so affordable and amazing. Friday brunch only for 39 Dhs with around 20 delicacies. It is a budget hotel so easy on pocket and you get the best according to what you pay.

Great place to stay cause of the service. The staff from Munish, Neeraj, Ramesh, neeraj, Thomas , shyam and the housekeeping staff are very cooperative and helpful. Keep hiring staff like this which increases reputation of the hotel. Only one feedback should change for sure in the hotel. Your rooms need to have a pug point close to the bed, atleast one. There is nothing close to the bed, it's becomes a task to keep going towards the table once you are settled.in your bed. All hotels have atleast one connection there. Otherwise, very comfortable

Writing this review after staying in this hotel for two weeks. - Hotel infra and furniture is good. Rooms are not very spacious but adequate. - Restaurant is inside the hotel. - Parking is available for guests. - Room rentals are fair for the service offered. - House keeping staff is friendly, especially Mohd Nazir did the great job. - The only bad experience i had was with city cafe staff they were reluctant to send breakfast to my room.

I had a excellent 15 days stay at this hotel , staff is helpful, kind and responsive. You can ask for anything any time of the day and it will be done . The house keeping is also great , Rasool has been a great house keeper and bringing anything we need any time and coming to clean according to needs.

- Value : Less expensive and value for money service. - Parking : very poor . I found issue with parking all the time.. In booking.com they highlighted parking free but in terms and conditions they have mentioned prior to availability. They have only limited number of parking which is not easier to get. Should find a slot outside for the parking by paying mawaqif. The main issue which I found is with parking. - Staffs : are ok, not too bad to say or not too good to say. - Cleanliness : very neat and clean rooms and toilets
