If it was possible to leave a minus review, it would be appropriate but sadly 1 is the lowest and to be fair, that insults all the other hotels here that deserved 1 star. I stayed here for 2 nights but wish I hadn't found it in a search. The hotel should have been demolished years ago, nothing like the pictures which are clearly years out of date. Dirty looking, nothing working and mold worse than the house you thought it better to burn down and claim the insurance than waste your time trying to clean it. Nothing short of mass execution would make the customer service better and quite frankly, the food here in fact the food in this area isn't I'm sure as good as it is in the government prisons. If I was to be asked to stay here again, they would have to pay me at least as much as the advertised room price to answer the phone to them let alone visit. To start, the facilities if you can call them facilities are non-existent. The room smelt of smoke even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The door was knackered and took effort to close, the bed I chose to sleep over the covers. The bathroom was like a it was designed in the Victorian era and had no hot water connected to the tap in the sink and no plugs, the shower went everywhere other than me too but I wouldn't leave my toothbrush in there because it just looked like it was dirtier than a 3rd world slum than a hotel. The room was decorated with the poor quality furniture and had 2 cups but no water, kettle, fridge or safe that was advertised. It looked nothing like the picture online either. The staff were as intelligent as reptiles but not as cute and the breakfast was the dinner from the night before warmed up. I am less likely to stay here again than I am to take up the professional razor blade swallowing.

Dear CP Hotel Management, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by one of your staff members, Ibrahim, during our check-in. His behavior was extremely rude, as he insisted on lecturing us about making eye contact and not turning away, accompanied by an inappropriate suggestion that things would be much worse if we were in his home country. This unwarranted remark came across as a baseless threat. I would like to clarify that the reasons for some members of our group turning away and communicating among themselves were solely related to language barriers. They needed translation assistance, as not everyone was proficient in English. Despite this, Ibrahim's behavior was impolite, inappropriate, and left a terrible impression from the very beginning of our stay. It was only after I mentioned the possibility of leaving a negative review that his demeanor improved, and he started to communicate more politely, eventually apologizing. However, such behavior from hospitality professionals is entirely unacceptable and falls below industry standards. I urge the management to take appropriate measures, providing training in politeness and proper conduct. It appears that this individual may not be suited for a hospitality role, and it is evident that he dislikes the environment where he works, given his immediate and unwarranted rudeness. I trust that corrective action will be taken to maintain the reputation of your hotel.

Must have the hotel near bus services . We got 1 towel for 2 persons booking in 4 days . Receptionist behaviour not good . No lock up . No tea 🍵 No mineral water . All u have to purchase.

Party hall is good. Food just fine. Outside food not allowed to the extent of ice cream (which they dont provide). Never make mistake of going into the parking of the building unless you are riding a toy car.

It was the worst hotel experience ever!!! From the service, facilities, staff especially the security was not friendly. Parking was really horrible!!! We can heard the staff talking outside our room and that time our neighbours has baby crying the father of the baby was talking so loudly on his mobile. And cockroach everywhere!!! We booked hotel to relaxed ourselves but that was opposite from what we expected. Really not recommended this hotel!!!

Stayed there for one month with All inclusive package. Looking at the google review I was hesitant initially but as I have got the best price I decided to go ahead. However I was amazed with the 1 month experience I had, Room was big, very neat and clean, they clean it everyday, I recommend to have more and clear regional channels on TV for long stay peeps, food was okay nothing great. Easy access to Mega Mall and other Hypermarkets and Restaurants. I am thankful to Mr. Prabhu who directed me take this deal.

Budget friendly hotel with free parking. It's old and the way to parking is narrow not sutable for big cars. But it's worth for the rates.

The stuff is very supportive specially the guys on the reception but unfortunately I asked for refund and left the hotel after i saw the rooms. You get what u pay for but in this case u get much lower than what u have paid

The room is outdated. No kettles and coffees,teas like the usual hotel should have. The small fridge is broken and leaking. We even needed to ask for a kettle and they charged us for coffee and sugars. We even ask for an extra towel but was not recieved. The whole experience is just uncomfortable..

we are here in for 10 days. cleaning not properly. cleaning was here once in 4 days. bedsheets No changes The bedsheet has changed once in 6 days. our company was Booked with food included. But the food is so bad . I am attaching some photo. If you want some hot water or a black tea, there are no facilities here. Don't available ironbox . The dress can not be washed. The electric plug is more likely to cause shock if not used carefully

Really bad customer service The door card to open the room door doesn't work , they dont have any replacements so u have to keep going to reception for them to ask the security to lock and unlock ur room. The security person his name is DIPENDRA BEGHA he is veeeery good extremely rude , he questions you when you come late to the hotel and he is not helpful at all and he keeps asking very creepy questions . Very unprofessional i had to teach him how to treat customers . We were given parking by the hotel then the security DIPENDRA BEGHA told us that our car will get broken and parts will be stolen if we park in the parking by the hotel. So we parked aside next to the hotel and next morning we got fined . I also got a call at 5am when i was sleeping reception called me saying im not allowed to sleep in the same room with my you g bro who is 15 years old. I had to question them why would they call me 5am while i checked in at 3pm then my bro told me that DIPENDRA BEGHA was asking my brother if he was sleeing with me .very unprofessional and it cant be accepted. Please guys dont ruin ur holiday for such bad service and people who try to know ur privacy like thay security

It was easy to locate. It's almost in the city of Cassmire.. Not far from an Abustan Hotel. It's really affordable, clean room. Pleasant front desks and understanding room service.

This is the worst hotel in Sharjah. 1) The skinny arab guy at the reception was unprofessional and rude. I dont undertand how to such people get hired into the hospitality industry. 2) The room was DISGUSTING.  It smelled very bad and there was dust all over the place. The bedsheets and pillowcases were so dirty, smelly and had stains on them (had to get them changed twice). All the rooms in the hotel are connecting rooms and you'll consistently be disturbed by the noise from the neighbours and wont be able to sleep. 3) The AC wasnt working properly. 4) The bathroom was very dirty and wasnt cleaned properly. There were hair and stains all over the place and no proper towels and amenities. 5) The parking was so tight and conjested. You would need 2 extra people to help you park even if you were an experienced driver. My friends and I left the hotel after spending a few hours because of how disgusting it was and booked an another one. So please avoid staying in it if you dont want to waste your money.

Spacious hall for a 60 people function. The food was north Indian, but delicious. Rooms are specious too.

This is irrespective and irresponsible stuff there i come to with my girlfriend to book online room and they not give me room because my girlfriend have no original passport with in hand. But i already pay the money's. I say i show you soft copy of passport but they say we need original passport even i give him to my orignal Emirates id. This is not fare if you not give like that so please write on website because this is fake type of hotels to get money only. If i say you not give me room so give me my payment but they say we not cancel and we not retrun the payment.

Hotel is good. Clean and very friendly cooperating staffs. Stay was nice. Cozy bed and old furnishings. Parking is really congested. Hard to get inside and go out specially with big cars.

Room was spacious, hospitality staff was cooperative with us. They should make a change in their food. For my full 15 days stay, I got the same yellow ' bland' masoor daal twice a day in lunch and dinner. Quality of food was not good. Rice was so thick and were charging a lot for per meal. Once we were given chapati, should have given chapati in lunch too. And more options for food could have been added.

Last time we visited there, the receptionist was very rude to us. It's better if the management could take care of your own employees, who could spoil your hotel's goodwill. And arrange an immediate billing system as you are taking interest to collect money.

I Book through agoda ,they mention Newley it was newly renovated but it’s not. and room is dusty dirty and also bad smell . and bath room is the worst dirty dirty dirty and there is no room service or change bed sheets for 3 days I ask to cancel through agoda and the hotel manage didn’t agreed ,,, I will not recommend this place at all !!!!!

A good place for party hall. Enough rooms for guest for about 30 to 40 person. Parking, however could be an issue in this area. Average rating: fair !

This was my worst hotel experience ever. While booking the hotel on the agoda site the check in time was not highlighted clearly ( apparently you need to scroll through the entire page to see the terms and conditions ) soo I arrived earlier than expected to be greeted by a very incompetent staff who instead of explaining the timing in a courteous and professional manner he instead choose to blame and dismiss me. Being tired and disappointed I obviously tried to argue my case, the staff ended up engaging us in a shouting match. Where even he encouraged us to call the police. The manager was called to quell the situation, the guy is very polite, calm and respectful. Handled the situation well. We ended up paying 50 AED extra for early check in. An available room was only to be found almost 90 minutes later. The Allocated room bath tub was still dirty covered in black stains. Coffee mug provided was full of dust. No slippers, shower cap, bath robe, complimentary water or even coffee was available. Even the water heater jug was missing. Room furniture was old with the paint clearly scrapped off. Only good thing was the bed. However most front of house staff were very friendly and helpful and the Security guard by the name Islam from Bangladesh was extremely professional, kind and helpful good job to him. Anyone looking to stay here brace urself. The manager was also extremely good and helpful.

I would suggest check the place first before you confirm your bookings.. The iftar buffet is not in a restaurant it is literally in the hotel Entrance lobby. Services are very poor, food was only prepared and displayed past the Iftar time and its not good food well considering the offer price. Unlimited drinks means water. and you have to share table with other people or family which they will only inform you once you are there.. If we have time to check for other restaurant we would run with just 10 mins before iftar time. It was a kind of CHARGE TO EXPERIENCE situation.

Hotel staff suppose to advise if residents should bring passport copy or not for verification as residents uses emirates ID. My friend was not allowed to check in cause there was no passport copy. Even if that is the protocol for your hotel there is a way to speak to customers.. the manager is extremely rude and totally unacceptable behaviour. No one to receive even a call at reception. there is no service to rate. Really disappointing.

Dirty hotel, while booking we can see newely renovated, tea & coffee etc. But i realised when i went to stay one night here, that this was just for attracting guests. The rooms looks very ugly and there is no complimentary items even water. From reception they adviced to complaint once their manager comes next day morning!! And go nearby restaurents for tea or coffee.!!

I don't know how this hotel has 3 stars even though it does not even reach the level of one star. The bed is as if you were sleeping on the floor to the point that my body continued to hurt for the next day. The floor is dirty, with worn-out pillows, and all the furniture is not fit.
