I had a bad experience in their property. I stayed there with my friends in one of their villas on 4/11/2023. Next day getting ready for check out we found few of us lost money from our wallet. I informed the reception and they promised me to check cctv footage. To our surprise when we went to see the footage, the Manager and reception staff not ready to listen us and even ready to show the visuals. The behavior from them was totally unacceptable. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our hotel experience was quite unpleasant due to the manager's behavior. My group of friends and I had booked rooms, and two of my friends lost 100 dirhams each from their wallets. We reported the issue to the receptionist after spending time at the pool and having a coffee. Unfortunately, the receptionist's response was unsatisfactory. We requested to speak with the manager, and when we did, he was incredibly rude and raised his voice at us. He claimed that checking the CCTV wouldn't help, and we couldn't understand why he mentioned it. If you're seeking a safe and welcoming atmosphere, please reconsider your choice.

Rooms are dirty at its best. No wifi at all, I had to rely on my mobile data throughout my stay. Swimming pool water was warm in this heat !

Been here couple of times with friends as well as family. Love the 3 bed room villa with a private courtyard. BBQ is allowed. There are 2 swimming pools and there’s a pool and play area for the kids too. Room service is good. The location is away from the city so people from Dubai would love this place who needs some break from the city life.

Straightforward studios, some withpool views, feature flat-screen TVs andminifridges; 1- to 4-bedroom villas addkitchens and separate living rooms.Room service is offered 24/7.Parking is complimentary. Otheramenities include an international restaurant, an outdoor pool and a cinema, as well as sports courts and a BBQ area. There's also a gym, a sauna and a steam room.

Worse experience, your valuables and money are not safe even inside your villa and if you address any issues they are least bothered and shows a very bad attitude towards it, two of my friends lost their money and the management didn’t mind our complaint, No playing area and pools are not temperature controlled, over all you feel a very bad vibe not recommendable

When we arrived in the villa The furnitures were old and dirty. the bathrooms smelled really bad. The pillows was stained with something orange/red-ish. The bedside tables were chipped. The bedsheets was also stained. One of the bedrooms smelled like chlorine. The walls were stained. There was no stove in the kitchen. The windows were dirty and unclear. But other than that, the pool was okay. Overall wouldn't recommend staying here

A good place to relax... Extremely good staff who allowed a late checkout. Breakfast worth 25/-. Nice huge rooms and privacy of your own villa. TV didn't work. An economical place to stay in.

Villa is Small specially linving Room. Service not at all good.. Life guard will not allow yo Play in pool. When you check in Count your towel as whrn you willncheck out they will remove your Alll stuff if they dont found any towel..

Nothing was pleasant about our stay, we had a late leave but due to the lack of cleanliness of the apartment couldn’t wait to leave, there was not enough towels, the floor was filthy and so were the bedrooms, the mattresses were rock hard and very uncomfortable, as a family we booked a 3 bedroom and soon realized on location that one of the bedrooms was located outside of the house in the garage, which was not mentioned on the profile. The workers had no hospitality, and didn’t mind barging instead of waiting outside. The front desk employees were nice and welcoming.

Very poor wifi, hygienically and cleanliness is very poor aswell. Furniture quality is bad (sofas and chairs, stains on bedsheets). Toilet is very dirty. No TVs in 2 of the rooms when there were supposed to be. Bad TV (cannot connect to phone or laptop). Dirty and crowded swimming pool. Broken table.

These are individual villas starting from studio to 3 or 4 Bhk. We visited here as some 8 families and booked 2 and 3 bhk villas. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and toilet and also there is a common toilet. The houses were decent but the door knobs in the main door, room and bathrooms were not working properly. The quality of water is very bad. There is a pool area and a small children’s park. There are 3 swimming pools are in different sizes. One for kids, another one 100 to 135 m deep and one more up to 195 m deep. The pool was too crowded and the water was not clean as well. Morning breakfast was complimentary and they had a very limited menu. Although the food was not so great, it is manageable. Even there were several flaws in this resort, all our kids enjoyed a lot and hence providing 3 star rating.

Services are just bare minimum Breakfast was disappointing Hotel is not ready to welcome any guests - should close down and reopen only after it has bee n renovated. Will recommend detail municipal inspection this hotel doesn’t qualify for a 3 star. in this corona times when hygiene has to be maintained to the highest level this hotel failed to provide minimum cleanliness needs. Bathrooms are stinky and sewage smell fills up the room

Drivers / Maids quarters disguised as Studio and leased at premium rates. Cockroaches scrawling around the boxed apartment. Single bed with 2 pillows made to impress for a family. Neither can have a comfortable rest. A harrowing experience. Never to visit again.

It's the best place to enjoy your own setup and music and you no one bothers you. cheap accommodation for group but you have to get your own food there and pool timing is restricted may be because of covid.

This is an amazing place to visit, It's an excellent weekend get away for families. You can enjoy in a 2 BHK Villa with luxury amenities, have a BBQ night, enjoy swimming 🏊‍♀️ and playing in the swimming pool. This is an amazing place to distress after a hectic week at work.

Very very expensive for the cheapest quality you can find ! Dirty, toilet was leaking, the AC was super noisy. Breakfast with very less choice and bad quality, only open until 9am… I don’t recommend it at all !

The rooms are spacious, gives you a hotel vibe. but the villa I got it's AC wasn't working properly but these guys fixed it within 2-3 hours after which it was really good. It's a nice chill place

Usually when i don't have something nice to say i refrain from saying anything at all, but this is is hard to swallow. Been in that place 2 times due to an unavoidable need. It's like a CHEAP MOTEL in Florida. They call their room Villas... And gush what villas, smelly, rusty bathrooms, exposed electric wires. Disfunctional WiFi. And most of all a rude receptionist who made sure to rip me off on my second visit where i needed a room for crashing after a overnight photography assignment in the industrial zone nearby. By the way, these people withhold your passport or id as long as you are staying. When i asked them about that, they said that this is instead the insurance... Huh?

Good place to enjoy. Uniqueness is the privacy they provide. A little week is on the cleanliness. Pools are superb. However if there is light in the kids pool, it would have been much better.

Rooms are neat and tidy. 3 pools are available including one for kids. Negative- wifi is not sufficient. Even though smart tv is provided, it is also not a good one.

Parking for villa is a disaster,enough space there,but arranged in a wrong way. Rooms were okay,but not cleaned the floor for a long time . Recommend to use footwear inside the rooms. Rooms were not equipped with toiletries. Just a below average experience compared to the price ( 1 villa for 500+ aed for 1 day.

Nice place nestled in the quiet section of UAQ. The villa is superb , decently furnished and clean . The pool is a delight . Well maintained and alert lifeguards. Room service could be slightly better , I requested for towels but never came through , But overall decent place if your looking for a short break away fro the hustle n bustle of the city …..

Horrible. During night we felt etching something was in the bed. Not bed bugs but I just couldn’t sleep kept scratching my self and my partner too. Rooms are dirty and the doors are full glass, you’ll have to keep your curtains closed otherwise everyone will see inside. Really baaad

If you're interested in a quiet but family-friendly home then I highly recommend this place. This place has all the needed services. There is a big and well serviced pool with life guards and there is also a gym which has basic equipment. There is a mosque within walking distance and foodstuffs and grocery stores nearby. The drawback is parking. There is enough parking for one vehicle inside the villas but if you have two or more vehicles you have to park it outside of the compound. It's not a major issue. Anyway I highly recommend this resort.
