This is one of the best hotels in Sharjah if you are on a business trip. Excellent rooms with superb services. You can enjoy a tasty breakfast buffet and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere there. It is just walking distance from the airport, so you don't need to be afraid about getting into the airport on time. One of the cons is it is a little far away from the restaurants and mall area. There is no shop within walking distance from the hotel. So for shoppers, you can go shopping by taking a taxi only, which costs you several bucks. Overall it's worth it for the money we spent.

It's a decent 3 star hotel, like any 3 star it has the amenities for it. If you go with the expectations of a 3 star you will not be disappointed. Staff are generally good, few names come to mind like rasmi but there are many staff with attitude but like I said, go with a 3 star hotel expectation and you won't be disappointed. No valet, no one will tell you that there's no valet until you sit in the car for a while or walk out. It's got a decent gym just enough to do the job, overall a clean place but rooms are small. Location is the only good thing there is about the restaurant and some of the staff. That's about it.

I’m still thinking of some The cons - book here if you have absolutely no life cos it’s like 25 km say form Sharjah city, and right next to the Sharjah Airport Free Zone. This makes it a rather uncomfortable location if you wanna go around the city. However, if you are here just for work or if you’ve got your own ride... by all means go ahead. I stay here often, the breakfast is nice. The company I work for has a corporate package with them. Although I like the cleanliness of the rooms, my last stay was tainted by a weird odor in the alleyway to my room... The hotel is slightly pricey... living up to the Rotana name I guess. The lobby is very nice, looks really good.

Be it the traffic outside the hotel, front desk or at the restaurant. Restaurant was the worst! Our breakfast was completely ruined. All of the unoccupied tables had dirty dishes on them. We waited for some body to clean the table but in vain. As we were in a hurry we just fetched stuff from the buffet bar and settled down. No body budged to clean even after spending 15 minutes there. We went to the egg station to request for the scrambled egg and unfortunately the chef was too moody and we got served like 30 minutes later. Coffee and tea were not served on the table either and the coffee machine was broken too. When we complained to the manager, he had no clue. They were definitely under-staffed as there was only a waiter who cleaned, attended and refilled at the same time! All in all, I don't recommend anybody wasting their money on the breakfast! Please have it elsewhere in the city!

We have stayed in Centro for almost a month with two young kids. It was like a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Mr. Kailasy used to greet us every time he sees us. He was so thoughtful, we appreciated him serving a tea in a big tea pot as my husband loves tea. And Mr. Bed Prasad who serves meals in a dinner buffet knows what our kids love to eat and used to make their favorite platter without us telling him. He was so thoughtful, kind and friendly. Miss Eunice, Mr. Adam, Mr. Allan, Mr. Pasan all were so nice and friendly. The food is amazing and rooms are very clean. We loved the gift shop down the hall and a lady there offers the best customer service. We highly recommend this place to our friends.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend and honestly I'm so happy with my stay here. I will start with the lobby again with the room all with the help of a very nice friendly and professional staff who have been great and the entrance we felt special from the beginning to end the beautiful lobby with a café and the C taste restaurant. We had a Suite Room booked, The room was lovely super clean with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and the pillows are very soft the bathroom with shower very clean a huge wardrobe and dressing area with the hall with sofa and TV also they had us mini kitchen arranged with Alan and studio sitting in the kitchen, oven and studio seating in the kitchen. There is a huge pool for the adults as well as kids to enjoy and a gym area too. We had our lunch dinner and breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel. The view from my room was the Sharjah International airport. They were not many flights going up and down it was not nice at all but was very pleasant. Food at the restaurant at the service the stuff the chef everything was excellent. The food is very delicious . The Lunch we had Ala Carte, Dinner and breakfast was a lavish spread buffet. My stay was extremely comfortable a beautiful hotel surrounded by wonderful staff in a great location.Its very family friendly hotel especially with kids. I absolutely love the helpful and friendly staff will beyonf and about to make you sure you'll have the best time at the hotel during your stay.

Stayed for 21 days for covid19 quarantine so I know these people very very well. Avoid this hotel, they have no idea or clue what the customer service is or supposed to be. The suit that I took was clean. However, you need to keep asking, clean my room (they just do it 2/week if you ask, can you imagine!), bring me a water, almost 1 hour to get your breakfast/lanch/dinner after requesting. If you forget to add a water bottle to your meal and then call/ask after two minutes, they will refuse and say you already requested your meal. Another important thing, they are NOT HONEST at all, they try their best to hide your benefits. For example, I only know after one week that I have another free breakfast meal and Laundy service for 2 pieces. And they will not refund or do what you miss (What you lose or forget is just GONE !!!). So, long story short, you need to be awake and keep asking. Otherwise, they just hide things and try to make their best not to help you. Customer service and courtesy are not in their dictionary. SO AVOID!!

Went for business trip. Great staff, especially the restaurant in the evening. I liked the themed food each night, but a little more veggies for my vegetarian colleague would have been good. Very clean rooms and a very comfortable bed and pillows. Very new and fully functional. Location was ideal for Sharjah region (saved going in and out of Dubai wasting time).

Took long time to check-in. The colleague at the reception asked us to wait to be checked in as his computer had some issue, but later was letting another guest check-in without following the queue. We had arrived pretty late in the evening (after requesting a late check-in while making the room reservation), so didn't wanted to argue as we were tired. Being a rewards member got late checkout until 6pm. Overall the hotel is good especially because of the location, literally 5 minutes away from the Sharjah International Airport. Apart from the hick-up during check-in, everything else went quite smoothly.

Arrived and finally got to lay down around 0400am. A 2 room suite was purchased, which came with breakfast. I was not able to make down for breakfast due to needing sleep, so I kindly asked if they would allow me to exchange lunch. This was a flat out “No”. I was told by the evening crew when I checked in that this would be possible, and shouldn’t be a problem. I was happy with the hotel, but in the end, was definitely changed by the choice of the font desk to not allow me to exchange the meal. I understand I can pay for the meal, but I truly felt that an exception should have been made, and it was not. I believe 3 stars is a fair evaluation.

Stayed a night here on a layover heading to the Maldives for business. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The rooms were extremely clean and were comfortable. Service at the front desk and the food service was all very professional and accommodating. It is located conveniently right next to Sharjah airport so that is very convenient. If we had to layover in Sharjah again we wouldn’t have a problem staying in this hotel. During the pandemic everyone was professional and wore masks in all common areas.

The property is very nice, very large and spacious on entry. Rooms are very cosy. The best part its only 7 mins from the airport. Overall very good. We didn’t stay there for free but they treat us as if we didn’t pay for our reservations. I suggest they should attend some training on how to treat people in nice and right way, though they treat us so rude, but they did not hear anything bad from us. I think the management should do something about them. I salute “MARIA” 👏🏻 filipina, she’s so nice and friendly. Also the other guy on food sections, not sure if he is manager but he assist us so nicely. Will recommend the place to my friends coz of the view and the cleanliness but will definitely warn-them about those names.

If you are flying in to Sharjah airport, the hotel is very close and handy...... it also seems to be good for events and weddings... we were staying on business and the location and food was why the company chose the Centro based on good experiences with the Centro and bad experiences at two other different hotels... but also it could be a good base to explore the region....

My family were so happy and impressed positively.

Disappointed with the iftar menu variety.. Not as expected and charged more than the variety they are providing 😐 Not much cooperative staff!! There is much Room for improvement... 🥺

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff. They gave us an early breakfast. The place is 5 minutes walk from airport and is extremely clean. We recommend to everyone.

The entire experience was unmatched! I stayed here for 7 days due to exams and I didn't hear any noise while I was there, which was great for studying. The hotel breakfast was fantastic and included a wide variety of foods, not to mention an omelet bar. Hotel also offers 24/7 room service. The staff were super polite and professional as well. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Sharjah.

This was a very nice hotel with fabulous dining. Unfortunately a bit away from everything except the airport, however, the hotel does provide a shuttle service to the city center twice a day. The decor is magnificent as are the facilities. There are pesky sand fleas near the swimming pool, an inevitable consequence of the combination of sand and grass.

It takes longer than I thought from Dubai International Airport to the hotel. Got a nonsmoking room but unfortunately it has a very strong smoking smell. Called the front desk and he sent someone who came after a few minutes. The person said he would send someone to spray air fresheners and said let the AC run longer (it was running). I hoped that I could switch to another room. Anyway, a person came shortly with a sprayer to spray the curtain. It felt a bit better. But the smell is still strong - I slept a bit but I am awake (the smell is too strong) writing the review. 🥲 Will try to request to switch to another room in the morning. The guy said the 2nd floor was smoking but the 4th floor - where I stay - is not. I wonder why. Maybe the central AC? By the way, the carpet looks old and not clean. UPDATED on 10/29/2023: The management team on this Sunday is awesome! Muhammad, the manager, personally showed me to another room. The new room is great. No odd smell. He explained the previous room might be caused by some guests who did not follow the non-smoking policy. I am happy with the new room! So, I have updated my review.

Centro Sharjah was wonderful! The staff made us feel like we were special. Especially Azar, Keerthi, Roshani, and Arun, who all gave us exceptional service throughout our week long stay. I was always pleasantly surprised by how they remembered us each time they saw us. A very different experience from American hotels.

The worst experience anyone could have, rooms smell like Indian food, bed sheets are soo rough that it was there for ages !! receptionists are very rude, no matter what you complain they are just replying to what they have in mind and that’s it, as if you are talking to a wall! food is terrible, You go to breakfast at 9:30 and it already looks like left overs from a week ago. Where in the world were you get a coffee in a paper cup!! Checked out the 2nd day of arrival and the planned stay was 2 weeks !!! In 2024, literally just got the keys from the reception and they never worked. Just to start. “Avoid putting it next to electronics” I HAVE JUST GOT THE KEYS WHAT ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT!!! Plus the last time I’ve heard that i was 5yo !!!! NEVER GOING BACK ! Super over rated.
