I
had
a
very
very
bad
experience
visiting
this
store
today.
Me
and
wife
we
went
to
this
particular
Day
to
Day
stores
looking
for
some
poncho
style
sweaters
since
we
had
found
a
few
good
ones
last
year.
But
to
our
dismay
our
evening
was
terribly
ruined
by
the
ridiculously
rude
behaviour
of
one
of
the
lady
sales
person.
First
of
all
it
is
to
be
understood
that
we
as
customers
are
not
uncivilised
flock
of
people
having
no
sense
of
handling
clothes
in
a
store
like
this
one.
Be
it
10
dhs
or
100
dhs,
everyone
has
the
right
to
check
thoroughly
before
buying
anything
in
terms
of
designs
and
size.
My
wife
was
selecting
few
sweaters
and
to
have
an
idea
she
placed
them
on
the
shoulders
and
there
was
were
mirrors
definitely
kept
for
knowing
if
a
particular
clothing
was
looking
on
him/her.
Every
piece
of
sweater
we
took
out
was
put
back
on
the
hangers.
This
lady
started
out
very
rudely
pointing
out
that
“trying
is
not
allowed”
and
followed
by
another
very
insulting
statement
:
-
“if
you
don’t
want
it,
don’t
take
it”.
Is
this
the
way
to
treat
your
customers.
Recklessly
rude
and
demeaning
!!
I
don’t
understand
why
are
so
many
sales
persons
employed
in
the
first
place
if
they
are
not
supposed
to
guide
the
customers
and
sadly
the
ladies
are
heights
in
terms
of
behaviour.
Her
behaviour
didn’t
stop
just
with
the
verbal
rudeness.;
when
we
asked
her
to
be
a
little
polite
and
asked
for
any
notice
mentioning
the
rules
of
the
stores,
she
went
on
to
touch
and
push
my
wife
with
her
hands
and
my
wife
literally
hurt
by
her
long
nails.
We
tried
to
raise
the
matter
with
the
senior
supervisors
but
with
futile
efforts
as
they
seemed
to
be
very
much
ok
with
such
behaviour.
We
do
not
aim
at
ruining
someone’s
career
or
job
but
all
I
expected
was
simple
apology
for
the
rudeness.
Realisation
is
the
things.
I
am
very
sorry
to
say
that
the
store
is
not
worth
visiting
for
anyone
who
has
a
self
esteem
and
I
am
sorry
to
have
taken
my
wife
there
with
a
hope
having
a
good
winter
shopping
time,
which
turned
out
to
be
a
mood
spoiler.
They
do
not
deserve
even
one
star.
We
knew
the
store
had
mixed
stuff
with
larger
percentage
of
substandard
stuff
but
made
a
discovery
that
it
has
substandard
“Staff”
as
well,
especially
the
ladies.
They
Do
something
about
it
or
don’t,
we
don’t
really
care.
People,
please
avoid
visiting
this
particular
Day
to
day
of
Ras
Al
Khaimah
if
do
not
want
yourself
in
the
middle
of
an
insulting
situation.
