Came here first time as it was referred by the doctor from the hospital I went as its the only clinic who can offer my treatment.. took a token and the receptionist told me just wait for my token and sit.. the male receptionist was not even telling the procedure which room should I go.. after waiting for 2 hrs sitting for nothing I told him can I go in any room, I've been waiting long time.. he said go.. I went to treatment room. The nurse told me go to nurse this room and see the doctor then come to me.. health care professionals are also not helpful as the nurse who assisted me was rude.. she said I don't appointment without checking her system. But when I show the message she checked my name is there..the only nice person there are the doctors and the security and one nurse from the male room next to receptionist... the previous nurse and the rest I dont know. nothing happened the first day they just told me come back the next day which is the same procedure again..seems the receptionist and other staffs don't know what they are doing. The place is so un-organised.

2nd dose vaccine available for family. But very slow progress for 20 people 3 hours taken to vaccinate. I never see like this slow work anywhere.

It was a very nice experience there .parking is free and easy available. The place is so cool ,calm and no rush. The management team staff nurses are so much cooperative and professional . There was no rush at all and they will serve you very fast . No pain during vaccine there. So amazing experience ever there 😍 ❤..

Bad Experience while Vacinating. They really dont have an idea of (having two Halls)separating Family Member and Bachelor. If one families come for vaccination they are allowed instantly but for bachelor people they need to wait for more than 30min - 2 hrs. I have heard some people wait for 2 hrs. If possible it be should solved out quickly by officials.

I had no issues with Vaccination. Just come earlier if you wanna get it done quick. First dose took 20min, second - 1 hr max. Not accepting bachelors, they need to go to Jurf branch, and it makes sense - Mushairif is a family place.

Third, I was right in Front of her and she’s ignoring me like im not there i had to say Salam n ask my question 3 times that she can hear me and look at me! Plus the attitude its like I’m gonna do something for free! This is too much why would i be treated this way, just wasted my time going all the way there plus her behavior doesn’t even encourage anyone to ask more details about any process like what papers would somebody need etc! The reception staff were respectful and helpful only the one of marriage medical test u could see she’s fed up she wants to go home and not ready to hear any patient. Very bad first impression. I hope they work on their behavior and attitude all other government establishments staff are highly polite and welcoming this one is really an exception!
