I checked in this morning and arrived very early. Sharon was so massively helpful in making sure my tired kids don't have to wait an extra second in lounge. She went out of way to change our booking and find us a room right away despite busy holiday season. She then made sure that we get a great deal kn breakfast buffet. I felt like being really well looked after. The staff here are all great at their jobs but I have to single out Sharon for her extremely professional handling of our booking. Thanks a lot.

Good place to stay. Great view of the city. Friendly and cooperating staff. The breakfast buffet is good. But have some issues like: you need to park you car by yourself, it's a 4 star's hotel, why there is no valet???. Another thing I ask for more drinking water since my wife, my baby and I stay there and two bottles in the room wasn't enough, it took more than 35 minutes and he bring two small bottles when I ask for more he say hotel policy allow me to give two extra no more 😂😂😂 it's water. I went to the coop and get 36 bottles and put them in my room. Also why I need to call for toothbrush? This is another thing. But not a bad place, need some improvement, of course.

I would like too say the services here 10/10, management / staff are really nice & helpful! The room was really good, cleaned & sanitized every single day & replaced our water bottles & brought us Extra. Breakfast from 6:30-10:30 is highly recommended! 8.5/10.

The hotel was overall great but my only issue was that there was no windows that opened within the whole hotel, including every room. Without fresh air the rooms becomes very humid and didn’t allow proper ventilation. It also meant that all the cool air was coming from air conditioning which made the air in the hotel very dry as it lacked moisture.

Stuffs are so welcoming and the rooms are very clean with good views from the sea and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast is awesome and upon checkin, they don’t make u wait for so long. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back again

Food tastes extremely good, where they have wide choices. And I would really recommend their buffet. Very nice restaurant design. Their chairs are comfortable and look great. Friendly and helpful staff. Environment is extremely nice. They have couple of meeting rooms. They provide free valet for the hotel visitors.

Hotel is clean. Rooms are tidy and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfect for business travelers who want to attend activities at Sharjah Expo. Otherwise, everything is far away and expect to pay 100 DHS taxi fare. The hotel has two restaurants and a small cafe that serves Starbucks coffee. My room came with breakfast. The breakfast was average. Nothing special at all and the choices are limited for a four-stars hotel. I had the chance to try the other restaurant for lunch and it was below average. Shower pressure was very weak in my room. I am not sure if it is the same in all rooms. Do I recommend this hotel? Yes if you are visiting Sharjah Expo, but try to eat somewhere else.

Italian Night at Orient Restaurant at Novotel Sharjah - Mamma Mia, just fabulous! Best salads I've ever had, fresh and delicately seasoned. Delicious roasted veggies and Sicilian potatoes, pizza and pasta in the mains. And a tempting range of desserts, pleasing the eye and palate. Loved the chocolate mousse and macaroons - wish I'd had room for more Thanks to the manager, Mr Joseph - way to go!💯

I can hide my feeling with this property with all amazing people who are hardworking team and supportive. I love their facilities within and rooms are very nice especially the rooms on the lagoon amazing view at night. Bravo to Mr. Ramadhan from front office concierge with an amazing smile and assist.

Novotel sharjah Expo Center Hotel is a very nice Hotel . It looks new. The room , the service and the restaurants are all good. I did not find any negative remark to post. I stayed one night and hosted 2 friends for dinner at their Moroccan Restaurant. Their food and their service were very good. Their location is inside the city very close to Sharjah Expo Center. If you want to visit Sharjah Expo stay in this Hotel. I will differently come back again.

Location is brilliant. Room cleanliness is average they have to be prompted to clean better. There were insects in the bathroom that were there all the time. Restaurant: don't bother going there Staff: this is the worst point about this place, starting from the night I arrived even though I had a confirmed booking from their own website and not from a generic booking website, the guy at the reception desk (Ali) was extremely rude, kept arguing with me that I can't take the room until 8am! That was at 3am and I had two kids with me. I showed him the email and the confirmation received from the hotel and he kept repeating himself like a robot and even had the guts to tell me that I made up that email! Which made me furious. I asked him to call his manager, replied saying he's the manager. After a long argument he gave me the room adding a day extra on my booking. The restaurant staff is even ruder. To be fair, towards the end of my stay, an actual manager then sorted the extra day that was added to my booking by the first guy. Sadly I don't remember his name but he was nice. If you ask me if I book again in the same hotel, my answer would be no. I don't recommend it.

Quiet hotel for people who are looking for peace and close to restaurants, beauty salons, supermarkets and sweets

Stayed here for a night this past week and it was a very luxurious stay! The ambiance and hostility are great and for such an amazing price. We tried the morning breakfast and the options were plenty and everything was well cooked, fresh, and delicious. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs. The kids also enjoyed the pool! I think it’s a great place for a stay that’s relaxing and with a nice view but also close to the city.

We had a birthday party at Novotel and staff were so accommodating and humble to serve us. Mr. Patrick treat us well. All staffs were polite. I love this place and we enjoyed alot. Food was tasty as well. All over, it was nice experience. Thanks Novotel and staff team.

Nice hotel with good rooms and nice view. Staff is very nice too. They have free water, tea, sugar, iron, etc etc and you can even request for more cups for free. Overall nice hotel. 10/10. Would recommend. Downside is that it is kind of far.

I was in Sharjah for a trade show and the proximity of this hotel to Expo Center was a great convenience. My room was very nice, big, clean and had a beautiful lagoon view. Still the best thing about this hotel is its staff for sure. From Sumera and Fatuma at the reception to Mariel and Allan at the breakfast restaurant, everyone was beyond polite and helpful. I have never been to a hotel with nicer staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay here was absolutely amazing. The staff here is very helpful, special mention to Mr. Joseph. He was there for our every need. I would absolutely recommend everyone to book their stay here.

This is ideal as a business hotel, particularly for those visiting or participating in an exhibition at the Sharjah Expo. But it is a nice place to stay for any visitor to the city. The rooms are very nice. There are two restaurants and a coffee shop. The restaurants close by about 11 p.m.

The rooms and the washrooms are neat and tidy. The food was delicious as well. Location requires you to walk a bit to catch a bus else there are nearby good eatery options. Service was satisfactory. You can get cabs in front of the hotel.

We had an excellent stay. Nice and helpful staff. Easy access from and to Dubai with a taxi (under 100 AED). Good breakfast. Room are neat. This all for a very good price.

It was my first time stay at Novotel and I really liked it. Rooms were clean and furnitures were new. Hot water was always available and they were changing the towels daily. Breakfast menu was rich but as a cheese lover, l can advice chef to add 2-3 different cheese 🧀 types more. Transport to Novotel is easy and prices are so normal for such quality and service.

The hotel staff has been so cooperative and helpful. The overall environment is excellent. The gym, suanaa and pool service is superb. especially gym. the reception staff ms.sumaiara always solved my issues. the restaurant staff ms. Janet always showed hospitiality whenever i went for breakfast.. i am also gonna miss her cute and welcoming smile

This by far was the worst hotel i've ever been to. If you want to get asthma and cough all night then directly book a room there. The rooms are below zero cleanliness. We asked for another room thinking that the smell will be gone, but we discovered all the rooms have the same bad smell. Me and my sister literally spent the whole night coughing, not to mention that I am pregnant and my sister has asthma already. The picture attached shows how the room was not clean. This area was next to my bed, you can see pieces of chocolate, hair and dust, that's how they gave us the room. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! WASTE OF HEALTH & MONEY.

An excellent experience we just had with my family in Novotel Sharja Expo Center with the receptionist Sharon who greets and help us with our hotel booking. And the splendid breakfast menu with Allan and Janaki who offers a variety of meal. Recently visited - Staff - Kind Staff, Bags being delivered to room was quite slow. Rooms - The rooms were good and big in size but the Kitchen unit wasn't very fascinating, It didn't have any complimentary snacks or coffee pods and a Coffee machine. Breakfast - Breakfast was amazing with lots of variety however they had less variety (Only 2) cereals and less variety in fruits. Reasonably sized swimming pool, gym, and play area. Over all - Recomended.

When i entered the reception area i was amazed as it was colorful, clean and homey. All staffs are nice and accommodating. The room i loved it, was beyond my expectation for what I paid. The breakfast was superb, lots to choose from. Overall it was perfectly splendid. Will be my first choice nextime if i want to relax.

Ahmad in reception made our stay more convenient. Our kids enjoy our stay especially my wife who is the reason why we went to Sharjah from Abu Dhabi due to the Expo 😅 standard international food and proper social distancing. Will surely be back again.

We came and we have waited in the lobby for more than an hour the front desk guy was very stressed out and the room is not ready, very bad experience with the receptionist for sure not gonna come back, lots of people are waiting and the didn’t even offer us water in 4 stars hotel this not the best expected level. Our choice was based on the previous reviews but very disappointed

This is the best hotel Me and my Family have been to in Sharjah so far. I would even give it a solid 10/5 for the excellent service, location, rooms and all facilities provided with the prices exactly affordable and worth it. There is even Tahi restaurant located down below the Hotel and had unique, delicious and of course.. expensive dinner BUT IT WAS ALL WORTH IT. I stayed for a week and the staff helped me a lot for my luggage and packing. Thanks to everyone working here who gave unique services and hats off to the developers, managers and designers.

One of the best hotel in sharjah, staff's are friendly and helpful. From the reservation team Mr. Abdelrahman and the front office staff and room service are really great. We are so happy and we will definitely come back. Breakfast is good and they have good service as well, clean environment.

I had a horrible experience with the manager (Ahmed) at the time I stayed there. He kicked me out of the hotel after waking me up from sleep because a friend came to visit me. He even threatened me with police severally. I couldn't believe what I experienced, especially when one of the security guys (Abbas) whispered to his ears which made him to start screaming out loud at me, while he kept me there for over 3 hours with a threat to hand me over to the police. That was the worst experience in my entire life. There is also no Airport Shuttle as claimed on the website. I overlooked that but ended up being kicked out the second day by the manager without a complete refund. I think there are great people working there but the manager called Ahmed and the security guy called Abbas are definetely not the kind of people to deal with customers.

The behaviour of hotel employees was great(especially the receptionist) The break fast and the room service was great too. The view was ok. It was a great experience for me and if I decided to travel to dubai again,I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Amazing experience, stayed here for 5 days . The rooms are very clean and bathrooms are modern and tidy. Housekeeping is also very effecient and if there is a problem the reception staff and manager and always ready to help . General service and the attitude of the staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend staying here . One thing I would highlight is please keep more water bottles in the rooms during summer . There were 2 small bottles of water and every day I would have to ask for atleast 2 more bottles to be sent to the room so given how hot it is in Sharjah would be better to keep 2 large bottles in each room . The breakfast buffet is brilliant and food at the Tahi restaurant was also amazing and quite reasonable . Would 100% recommend

Had a meeting in novotel for 4 days and it was a great experience. Food and Beverage staffs was amazing and they did assist us in everything with a right manner. The ambiance of their restaurant outlet is very welcoming and charming. Amazing staff of the restaurant , food and their service are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Would like to mention Allan, Vincent and Mariel and Mr. Joseph who’s I believe the F&B manager for giving us an execellent service. Will surely come back.

Novotel is such a good hotel with good price, clean room, good breakfast buffet selections and absolutely with amazing staffs. Just a comment on not having any bath tubs in all rooms is somehow unusual because thats one of the best place to relax inside the room, same as the pool timings is too early to close at 7pm. I would like to give a huge shoutout to Duty Manager Mr Ahmed, in all stays I ever had in different hotels, it was the very first time that someone went above and beyond on his call of duty. He is a gem in the company that regardless of all the flaws of the hotel, he recovered it and exemplified an outstanding customer service. I will never forget Novotel because of Duty Manager Ahmed and I will always have a good word to say about hotel because of him. He deserves a lot of praise!

I trusted the previous comments and make my stay to be here. unfortunately, the previous comments where misleading and not reflecting the true. I stayed on the lobby for more than 2 hours waiting for my room to get ready. the staff in the reception where totally lost and overwhelmed and don’t know what to do with the customers those where fulling the lobby like snowball. I had to get my luggages into the hotel by myself. the man in the reception stated that the sea view are all fully booked, and gave some one who came after me that view. lots of upcoming residents waiting in the lobby hall without even apologizing for them for the miss. after waiting 3 hours to check in, the room was not well cleaned. to summarize my experience(totally disappointment) I wanted to cancel my reservation but the denied to refund the money

Very good, neat and decent place to stay. Conveniently located close to Sharjah EXPO centre. Tasty breakfast is guaranteed here, but same menu was served for my 6 nights stay and it got boring. Arab receptionists wasn’t much friendly and welcoming. Talabat is a good option to consider for food delivery as it’s impossible to cross the street.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Novotel, the staff was very nice and kind. The rooms were constantly cleaned and everything was very professional. As for Esther, she was very nice, welcoming and had a professional working attitude. She did what she said and didn't break promises.

I stayed in the Novotel Hotel Expo Center Sharjah for 14 days in November 2023. The room service is really efficient. I found room cleaner Mr Chandra very punctual, caring and efficient. He is really expert at his work. The Orient Restaurant is one of the two restaurants where a vast choice of dishes is available. I am on diet and kept a safe distance from the beef and mutton but really enjoyed the grilled chicken. The supervisor Ahlam is a very nice lady. You will find Arabian, Western and Indian dishes including several types of salad. The breakfast is also very good. Although my trip was sponsored by the Sharjah government and I have no idea about the prices because everything was free, my first and last impression is very good about the hotel overall. There is a swimming pool and decent gym available for the guests. The staff is cooperative. It is a modern and decent hotel for all those who want to visit Sharjah. The location is prime and lake view available from the rooms but you have to pay extra for those rooms.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from which includes Gluten free options and many more. The service was exceptional, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Von at the breakfast buffet was very helpful and friendly. What an amazing Hotel. General Manager Mr Robin Soloman and all his staff couldn't be any better, above and beyond duty, looking after us, wee Usha keeping our room spotless! Food amazing! Great having the taxi service outside hotel. Could not fault it! We were asked to join in on the Christmas Party in hotel for the local children, was amazing even had snow! Choir and Santa were brilliant! Hopefully we manage to return
