Hotel is very excellent. It has 3 stars, but it like a 5 stars. Personal are polite and cute. And all of staff helps to you I you need. They ask is all right ( for example : Gina interested : is it okay ?! ). Thanks a lot. I like this hotel and it's service!

I really enjoyed my time in the hotel. The rooms are really clean and the staff are amazing. I wish there were different breakfast buffet options but the ones available are amazing. And another thing that bothered me was the view from the rooms. But over all a really good hotel.

The check in was so fast and efficient. From the entrance to the lobby it looks so vibrant,refreshing and clean, aesthetically it really looks great,small but beautiful. The room has nice decorations too with matching orangey vibes,there was no smoking room available during our check in so the room that we got smells so fresh. We got clean linens and toiletries . There was a nice hot and cold water supply. The bed is spacious enough for 2 people. The reception/Hk was good enough to provide us with additional water thorough room service since we finish the 2 bottles provided for us . The only downside on our stay was the sink was clog..we tried to push/pull the lever but the water won't drain but nonetheless it's not that really big deal . Overall we both love our stay in the hotel. During check out was also hassle free... we'll be going back again

Incredible experience at this hotel. Me and mother were in dubai for a day and lost our travel documents in transit which extended our stay in dubai for 3 more days. We booked this hotel because it was close to canadian consulate. I cannot explain the hospitality and all the help I got from the hotel staff. Amazing staff, very helpful, well trained and courteous. Special thanks to Vishnu, Sajid and Arif. They supported us with whatever they could, specially mentally and that goes long way. Thank you again guys.

Nice place and very good ambiance. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping service was awesome and my first impression from the reception especially Esther she was polite and helpful hopefully we will visit again. Thank you for wonderful accommodation.

Ive visited one of their halls for a wedding reception quite recently. Its nice, simple, clean and cosy though they could do away with the tacky decor. The staff were courteous. Scope for improvement is there.

We had a great experience. Hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. This hotel is situated in a good locality with easy access to all the tourist attractions by taxi (fare between AED 12-20). The hotel staff even accepted our request for late check-out. Hotel also permits food delivery from outside restaurants. Special thanks to Mr. Michael of Nojoom Allail Tourism (in house tour operator) for booking the fantastic Marina Dhow Cruise, Miracle Garden and Global Village trip for us.

I loved this hotel. For 3* I believe it had amazing service from staff. Very clean and good sized rooms. The staff are so helpful and willing to help. WiFi is not great. So if you need to work it may be an issue. I was using my phone's data to work on my laptop. Because of that I requested a room change to a higher floor which the staff helped me with. I may have been a bit blunt as I was stressed,so I want to say thank you and I'm sorry if I was rude. The changed floors but the outcome was the same. First time I ever did that by the way! So thanks! So overall, I definitely recommend this hotel. Would probably book again. The location is very useful and convenient. Just not the greatest of neighborhoods I assume.

Every time I plan to book at another hotel, but I come back and book at this hotel. It is really very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very nice to deal with, especially Mrs. Mahami and Mr. Arif. I felt very happy and comfortable staying at this hotel, but for the sake of kindness and development, I suggest that you put a body sponge in it. The bathroom and a brush for the hair dryer. I wish there was a swimming pool in the hotel. It would actually be more wonderful than the wonderful thing itself. In the end, thank you to all the managers and the respected hotel owner for taking care of the comfort of your guests. I am not surprised by that, because Indians are indescribable in their intelligence and creativity in their work in general When I took this photo, the guests started to think that I work here and they came to ask me about reservations or something like that, and I was actually waiting for the taxi and took some photos for memory, but this also made me happy.

Excellent value for money, but there are consistency and communication issues. For instance, while the timetable indicates the Sauna/Steam is open from 7am-10pm, it's often switched off during these hours, requiring an hour to warm up. Despite calling ahead and being assured it's on, I find it off upon arrival. As a hotel, facilities should remain available for guests during the stated hours. Why turn it off? Giving one star because the issue is so frustrating after multiple days of the same thing and it not being addressed, wasting valuable time.

It's a nice hotel with various activities, but it's somewhat pricey compared to other international brands. The location is very good, and spending extra dollars enhances the experience. Shabeer, the reception guy, was exceptionally nice and friendly. I recommend it for last-minute requests. I'd rate it 3 to 4 stars, but it's a very clean place.

This hotel is for the food lovers (wasl 51 has some lovely eateries) and for those on a budget. While the hotel is situated in an interesting location, what really made my experience was the service I received. The staff were amazing and very accommodating to all my questions and requests. I would like to especially shoutout M. Attique for all his help, kindness and responsiveness; Jouvette for his advice when I joked about being homeless since I had checked out and had many hours before my flight; Satish for the amazing coffee and service and last but not least, the man who worked on my floor and always inquired if I needed anything and checked that I was okay.

Very great service! 100% would recommend staying here, everyone is so lovely and kind. We were here for about 3 months, the hotel is always spotless and smelling fresh and clean. The staff are incredible in all their duties always meticulous and attention to detail in everything they do. All staff always well presented and friendly. All in all it was worth for the price I paid! Although the check-in process was slow (they encountered a problem looking for my booking confirmation, I don't know why) The hallway in non-smoking floor smells like cigarette but the room itself was odorless, a bit small but tidy. The pipe on the sink inside the toilet was leaking. The staff were hospitable and were always willing to help! Kudos to your hospitality team! ♥

I stayed here for 1 week and had an amazing time. Staff are super friendly, welcoming & helpful. Location is great not far from the main tourist attractions in Dubai. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable beds. Great gym, sauna & steam room. Extremely good value. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

HIGHLY SUGGESTED. Superrrr friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, almost quiet neighborhood, fast check-out, you can put your luggage at the hotel if your flight is later and it's free of charge. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and booked it for my next trip without even thinking about other options. Update: this time I reserved an executive room that had a balcony, it was great.

We stopped by with Our Friends and went to Their Room for a little while before catching a Taxi to the Airport, which was around 50AED in a Van. The front desk was helpful with ordering a Taxi for Us, The Bellman put Our luggage in the Vehicle. They had a buffet restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. It was connected to a Mall and outside shops clothing stores, market, food restaurants, Barber shop and convience stores. A hospital was across the street. It was in a great location. The Public restroom was clean and the Air Conditioning was great.

So I have been in this hotel from October 20 to 23, 2022. We had best experience. Rooms are very clean. Housekeeping team is also very polite and kept our rooms very clean. Polite staff and great receiving. Also we have checked out at 12pm but we asked if we can keep the luggage in their store room. They allowed to keep our luggage until 12 am. Very helpful people. I would highly recommend this hotel for stay. In our room, we have small fridge as well. Loved every bit of this hotel. This is best option for all kinds of people. But I would suggest to ahve food at local places but not in hotel bkz it is expensive. But food in hotel is upto the mark.

Nice Hotel. Went for meeting there. Only issue i found in the dining area is that they do not mark whether the food items are vegetarian or not. If a minimum marking is maintained it will be good

I had a wonderful time at Al Khoory Executive Hotel. The staff and service was excellent. Dina at front desk and concierge Abdur were great hosts. The location is great. I will be coming back and referring the hotel to my corporate group. Thank you.

Great hotel for a great price. Very nice location, Dubai Mall & Beach is like 10 minutes from here. The room service guy Kamal from Nepal was amazing, he was quick and very respectful. Breakfast options could've been better for the price but can't complain. All the staff was very respectful. The hotel has ample parking space underground which helped me a lot because I had a car. Will book again.

The overall experience is great! We stayed here for 4 nights. All the services provided were really good. The staff Gina was very courteous and helpful with the stay. The communication was easy too. The hotel services be it clean or storage was very good. The food was great and had many varieties.

Wouldn’t leave me alone. I had the do not disturb sign on my door. I booked an extra night. They kept ringing and knocking on the door. Someone showed up with 2 security guards to try to throw me out. Didn’t bother to check their own reservation system. Before you get security guards CHECK YOUR OWN RESERVATION SYSTEM. Idiots.

The facility is superb and the staff are friendly and courteous, the admin catering and housekeeping departments are all great. The rooms are very clean. The staff is professional and friendly. The lighting in the room is sub par. The shower is very large and couples showers are fantastic. The breakfast is delicious. I felt safe and secure with security on-site. It was a pleasure for my 14 day stay. Someone smoked in the hallway and they freshened it up and offered to change my room immediately. They are just the best.

The staff is friendly. The room is clean and all bathroom and tea/coffee amenities are available. They clean the room everyday. Everything I needed help with, was provided. The bed is very comfortable and the blinds ensure darkness in the room. The AC works very well and maintains the temperature. They have a restaurant and in-room dining available at very reasonable rates.

Stayed here about 9 months ago, just able te review it now. I had a very pleasant experience here. Clean rooms and very good service. Also I extended my stay by a couple days each time, at one point I forgot to extend my stay and overslept my checkout time. The staff called my room and handled the situation very kindly since they were aware of the situation. Also the location is not the fanciest neighborhood, but definitely a practical one to easily move around the city.

Thank you Ms Gina for assisting us upon check in for granting our request to have a twin room. So helpful receptionist. It’s amazing place to stay have free shuttle bus going to metro. And restaurants are just at the back of the hotel. Our stay is EXCELLENT!

It was a great stay at Al Khoory. We booked the stay for 31st 2021. Check-in, check-out was absolutely smooth. No waiting during check-in. Also they didn't hurry us up during checkout given we came back really late after the Burj Khalifa NYE and slept little late. Rooms are really great clean, comfortable and services of everyone was really good. Chini reached out to us with really warm greetings.

If you are a fan of La Mer, the top beach location of Dubai. This is definitely a good starting point. 10 minutes walk from this fabulous site. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Th rooms sober and sufficient. A good price / product quality.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in May with a our under 2 year old son. We felt very comfortable! All the staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty! There was always fresh fruit and hot side dishes. The beach is only a 15 minute walk away and beautiful! We wish we had known about the hotel sooner. The service deserves 5 stars for room service as well as front desk, waiters, kitchen and porters. There is a very family atmosphere in the hotel, so you feel right at home and if you have any questions you are always well advised. We will come again as a family. 3 star hotels in major European cities like Berlin or Paris can not compete with this hotel. Unfortunately, we could not remember all the names of the staff, but Nisha and Arif are an example of how to start the day with a smile and really get into the vacation feeling. Thank you for a great time, we will recommend this hotel to all our friends and families who want to vacation in Dubai.

This hotel is really good, the staff is so humble and helping. The rooms are clean and ambience is great. The location is good as it's in the center of the city. It was a pleasant stay there.

The room was undoubtedly set up neat with soft touches of personality and perfection across all amenities. The check in process was super quick and informative thanks to Mr. John at the reception desk. Stay was comfortable, we were given extra amenities as per our need and it was very quiet and restful stay. Mrs. Shobha was the check-out agent and once again, all hotel standards were respected and everything went absolutely perfect. Everything you could desire is right around the corner, Burj Khalifa is not very far, museum of the future is somewhat close and by far one of the greatest beaches i have ever been to "La Mer" is just as close. Big thanks to all the hotel staff and i'll definitely be coming back!
