Great doctors and incredible treatment.. But you need to know, How it works: You need to visit the clinic first, register yourself and then depending on the number of patients who are on the waiting on that day, you will be called in to the Dentist. It was about 4 hours of wait for us to finally see the doc but I heard from another patient who was waiting that it takes about 2 hours on normal days. The advantage is, you do not need to wait physically there but keep calling the receptionist (they cannot call external) to check how many more patients are still waiting ahead of you and accordingly head to the place. What could be improved? A proper appointment system with time slots as most clinics operate and a nice customer service training for the receptionist team to keep customers happy.

It's a small clinic but very reasonable, staff is good as well as dentist. Went to Dr. Radhakrishnan... Best Doctor and is very polite...Got my half broken tooth extracted from him. It was painless Alhamdullilah .. Thank you soo much Sara Dental Clinic and Dr. Radhakrishnan.

Worst experience and nightmare. All the process is old waiting is more then an hour I had gone for root canal treatment and Dr Sarla attended very badly. First her anesthesia never worked and second she left needle inside my root which was a surprise painfull experience. I got to knw after two months of pain. Its horrible experience n a disaster. I will never recommend any1 to her. Please ask her to take x-ray of tooth n check.

Worst Receptionist .very rude.came around 3.40 pm with my elder daughter as there were patients and we wanted to do blood test for my younger daughter as she told that it will take 1hour for our number to see doctor so we told her to book appointment for elder one we will be back in 1hour.when we were back she continued with the list of patients and we waited till if till 6.20pm our number still didn't come and we left the clinic without seeing the doctor only.

Sara dental clinic is a good and effordable clinic in town. Dr Sarala is one of the best Dr there. But the RECEPTIONISTS are very rude and they don't know how to treat their patients. They must learn to Behave well with their customers. Otherwise surely Sara dental clinic will lost many patients.

I have been visiting Dr Sarala for almost 20 years and she is the most patient and proficient I have seen. Very honest in her work and does a perfect job for a very reasonable fee. Someone who definitely enjoys her professional and does it with utmost dedication. Highly recommend

Sara Dental Clinic is on third floor. This is G+5 building As residential building.

Clinic building is old and the lift is very small..no appointment system..walk in patients only and the waiting time may vary from 30 minutes to 2 hour...but both doctors are experienced and very comfortable... overall good clinic

Took an appointment as no dentist was available for the next two hours, plus there’s no free parking in the area so we asked the receptionist if we could come back after two hours, which he agreed upon. Came back after two hours the receptionist sent someone else for tooth extraction, when asked how long will it take, she guessed 10 mins though she was not sure. 10 mins became another hour. Imagine being in pain for 3 hours and just waiting for nothing when my face was swelling up, which is considered as an emergency btw. Ended up leaving for another clinic as the ten mins never ended. Please have courtesy to send people with appointment first specially when it’s an emergency.

On drilling 15 minutes in to removing my wisdom tooth, Dr Radhakrishnan said it won't be possible to remove it, as my pain was tremendous. Fine, I get it! But what surprised me more was he told me to visit another doctor to do this extraction. I felt that he didn't want to take the risk of doing it, and just washed his hands. Not professional at all; even after booking my appointment at 3pm, got to meet him only at 4:30pm. What's the point in taking the appointment then?

Doctor was very polite and professional, she gave me the right medicines and diagnosed my problem and gave me the best solution and outcome for my dental problem. Receptionists were very rude though.

May i know which experienced doctor available for male adult to clean teeth and fillup. Also buhaira insurance can accept here?

Dr. Sarla , a good dentist. She was able to fix long period problem Although waiting time is quite long due to absence of appointments. Great clinic and good doctor.

no doubt Dr are good but to take the proper appointment need to cross big hurdles that is receptionist Which is very rude and non corporative no manner at all how to deal with your patients and this clinic is old pattern very disappointed this time regarding my daughters check up

Very poor facility.Rude lady in front desk, says waiting time is 2 hours. But patient cannot leave the facility and come back in the specified time. Says doctors will only attend if patients wait the 2 hours inside. I don't know which century they think they are in.

Timings are really bad. The clinic opens at 1pm on Friday but the doctor is not there until 1.40pm. Waste of time.

Reasonable price but was not effective treatment as I had pain even after the the given time. Doctors are polite and soft. Timing is 9 to 8.30. No appointment are taken over the phone.

My husband went with a gum infection and the doctor took xray of the wrong area where he did not hav pain and also gave him menstrual pain killers. I am very disappointed of their dental treatment.

Excellent Dental clinic and first time experience in Sharjah.DrSmitha was very friendly and informative and guide through all possibilities and helped me in taking a wise decision.The only negativity is they aren’t linked to any Insurance Providers and no POS payment facility but it’s affordable and cash only.

Best and affordable dental clinic. First time I am visiting a dental clinic here in these 12 years. I had gone there without taking appointment. So both the senior drs were busy. So they asked me to meet dr.Smitha. I was bit reluctant. But the dr was too friendly and caring. She did the procedure smoothly and explained about the medicine and how to take care. I was totally satisfied. Highly recommendable.

Radha Krishan is an amazing doctor with apt diagnosing skills, 5 stars for him. However, the customer service/receptionists are pathetic and the worst.

Professional dentist

first called clinic receptionist said we are open till 9pm when we visited the clinic it’s closed however people are still inside it was only 8:10pm. me and my family coming to this clinic since 7years all i can say BAD WORST customer service. i wish some action can be taken on this such scenario where a patient needs to see a doctor but receptionist doesn’t allow. You need to work as per UAE’s rules and regulations not by your own wishes, closing the door on your own timings.

I had a wonderful and pleasant experience here. All the doctors are extremely nice and welcoming and the clinic has a good ambience. I had my treatment with Dr Sarala ma'am, she was very kind and took her time to explain and discuss the problem and treated me very gently and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Dr.sarla has been my doctor for almost 19 years now and I have always been provided with the best dental care in the emirate of sharjah along with really great dental advice that has allowed me to maintain good dental health. I honestly don't see any reason to not give 5 stars.
