A very nice and well equipped hospital. Doctor’s and nursing staff is good and professional, well maintained attitude towards patients and gives professional services. They are having specialists doctor’s in this hospital branch. The hospital it’s self is a luxurious building and well maintained. Huge parking along and back side of main building. There is a driver through pharmacy in the hospital.

It was easy to navigate to the clinic and the location is very convenient. Paid and free parking slots are available around the clinic. The receptionist, Ms. Ruksar, attended to me with a smile although I have arrived in an inconvenient time as the clinic was being sterilized which I also appreciated. She was helpful, her answers were clear and she facilitated my visit smoothly. Now the best part, Dr. Nadia was easy to deal with and practiced listening like I have never experienced before. She discussed the smallest details, gave the best explanation/s and suggested findings/conclusions that I found made perfect sense and projected treatment to every finding/conclusion. Doctor Nadia is also hands-on, she oversaw every test I did and entertained me during the tests time and while leaving. She is my kind of doctor! This is my go-to clinic from now on.

The doctors here are very caring and when I had fever and was vomiting, the doctor hydrated me right in the clinic with drip of fluid which gave me energy and my vomiting stopped and felt so great. i heard the clinic is under american trained doctor so the care is definitely upscale. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy here at Thumbay Hospital Ajman and I cannot speak highly enough from my prenatal doctor, Dr Pushpa and nurse Jo to the doctor midwives, nurses, ward support during my delivery process, Susan and to admin staff. You guys were great! Your facilities, room delivery and recovery room were beyond my expectation. I was well accommodated! Great food, complimentary face spa, ballons, cake and baby stuff were given. 😍 Thank you to the doctors and nurses who encourage me that I can do v.delivery when I felt almost giving up 😔. the worst service ever, my first appointment was due on Tuesday and my doctor requested some tests, my insurance company has been waiting till now for some information on my case and the hospital never gave any. calling them everyday and either the line gets cut off after long minutes of waiting, or even no one answers the call, all lines are busy 24/7 and when I went to the hospital to meet someone I can talk with they told me that the information is going to be sent in 30 minutes and I can do my tests, yet the next day no information is sent. The worst hospital by far.

I saw Dr Usha. She spend a lot of time on discussing issues. Globe health is very good clinic. They accommodate Desi like us very well. I have recommended this clinic to all my friends. This clinic is the Jewel of the desert. I will go for all my medical needs here instead of lot of fake clinics I see popping up every where else. As I said I am doctor back home my self, and I could tell difference between good clinic and not good clinic. This is excellent medical facility and happy with all services they provide. You see if clinic is busy their is a good reason. As you will not go to a restaurant which is empty all the time. Similarly you want to go to a busy clinic as it speaks for quality service for itself.

Excellent Doctor and staff...

I had low back for many months. I tried different clinics. I heard about this clinic Globe health in Satwa. I was advised few simile exercise and anti inflammation medicine. My pain is gone and now I can do my work which is very labor intensive as well take care of my family. I normally don't write reviews for businesses but I felt that I need to express my views about this clinic as I got such a great result in my health from this clinic.

I have very good experience at Globe health clinic. The clinic is under new management and I can definitely see the american flavor in delivery of healthcare. I was diagnosed quickly and effective treatment was given.My symptoms have improved now. I have recommended Globe Health clinic to my other friends too. It definitely stands out as compared to other clinics in the area.Great clinic, great service and brand new equipment.

Worst place they are bothered only to get the insurance payment. Staff there is totally forget being courteous. They don't even answer to your query. I had my wife ill for which was asked to take a chest x Ray. Since the reception printer is not working they asked me to go to the xray direct. I had the x Ray approval also. But the technician in the x Ray room's gell bent on sending me to the reception to get the approval again. She was not even willing to listen to what I was trying to say. They really don't have a clue about what care is pathetic. Hope the management that is if they cared to look into it.

I’m just disappointed with there pharmacy. 3 times i was there by different requirements and never went out with that i really need. They simply don’t have ibuprofen 600, and instead of to give an option of ibuprofen 400, reply was: “no, we don’t have”. So, I need to ask back and investigate what the option i can have instead.Really? ThAts how pharmacy should work with patients of the hospital? Pain killers they don’t have! Antibiotics they don’t have! Plasters they don’t have! Excuse me, what do you selling then.

Please don’t come here their emergency is not for emergency patients they’re just advertising it as emergency they kept us waiting for an hour and the patient fainted in fever and still there is no response from the doctor who doesn’t seems to me as human. There is only one general doctor in the whole emergency or you can say whole Thumbay hospital. We couldn’t even buy water as their canteen get closed at 11pm after that the patient can die with hunger as well never seen such inhumanity in United Arab Emirates.

I got my dental work done here. Both cleaning and filling. Now my teeth are perfect. I highly recommend this clinic as they have multiple services including GP, specialist and up to date dental clinic. There doctors are effective and the machines are clean and brand new. I felt that it was definitely a branded clinic and the whole facility looks very clean and hygienic. I have tried other clinics, but felt like they were poor clinics. This is a very upscale clinic. I have started sending my friends here as well. I heard the clinic is under American administration and therefore health care standards are of those of American standards. THAT WORKS!

The only time they were nice was when it's time to pay. After that it was like no one cared. The Staff is horrible. The nurses show no compassion at all. You have to wait for hours sometimes, even after taking an appointment. I cannot stress enough about the bad attitude of the nurses. I've had many instances where I have lost my cool with the counter staff who were busy on their phones while people are waiting for their turns. Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

My main concern and complaint is regarding Dr. SAFINA. Worst experience in terms of hospital staff. I was there with my sister 2 days ago and the emergency unit was extremely slow in getting every simple step done. When i was complaining and speaking to the nurses there. Dr Safina literally was so rude and responded with “if you dont like it then leave”. Disgusting response and I dont get how you can keep such a nurse with such a horrible attitude in a hospital, a place where the staff should be the most calming and good with patients. If a nurse cant handle criticism and deal with unhappy customers bcz of the poor service then please provide training to ur staff members and nurse specially DR SAFINA who has 0 knowledge on how to communicate with patients. No matter what it is absolutely wrong to tell a client/patient to leave if they’re unhappy with their slow service. Its not like a patient is happy to be hospitalized anyway . The least this hospital could do is train their staff communication skills and etiquette. I already raised a complaint regarding this issue and I will not allow this to pass without seeing a change.

Im an old and reoccuring customer to Thumbay since last 2 years. Waiting for hours is a norm here despite of your confirmed appointment. Yesterday i went to see Dr. Edwin, Pediatrician. My appointment was for 5.30pm. I reached there at 5pm with my 10 months old baby. We waited for 2.5 hours. My turn came around at 7.30pm. My daughter kep crying the whole time, first she was unwell ofcourse, secondly because of the crowd. The Nurse, assisting Dr. Edwin needs serious training on pressure management, time management and appointment management. She let others go before us (with appointment after us / who came late and missed their appointment time) since they were already shouting and pressuring the nurse. A lady with an appointment at 5.45pm and a big enough boy who definitely wasnt that serious ( 10+ years)was sent before us. I could see that the nurse was favoring Indians over other nationalities, specially south Indians. My heart kept sinking seeing my daughter in pain. She vomited also but the nurse did not care. Im so so dissapointed. For sure im not going back to thumbay ever again. And i will make sure to escalate this issue to reach Mr. Thumbay Moideen. None of my friends, relatives, colleagues will visit you. I will tell them how you people are mistreating patients and running business only. Where is the operations manager? Where does the floor supervisor sits? Dont you have patient coordinator? You will soon be left with no customers because of your mismanagement and racism. Too too bad.

Doctor Amal Hassan Gynecologist is one of the best doctor I have visited, she is so kind, smart, professional, the only doctor who I met and didnt make benefit of me cause I dont have insurance, she didnt ask me to make extra tests or unnecessary tests in order to make money as many other doctors do, she was patient with me cause I was a bit nervous even though I am sure that her day was super busy but she cared and this really meant to me a lot. I will always visit her. Very sweet and kind I recommend her to everyone.

If there are more patients then we need to wait more than that. Then what is the use of appointment services, rather they should have made walk-in for all if they can’t treat the patients on appointed timings. Suggestion : Kindly hire an audit team and try to improve the services by evaluating the flaws. 2) I could see lot of crowds on weekend waiting outside the laboratory for blood test. There is no clue about their turn. In Nuamiyah branch they have a token system at the laboratory to understand their turn. Here at jurf no token system. Why nobody cares to improve the google reviews about hospital. Time is important for all, so hospital management should be taking a note to improve the queuing time. 3) Doctor from O/P directed me to emergency care to take up I/V. I was asked to get the injection from pharmacy. This was when patient is with high fever. This itself shows emergency is not emergency. Emergency team must be arranging the medications from their end and treat the patients in time to avoid waiting at pharmacy for medicines. Let me tell you, I often visit this hospital to treat my family members. I wish I could see one day Thumbay is reaching on top with 4⭐️ Google rating.

Pregnancy is a hard time for a woman and she is going through alot of changes and needs the same doctor she can trust from beginning till end. 3. No reports are shared with you. You have to run around to get results of reports. They just sit them in their system 4. Most of the times the quematic in radiology area isnt working I had to change my doctor and hospital due to these reasons

For nearly two months, my mother was bedridden in Thumbay hospital due to brain hemorrhage. The medical professionals who attended to her were exceptionally qualified and adept. Despite the fairness of the cost, the doctors were also mindful of minimizing financial burden. Throughout this trying time, Dr. Omar (operations manager) , Dr. Vivek (Neuro) brilliant , Dr. Tambi (ENT), and Dr. Syed ( physiotherapist) Dr Farah Dr Geo there assistant Sumaya and assistant Afra Speech therapist Dr Shazia, and dietician Dr Fahmida provided exceptional care and assistance within the hospital's policies. Pathetic insurance department, all school kids, know nothing about insurance and its coverages. No coordination between reception and insurance dept..patients has to go up and down at thier distressed time. Message to Owner/MD: your facility is outstanding, doctors and nurses are great.. We waited for 25 mins to see him, its so disorganized, so crowded in the hospital.Anyway, after getting my prescription, I went to Life pharmacy to claim my insurance, then we found out that doctor wrote wrong medicine, the guys told me that this medicine is for adults, not for minors.The dosage was wrong. I won't visit this hospital again.So frustrating. I look forward to your immediate reply and a resolution to my problem.

The worst hospital and the worst nurses. Only doctor shameema is good in gynac... Other all labour room staff is very bad... They don't khow how to behave to patients. . Don’t go there. I had very bad experiences with them.. The customer service team and insurence team are the worst. Seriously avoid going there. If I could give them 0 rate, I would. From my side,

Very poor administration. Though reached on time, unable to consult a doctor. Instead of three receptionists only one is available too slow. More than half an hour spent at reception. Finally the doctor did not accept the appointment.

They should close this place down. Doctors are new and have no idea about Healthcare. Nurses are non existant. No one knows what is happening in the hospital. Very poor quality of Healthcare is provided. Their cafeteria's masala dosa is better than their doctors evaluation.

Worst experience here coming in at emergency for my wife the lady doctor was extremely disrespectful and discourteous in her dealing. Extremely unprofessional attitude. Sad to give negative review about doctors since I come from a respected family of doctors, engineers and scientists. I am very, very disappointed. Also, the other doctors who I dealt with in this hospital were absolutely discourteous & always in hurry to leave. Not answering question or details of diagnosis. I've got a job during the day so naturally my appointment timing are booked for evenings. As for appointments, on another ocassion I arrived on time and had to wait an hour! only to see that doctor was in hurry to leave for home and push me & my wife away. Not to mention the system is completely unorganized, the prescriptions were not updated to the pharmacy so had to wait another 1 hour approx. The doctor didnt update on system properly. Unbelievable!!!! Lastly, Nurses were very rough and rash in general! A nurse slammed door shut in my face saying she will not take blood sample of my wife as her shift was over (didnt even give proper reason and literally shut the door to my face). No respect and courtesy whatsoever! Im absolutely disgusted and my level of patience surpassed to see all of this !! Seems like fish market not a hospital. If I had a chance to report to authorities I would do that, Ive lived in UAE for 26 years and never experienced such environment. Not once, not twice but every occasion, hence, this is not mistake its the attitude of nurses, staff and doctors here. Hence, I demand an apology for this lack of respect.

Been consulting with Thumbay from last few years, recently started visiting Al jurf one. Such a worst experience, not even similar to a clinic. Especially insurance employees are so arrogant. Will not visit again.

Worst experience ever ! Delivery package is all drama here in this Tumbay jurf branch. Before admitting my wife they told me to clear full payment which was okay and I cleared the payment. Truth is after the delivery they showed up bringing extra bills saying some things are excluded in the delivery package. My experience with PAD department was terrible. And with regards to the doctor's only Dr Samantha ,Dr. Kasturi & Dr seenath (Delivery doctor) were the best . If there is any chance that we ll come to Tumbay again , it will be because of these doctors.

Good morning Hospital nice and good staff only one concern I was waiting from 10:50am for CT scan I have booking 10:50 for ct scan. Finaly 11:30 sister call me for ct scan at the same time sister ask me are you drink water a I answerd no actulay I don't know. Sister told me reception should inform you. yes correct receptionist staff should inform before the ct scan need drink water I hope most of the people don't know about that. Reception lady was there( Philippines) I think mishal if iam not wrong. She very busy with other things she don't care about patient see now 12:00 until now iam waiting because of her also iam fasting coz I have blood test before. Management strictly breef your staff. Gp is very pathetic there i feel she is imature wen talking to indian customer she was not able explain me cholestrol report i asked her wat is solution she need to eat medicin life long doctor are to heel people not scare them went there thrice got same kind of response from doctor its not good. Two stars is just because reception and nurses are more understanding than doctor i guess.

Very bad experience...I went to this clinic because my hands and legs were swelling very badly but this doctor name Usha shouted towards me very badly and she said that i am just making a drama because i just want to take rest at home and i was totally shocked how she can said like that to me even she can see my problems..and i was almost crying..i have never seen this kind of doctor in my whole life......but all the staff were good...

Although hospital is good, but on the 1st floor poor navigation, for example if a new patient looking for laboratory he need to ask so many customers service desk to reach there, if you are looking for wash room, still need ask the customer service desk, there is no navigation signs hanging in the floor,

Worst hospital in ajman. They just have nice building and equipment, rest everything is disgusting. They dont value patients time, long waiting hours instead of taking appointment two days prior, staff/ nurses forget to take approvals for simple tests and patient has to visit n no. Of times for test.

Hospital service was good treated as family members thanks to all the staff who worked round me... Enjoyed the service.

The doctor and students play with patients and will not let you know the exact time and process, be careful to ask time and process before starting. For me the first one hour was only looking and raining here and ther then started procedure it took more then three hours. And the on duty doctor was quite rude person

All is good but test reports is always late take too much time and they never send it by email it's 2 days now and I am still waiting for my blood report and now no one can pickup the call

All Staff I meet were kind and helpful in EMERGANCY AND MEDICAL CLINICS (Doctors, nurses, assistances and food court staff) The treatment went very well with high level of observation before and after the surgery. Very good room size with comfy sofa bed. Cleanness: the hospital is very clean. Disappointed with noise level. Which was not controlled. Kids were playing early morning in the corridors and during food distributing and collecting ( huge noise ).

Please be careful with payment to the hospital. They are not clear on payment where insurance is involved. My friend was asked to pay a co payment for his baby delivery when the insurance was asked they replied there is no co payment and the cashier later said they made a mistake where thousands would have been lost if it was paid without checking

POOR SERVICE OR ULTRASOUND DEPARTNENT: I visited yesterday in time for my wife ultrasound, my wife was not feeling well and the receptionist took around 40mins to register her name. It took further 30 mins for ultrasound team to attend our case. After ultrasound I informed that we need this report asap as we will visit doctor in other thumbay hospital (who didn't had an ultrasound doctor and we have to come so far at Jurf, Ajman). I was informed that within hour you will recieve ultrasound report in email by the receptionist in Jurf Ajman but it never happened. Today is second day and no report has been forwarded. Also ultrasound department will never attend call.

Thanks to Dr. Shameema. She is very caring, friendly & responding to her all patients. She helped and treated my wife very caring till the delivery. Also thanks to the supporting staffs. Highly Recommended! My experience with both doctors and hospital was great.

Very bad service. Not coming again. 1st visit : Came to meet Gynaec as we thought our insurance would be covered here but they said only IP is covered and hence had to pay for consultation (130 aed). We had an appointment and but were late by 10 mins as it was our first visit and it took time to find the location we need to go. So they said we have to wait and could meet the doctor only after 2 hours. We were asked to take some tests and go to GP and get referral letter to meet Gynaec. So we decided to go to another clinic where our insurance was covered. 2nd visit : we came with the referral letter and test reports after a week with an appointment and were inside 15 mins ahead of appointment time. They said we still have to take token. Again after a wait time of 30 mins, the receptionist wanted us to pay consultation fee again just to submit the report. I told them we will pay the amount for the procedure but why charge us again for giving the referral letter they wanted last time. They just told to meet the nurse and explain. The nurse said we need to come within 2 days of doctor visit else we need to pay again. Again she said we have to take token. I went to explain to the receptionist that we already waited 30 mins. Can you allow us with the previous token. He didn't even listen to what I said. He just said please take token and come in line. We decided to just leave home and do the procedure outside. Staff at reception are not friendly. They just convey we need to pay and promote their lab and other tests.. Overall we spent close to 3.5 hours at hospital and 2 hours for up and down travel between Sharjah to Ajman considering both visits for a 15 minute procedure and we could not get the procedure done.

My wife went to an Arabic gastroenterologist , her appointment was at 11:15, 11:25 she was told that tests are required.. even though she told that she have A+ insurance but their still insisted and told your insurance approval is pending.. after waiting for 1 hour i was told by my insurance that no one ever submitted anything.. after fighting and calling manager, i was told that approval was never submitted. The moment that helpless employee tried to enter approval the system popped her “no approval required” After that same happened in pharmacy.. AFTER 4 hours of hassle she returned back without taking medicines I REQUEST TO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL.. HOSPITAL IS RUN BY LOW WAGE ANNOYED EMPLOYEES

Hi i have very bad experience on 14th may 2022. We admitted my child on 11.05.2022, On 14th 1:00pm they initited the discharge. When i ask for clearance they says to pay 2 days since insurance has denied and advised to pay the whole amount and they will refund once insurance approved. but my insurance fully covered the in patient. I called the insurance company to know the reason,they clearly said that the hospital requested for 1 day only not for 3 days. I came back to patient affairs department they said to wait again long hours and i noticed in insurance portal they requested the claim under other doctor’s name.when i ask the reason they says we don’t know. There is no co ordination between patient affird and insurance department. My understanding is:- Doctors are nice Hospitality is good Nurse are good Patient affairs department is not co operative Insurance department As well..

Thumbay hospital is a amazing place to get treated to ur illness and the staff are very friendly and professional! I visited several doctors before. None of them knew what is my illness. I saw doctor Mohammed sobhy, the surgeon he conducted a test and immediately asked for surgery he knew what is happening. I felt the relieved as i have been suffering for 6 months may Allah almighty bless him with good health n very long life.... And also Mr.yahya in PAD department helped me out in all the ways he is very kind highly professional I'm thank full for all his service and recommendation .....I recommend every one to get treated here.....stay healthy

The doctor was good but the place is like a circus!!! Instead of the usual process of you sitting and the nurse escorts you, you’re sent left and right, standing in queues in front of the various rooms with small corridors and screaming kids.. staff almost barking at you at times and other patients pushing in front of you cz they don’t understand the concept of a queue! No concept of privacy! The floors are dirty.. bazaar-like tables selling merch in the middle of the busy reception! A corner food vendor at the top of the escalator creating a crowd just as you step off the escalator you trip over a kid! Nightmare!!!!

We had sessions with Dr. Roheen for physiotherapy and was highly recommended by Dr. Gopal. We are really happy with the progress and type of care that was received from Dr. Roheen. Her work is very good and she is very friendly. Dr. Gopal described her as one of the best!

Two experience with this hospital and both were very good, delivery for my son, and my wife had an amazing doctor (dr. Amal), my wife complaint were basically for the food quality and nursing. I had a dental implant with Dr. Hesham that was more than a year back and was very good, overall is good but can be better I agree with the either inputs about lack of time importance there, but overall is meeting the expectations for such a hospital.

I have to do a public complain about dr MOHAMED AHMED WASSFI, Ophthalmologist. He is the most Disrespectful RUDE person we've seen in this hospital. We were 6 minutes late to our appointment due to traffic, is something that is out of our hands that's why we leave early, but traffic and road accident are out of our hands. We enter the hospital and wasted 5-9 minutes in reception due to the receptionist taking information because whoever took the appointment he did it in the file of our child not the adult as we all have the same phone number under the file the person who took the appointment he just took the phone number and didn't confirm the patient name! So the receptionist had to create a whole file during that period. While she is calling the doctor to inform him we've arrived, while she finished the paperwork in her PC this disrespectful doctor came storming toward us and the receptionist very aggressively as he tapped at his watch aggressively saying IS FROM 5 TO 9 ( it was 8:48PM minutes exactly) and he stormed away to his office again. Very incompetent way to behave for someone who is supposed to be a professional. Thumbay you can do better! Hope this doctor gets corrected by his behavior is suppost he is a professional and as far as we've been with thumbay, all of you have good manners, not this disgracious way of acting. We wouldn't have wasting another extra minutes have the appointment taken right from the beginning. Our time is just as valuable as his.

I was there at 9 a.m.Opened my file,waited for 2 hours to get started with the treatment!As said to me, the nerve was removed along with MOST of the decay and I have to wait for a phone call to proceed.Well, I am waiting for the call. It is,economically, cheap but TIME CONSUMING! Alas!

I did my tooth extraction last week. It turned out to be surgical. I got treatment from Dr. Hossam. I did follow up today as I had severe pain. I met Dr. Tala❤️. She was so caring I couldn't forget her face. During my journey everyone was good. They are professionals. Dr. Hossam made sure to call me as well for follow ups. My tooth extraction was a really bad one but hats off to Dr. Hossam for treating me so well. Lots of prayers for you and your team. Thank you 🙏

I could give zero rattling if possible, I have been visiting Thumbay hospitals for more than 10 years, but I was disappointed yesterday. My wife were admitted and discharged 12 pm yesterday, We were waiting till 5pm, since no one comes I checked with the nurse station, and they asked me to go and check with the 1st floor office. The arrogant guy who was sitting in that room says, "They can not discharge until insurance approval and ask me to check with insurance." When I spoke to NAS insurance, they said that the final settlement under process, and the hospital can reach the NAS approval team, and this is a hospital job to follow up with them. But when I go back to an arrogant officer, he denies it simply. I kept on calling insurance until 8 pm, NAS insurance was kept on informing the same thing, and asked to give the hospital my phone to talk to them. When I give the phone to the arrogant officer, he told to the insurance and me that this is the Admin office and asked me to go and give the phone to the insurance department, which in groundfloor.. Insurance officer accept that they have direct access to NAS approval team, and They haven't followed up with insurance. And funny thing Insurance says that since They gave initial approval, the hospital should discharge then and there. When I went back to Arrogant officer and asked why did you miss lead us, the answer was "This is not my job. Admin office, another officer discharged us immediately when I told them full story even without approval from insurance. First of all, if He doesn't want to work He should not miss lead us, my wife and I were sitting in the hospital eight and half hour without any reason when my kids were with nanny. I am really not happy with what He did, and I hope management will take action against him.

Worst service. They have very good doctors. Unfortunately the service is too bad. Nobody knows anything. They admit for no reason. Even the staffs doesnt know why they admitted. Doesnt inform the patients regarding their disease unless asked.
