    SHOCKING EMERGENCY UNIT! What I witnessed in this hospital is unbelievable. My mother almost lost her life due their extreme negligence and incompetency. She had one surgery which then lead to two simply because the morning shift (8:00am) head nurse was refusing to see my mother, bear in mind, she is a patient who's has a surgery 2 days before experiencing extreme pain. The head nurse and his peers were literally talking about the shoes they have and how comfortable each brand is. Once we took my mother to the American hospital it turned out that if they only carried a blood test and urine culture, they could have prevented the second surgery. This was under Dr Christine's supervision at 8 am, extremely rude staff and nurses, horrible treatment. In any other country this would have been scrutinised. DO NOT VISIT THIS EMERGENCY

    This hospital has gone downhill big time. They might look fancy and nice on the outside. But their Customer/patient care is of no importance. Came in at 10 am for a bad headache and blurry vision. Did all kind of tests with ER, optometry (btw as someone who is in the medical field they didn't do the proper procedures for examination and didn't even dilate the eyes to examine correctly) then sent back to ER. Where more tests done and then handed off to neurology. Who said need to admit for 24 hours in order to do a MRI and examine. 24 hrs in still have not seen my admitting Dr. No MRI no answers. Basically they just see you as another $$$ squeeze your insurance as much as possible. And show you no care.Been Admitted and have not seen admitting Dr. Other Dr's baffled and can't do anything since admitting Dr off duty. Best advice they give is check out go to another facility as they wouldn't spend another hour here themselves. So if you think of coming to this hospital I would run without thinking twice to a better one. Unless you like to waste time and leave with no answers. Best of luck and good health to all.

    No words to describe. The worst experience I ever had as a patient. Even after receiving an apology phone call from the management still the next few days they got worst . Trying to contact my 'new' doctor they arrange for me to discuss my blood results the whole day. No callback, no response, no answer ,no WhatsApp messages , just nothing. Everything is great everybody are smiling and ready to help until they get paid. Then you can search for a new Doctor who is responsible and cares about his patients.

    Update to my previous experience posted below (I didn’t want to delete it), the doctors and nurses are pretty good. We finally managed to get an appointment and they did a great job. I guess it’s just the admin which needs to be fixed. This is a first.. I called for an appointment, they answered the phone and kept the handset on the side! I could hear them talking in the background while repeatedly saying hello!! After abt 10-15 secs, someone picked up the handset and hung up on me!! Best part.. it goes on the answering machine to rate the service! What a joke!

    Have been going only to this hospital for the past few years and professionalism of doctors is out of the question, BUT.... I can hardly remember a time when I was able to have my appointment ON TIME... while having prior booking... It is not really professional and definitely an area for improvement! Recent examples : 1) For monthly check up for my baby I had to wait for an hour... And BABIES don't have that much patience and need sleep /feed and change! Approaching reception staff does not help at all.. 2) During the week my husband had to do check up with General doctor - we had a prior appointment at 9:45 am and the entire day was planned up to minutes. He reaches there earlier and Doctor shows up only at 10:15 - WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION... and the whole schedule moves so my husband has to wait more and cancel his work meetings.... NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.... We will have to reconsider using the same hospital as a family - we can't waste lots our time just in waiting halls

    Worst experience ever! My wife has delivered our baby girl in this hospital. Service in the labour ward is disaster, beside the lack of experience that Nurses have, please look at their personal hygiene. Sweat smell, messy uniform and hair and etc... No commonsense, you need to explain things repetitively till someone understand what you need. No communication between the team, everyone rely on each other throwing the work on each other. At the handover time of the shift you need to expect that no one will visit your room before two hours. Food is disaster. When you ask for manager or responsible person to relief your frustration the answer will be sorry and the worst part that whoever comes to recover the issues comes with zero brief about what is happening you need to re-explain again and tell the same stories happening since 4 days. Not recommended!

    Very bad experience I reserved appointment with the psychiatrist there Dr Mufeed and double confirmed After taking aleave and going there they told me i have to pay 600 AED which may be refunded or not as per insurance approval I checked with insurance before and they confirmed it’s covering You guys can’t wait tell i reach the clinic on time and inform me i am not allowed to enter If this is your policy , you should have called me to get prepared I went to your hospital to seeking for some help then returned back with awful feelings Thank you I won’t come again neither my family

    One of the worst hospitals in the country. I was pregnant and following with Dr. Nashwa Hassan from the beginning of my pregnancy. On the night of my delivery, I went to the emergency department few hours before giving birth, the emergency doctor said that my water is leaking already so I was supposed to be treated on the spot. They refused to admit me saying that my insurance is not accepted, knowing that they’ve already fixed everything for me 2 weeks before that. So I ended up running to look for another hospital that would admit me. They turned my delivery to a nightmare. Then they called me days after I gave birth and left the second hospital to ask me why I didn’t show up for my delivery. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone even in terms of service it’s the worst. I was always waiting for at least an hour before seeing the doctor although my appointment was always booked weeks before and I was never able to get in touch with the doctor during my pregnancy even if it’s an emergency. I’m trying to share my awful experience as much as I can for others to be careful.

    The worst experience with this hospital ever, my brother undergone a tooth surgery in Al Salama after which he had to take injection for 4 days , 2 times a day as prescribed by the dental surgeon of the hospital. Every time that I came to the hospital for taking the injection with my brother the hospital authorities saying we don’t have nurses to give injection go to other hospital. My brother was on visit visa we paid for the surgery now they expect us to go to other hospital and pay again because this hospital don’t even have nurses who can give injections. Pathetic management they don’t even deserve to be called themselves a hospital. Even they don’t have anyone in the emergency unit, I wonder how they are still holding their license to operate as a medical facility. If there is a rating below 1 I would like to give them that, maybe negative. These guys will kill people with the way they are managing this hospital.

    One of the worst hospital in customer experience, its the only institution in UAE that cancel a booked appointment with informing the customer. I reach to the hospital to be surprised that my appointment was canceled!!!!!!!!. They have no respect for the patient time or the inconvenience they cause due to theier lack of handling simple task as schedule management. Additionally I raised a complaint, I was transferred to two different personal with a promise to call, a week later still waiting for that call. I would not recommend such institution.

    First of all From the beginning of the visit the experience is horrible as there’s no valet parking was available They told me to park under ground and waited more than 30 minutes to find parking i was late for my appointment.second of all the the laboratory staff was not helpful or explain enough where i should do my ultra sound and where even(just told go to the other building)which building from where!?God knows i should check by myself.after that i figure out that i should wait 1 hour but in this time she could ask me to do the blood and urine test before sending me to wait 1 hour and can gain time!!!! Pluuuusss i asked them to call and explain the result they told me download the app!I requested from them to call it is not my job (and I’m not a doctor)to know what i have.Still no one called and the app is showing I’m not registered?!!! Seriously!why I visited this hospital and what doctors are doing if we have to check by ourselves!I don’t understand

    Worst reception ever , i was chased away because i complained of vomiting four times tonight, they told me to go to another hospital and refund the 20dirham my husband paid for check up. I had to go to pharmacy and get a medicine and am very fits and okay now..They even told me they dont have emergency at after 11pm that emergency have been closed and i was so weak and dizzy that i couldn't stand properly on my own .What sort of hospital will not have emergency? . How can an hospital send a patient away . Just only medicine i bought from the pharmacy and am strong back

    Worst hospital. I've been here twice for check-up cos Im having runny nose, chills and fever. At first I didn't care much about how poor the service is but the second time which is today, every move you will make you have to wait for one hour. I came to the reception, 2nd floor and she directly asked me what type of insurance do I have. No greetings at all. She attended me 12:01 and waited for 10mins just to get the slip. She told me to wait and some nurse will call me in room 209. There are only 5 patients waiting. The doctor attended me at 12:56 did the normal like blood pressure, weight and all. I asked if she could advise me some vitamins for me to gain weight and the Doctor just told me "wait for the laboratory and we'll know if you have to take vitamins or not" I replied okay. And asked for sick leave form. The nurse replied that "ONCE I GET MY LAB DONE, I NEED TO COME BACK UPSTAIRS AND IT WILL BE READY". So I went down 1st floor reception, I didn't get the chance to see the name, gave my slip and asked me 10aed for the laboratory fee. Some patients came and asked if "name of the doctor" is available but none of them respond. They will look at you stupidly only. The patient asked again if this doctor is available and that's when she responded that the doctor still have a patient. He asked how many patient does that doctor have and she answered one. As if it's really busy. After that conversation, I went to the laboratory which there is still patient inside asking how long it will take to get the result. Only these two medreps are very accommodating and approachable so far in this hospital. Blood test everyone will not take 10mins so I came back upstairs knock the door of 209 even if it says "Dont Knock" and the nurse told me that she will just call me. See? HOWS THE ONCE YOU GET YOUR LAB DONE ITS READY? We are four in total waiting for the call. Almost 130 and this gentleman beside me stand and knock the door. There's no patient inside at that moment. I have to wait until 1:45, told me the medicines I have to take and didnt advise any vitamins that I specifically asked her. I asked again for my sick leave form and they said that I can get it from the reception ground floor. Oh my god. And I need to come back again for stamp. I came down asked the receptionist and she kept on calling the doctor and the doctor keep on telling her 5 mins more. See how poor the service is? Instead of you getting better you're getting sicker because of the very poor service jn this hospital.Is that the kind of doctor who cares?

    Worst worst hospital ever Its jst a high quality maintenance hospital jst to eat innocent ppl life's and their money😡 8th of August 2021 i lost my father who was admitted in this worst hospital From strting to the end times the dr. The staff used to keep telling only 1 thing his stable and his reports are good.....my father has been admitted due to covid 19,without permission thy put my father on ventilator and later thy said v wer not having any family members no. Bt when thy wer about to put my father on ventilator my cousin brother who was guardian of my father since me n my mother was in india,he was available at tht moment in the hospital bt still thy dint took permission,wenever v used to ask them wen vil thy wean him off,only 1answer this is not the right time,very diplomatic staff and dr.'s😡 Aftr 40days thy said his covid negative bt his lungs are still damaged it vil take time to recover,due to prolong ventilator he got sepsis and then thy said v startd antibiotics,which was not helping him recover at oll,bt still as usual answer evrythng is under control,5days prior my fathers demise dr. Said us he is out of danger now and the very next day my father kidneys wer not functioning properly thy put him on dialysis and jst increases the bill,aftr 4days being on dialysis and ventilator my father passed away😭😭😭 Wen my father was admitted to hospital he was with oxygen mask bt he was able to talk to us on call,this idiot hospital illiterate dr. And staff killed my father,how come a patient out of danger gone to danger zone the very next day and thn death And thy jst made a hugeeeeeeee bill out of all tht treatment......im the only child of my father.....me and my mother is left alone😭......and due to covid restrictions......v cudnt evn come to dubai for my fathers funeral......v dint evn saw him for the last time evn......i dint evn touched kissed my father😭😭😭😭😭untill i die my heart is going to curse this hospital and each and evry dr. Who doesnt know how to treat patients........pllzzzz never ever go to this worst hospital......plzzz share this maxly to alert people😭😭😭😭

    This hospital is a nightmare. I almost lost my mother due their negligence, we have officially filed a complaint and raised a case against them with Dubai municipality. If this was any other country they would be held liable for their poor management and staff. Head nurse refused to see my mother because he was too busy talking with other nurses about the shoes they had bought. It was 8:00 am, my mother couldn't even stand, she couldn't breath properly. We waited 45 mins until a nurse visited us, this was supposedly the Emergency unit. Very unfortunate thing to witness, eventually, people will find out about this hospital's extreme negligence.

    I had my eye lasik with Dr Adel Badr and I want to express how I am happy with the procedure, to begin with the Doctor himself where he was very professional, listening and explaining all the details. It went so smooth where I was impressed as I was kind of scared but he made me feel so comfortable! Thanks to him and his assistants (nurses), honestly they were all professional, kind and very helpful. I highly recommend it to all.

    The hospital is very good I knew it since 2015 except the important section called emergency doesn't even close to it, We had very bad experience with front desk guys in emergency 1 hour waiting and the worst customer service no. Which supposed to be polite to angry customers ,And the more funny thing the complaints number 044297733 dropping the phone not taking the calls// the doctor attend my junior inside is nice and his nurses good and did there job to my son

    The worst experience in this hospital, and it was a first visit to me. Wasting money and time in waiting for nothing . They are bubble only. Not recommended at all for kids. Even the one who talks about a good experience for baby delivery, I would not believe.. because professionalism is lack from the reception until the nurses and beyond the specialist doctors

    I had surgery for my hand on 11.01.20... was suppose to have follow up with the ORTHOPAEDIC doctor 1 week after.. but before that i was getting pain and went 3 consecutive days to see the doctor and everytime they told me doctor not working today..when i visited on 18.01.20 as per my follow up appointment, i came to know that there's no more orthopaedic dept and the doctor left..very weird. They told me they cannot do anything and i was left with a discharge sheet and on my own had to go to another hospital and pay again for all the costs. My concern is, if things like this happens, the hospital management should take full responsibility and take care of their customers/patients by making sure they have the appropriate treatment elsewhere on the hospital responsibility... i am in the hospitality industry and I'll not tolerate such similar situation happening in my working place with the customers.. really bad experience as a sick person...but a big thanks to Mohammad buhari for his professionalism at the reception who apologised for what happened but he was helpless as well..

    Every year they are going down with the service and quality of communication. Clinics becoming very classical third country hospital, doctors see 100 patient a day and they have no respect of time or efforts of patients. Yesterday i had an appointment, i came 30 minutes early hoping to get in time (i never see my doctor on time, always late), yet i waited for 15 extra minutes total 45 minutes with no luck. i left and tried to file a complaint, no one even like to take the complaint. i sent email to file a compliant, that went invain as well. temperature is very high and my appointment was at 2:30 pm....

    Pathetic Experience Understaff and Unorganised in times when they should have extra staff to meet the demands of these difficult times. For PCR tests this centre is a BIG NO. They have no idea what is happening on call centre they will say go walk-in and when you reach there they will tell you sorry we cannot take you. This too is if your luck is good and they will answer your call, bcos 90% of the times your calls will be unanswered. Highly Highly not recommended.

    Aug 2020, the journey started to prepare to welcome our new family member, it was a mix of feelings, happy, worried and a huge list of things that I had to arrange. The first and most important, which doctor will we choose to walk through the journey with us then the hospital where we will welcome our new member finally the Journey financials. I started, contacting hospitals around Dubai and Sharjah, getting responses from some and being ignored from others. Feeling like a patent looking for medical treatment at some and as a money generation opportunity at others, some were very informative and some just wanted to book the first appointment, it was tough. 3rd of sept, - I still remember the date - when I got a call back from Ms. Hind at sulaiman al habib hospital, the first question was how was your wife! That question on its own sold me. Then a brief explanation of what services I needed as a mandate by the government, the services that are recommended by doctors and the additional services which some parents might like to have, this is called consulting the patient and not just selling them… after that the packages were sent to me. This call helped me evaluate other offers I had in hand, many hidden fees and services mandated by the government were not part of packages sent to be previously, while asking it was an extra cost that will be charged then (hidden fee). A week later we met Dr. Hiba Al Muhtaseb at sulaiman al habib hospital, we didn’t make up our minds if we wanted to proceed with a package or not and the answer was simple, don’t pay now, think about it and you could pay on your next visit…. This is what I call customer obsession. Weeks pasted, visit after visit all prebooked, ontime, not even a single delay, until the time came, sir we are booking you the delivery appointment. The experience was great, arriving slightly earlier thinking it might take time to register and surprised to find out everything was set and ready! Going up to the labor area and setting the seen took a few min and there I am looking at a machine hearing my baby heartbeat and counting the number of times nurses came to check on my wife… 119 times before the delivery even happened! You do get that VIP feeling. Sir, “a baby girl is on her way, I would get you a bed to get some sleep next to your wife you both look tired”, Ms. Tagreed and Ms. Areej the Nurses in charge said… wow what a VIP I am. 6 hours later, The delivery happened with 2 doctors in the room 2 mid nurses and 4 nurses and a cute creature popped out. Moving us to the 3rd floor which is a 5-star hotel and not a hospital 😊 amazing service for the mother and baby. While leaving they also booked us a free (package included) post visit to the pediatric a few days after birth and with Dr. Hiba Al Muhtaseb 6 weeks after birth to make sure the mother and baby are in good health. To summarize my experience, do not miss a second of the pregnancy joy by wasting your time behind a price war of offers, booking appointments, getting surprised by hidden charges and book your predelivery and delivery packages with sulaiman al habib and leave all that to them and enjoy every second of your pregnancy life and be serviced with a smile.

    My wife delivered at Sulaiman Habib hospital few days ago so I'll review the few employees we interacted with. First it was Dr Gaby Khayata in OBGYN. He did a great job explaining things during the visits and answered any question we had. I like how he referenced new or revised recommendations from medical organizations as far as pregnancy and delivery. He had great bedside manners and on the date of delivery had control of the process from start to end with the help of his well organized team. Next is Hend at the billing department. I don't remember her exact title but she was very helpful and knowledgeable about all questions we asked her. The delivery package price increased towards the end of the pregnancy for the new year but she still honored the old price, cheaper by approximately 6k,, so she made a big difference. I liked how she had all the key items of the costs memorized to explain one by one. Lastly was the nursing team at the room mom and baby stayed for 4 days. I don't have names of the nurses as they were many but all were nice, helpful, and suoportive. As soon as the nurse button was pushed, they were in the room within few seconds it seemed. Even the ladies that came to take the food menu order were polite and respectful. The food was pretty good for hospital food with many choices to choose from. We had a brief encounter with the baby Dr David on the last day and he was cordial and compassionate. We chose him to be the one to take to for future visits.

    A star is alot for this hospital or can I say cemetery but this cemetery has class when you go to the emergency and say am a cash patient an ATM machine following you for every procedure and pay at the spot. Rooms all second hand beds bathrooms ++ reception one staff and picture will explain waiting for 2 h get him Dr don't know what there talking about and for sure there here for the money no more no less As an advice go to any hospital in the world but not this how shameful to have such hospital in Dubai

    One of my worst experiences ever! I had to wait for three hours to do a scan, when they call my name they discovered that it was not approved by my insurance because of the lack of a clear doctor report. (Why let me wait in the first place????) Later on, It took them two weeks to approve a CT scan because they don't know how to apply for it, and another two weeks to cancel it because they don't know the cancellation procedure since they are extremely slow and incompetent. Because they don't know how to communicate with my insurance, they completely missed my operation that I required! Well done, Bravo! I am still waiting for a cancellation on a CT scan and apparently they don’t know how to do it?!?!?!

It was the worst night mare in my life ... i dont want to mention details because there is no enough space here to list down the horrors i been through !! And also because its traumatizing to remember it !!!!! The ironic thing is that they didnot know that i am a doctor, so i saw a very creative stuff in (......), i leave the guess to the reader ... The desperate trials to escape out and save my baby was just like (prison break) series! i spent with my baby 6 months healing our psychological TRAUMA. If u r planning to deliver, get to the other side of the planet away from this hospital.     Unfortunately, I have to give a minimum of 1 Star on Google Reviews, Otherwise it should be no stars at all. What an awful place, absolute nightmare when you have to deal with them in every single aspect, total disregard to the Patients time (why care about the patient's time when you know the patient is already here and waiting and will most likely not leave), the most important thing is to pack the doctors schedules with appointments in order to milk every ounce of their day. If you book an appointment and think this will make your life easy when you get there, don't! Booking an appointment means absolutely nothing to this place as you could still easily wait for over 90 minutes beyond your appointment, and nobody will even bother to come and inform you that you will be with a doctor anytime soon, you could easily wait for another hour if you don't go to reception and pick up a fight, you might as well save yourself the hassle and go for a walk in because there is no such thing as an appointment and a clock at the hospital. I have been visiting every now and then for over 6 months for my 2.5 year old kid and not one time we could leave without fighting over something or another, and it's is always related to how little they actually give a damn about any patient, as a patient. They will happily take your money or the insurance's money though, that they do very well. what a waste as they have some really good doctors (and some who have attitude problems going through the roof).

Doctor happily took his break when I can in and expected everyone to respect that but did not respect his patients valuable time .... this happens too often to excuse - and is easy to resolve if patients were valued

    The worse hospital I dealt with in my life from thier Public Relation to their nursing and specialist doctors on medical ward. During my admission to the hospital, the doctors neither documented one of my major health deterioration that lasts for four hours on the medical report nor on the discharge report. Also, they forgot to check after me for two hours while I was on a life-threatening medical situation, under pethadine drug and did not provide me with what the shift Specialist requested of the prescribed medication that will save my life during that two hours. They also gave me wrong medication against the communicated instructions of my physician who promised them to write an incident report that will be signed by him. Recently, I also communicated to my hematologist in the Saudi branch of Sulaiman AlHabib the fact that I was given Pethadine drug and she said it is very strange that they did so regardless of your abdominal history last year. This pethadine could have resulted in internal bleeding if I had continue been admitted to the hospital. Honestly, the hospital is not of the quality level of Saudi Arabia branches that are way better in terms of quality.

No follow up call to confirm.. called customer service, they were rude and transferred my call to QC team althu I never asked then to do so. Used to have good services when they started but now no service at all.. so disapponting

    The worst customer service i called on telephone number mentioned in the website when i called 2 or 3 times a women pickups and was so rude and said she is on zoom meeting and said why am i calling 2 or 3 times and said she will call afterwards and hang up very rudely i don't know why they have mentioned their working hours when they are not answering calls during that hour and busy on zoom meeting i won't suggest anyone else here

    shame on such big hospital for such a treatment... I booked appointment with one doctor for lasik assessment and when i arrive in time they told me that this doctor will charge u and its not a free assessment as they told me on the phone before and i insisted on them to make sure it is free as it was mention in the offer.. then they offered me a different doctor but not today cause ge is full.. very bad experience and the staff are not proffessional at all.. i do not recommend such hospital at all.. they are not transparent and not clear.. I was looking for zero star but unfortunately i have to give one star to post the review.

    I went for my ophthalmology appointment for my LASIK assessment a while back. The experience was great with my doctor (Dr. Adel Badr) and he really helped me. The procedure was very smooth and professional. The LASIK went very well and I am extremely happy with the result. I recommend everyone with eye concerns to visit Dr. Badr and I also suggest the LASIK.

    Unfortunately this medical facility has changed a lot . Now its all about business and making money . If you call for a prescription refill , they will give you 2 options : Either take an appointment to see your doctor ( for hi and bye ) or pay for the visit without seeing him/her in order to take the prescription. No wonder to see some doctors are fully booked not because the number of patients are on the rise but unfortunately because they don’t have any other option ;especially those who suffer from chronic conditions .

    As a nurse, all I can tell you is that, this the best place to be if your are sick. this hospital have a good medical team and will make you a surprise for your health and safety. the staff are always smiling and welcome you as a prince.     Nurse Station and some staff at Reception are extremely laid-back and unprofessional. They are not proactive, and do not coordinate with the patient’s insurance agents effectively. Waste of time due to their inefficiency. Otherwise, the treatment/diagnosis by the Doctor and facilities are good.

    I will never recommend to go there, rude customer dealing. Charged me 2 times in few minutes just because i went out and come back in clinic. They charged me 150 Dirham initially and after returning back they added 175 more dirham. It doesn’t make sense like seeing a tourist coming to clinic they are just trying to get as much as money they can. Very Dissatisfied from this experience in “DUBAI”. You must not charge unnecessary from anyone. You need to refund back money. You got it? I will post it every where.👎🏼

    You guys are so passive when it comes to enhancing patients experience. Long waiting in the pharmacy and even Longer waiting to log in at the reception for the appointment. 8 stations or even more each floor, Only 2 are active and the rest are empty!!! Satisfaction level at this stage is below ZERO! Beside, They are using the same Blood Pressure cuff for all visitors and patients.

    An outstanding hospital. This hospital is private hospital. If you are really in big problem and need quick response and attention , then you should come here because this hospital will quickly help you because staff are nice and hard-working and professional. Doctor available. The hospital location is very good and in the heart of Dubai health city. You can find the bus route from the RTA website and plan your trip. Taxi available and parking available too. You can call them and ask them any question regarding your treatment or health issues and they will guide you and support you.     DO NOT go to this place if you need some dental work, they are the worst place I have ever seen in my life. Stay away from these people!!! You are just a client for them, not a patient. The orthodontist laith mohammad al hamdany seems to be a lucky person because I cannot find a different explanation of how he got his diploma rather than luck! He chose for me Invisalign treatment when I actually needed braces (which was condemned by 5 other orthodontists) and said that was the only right treatment for me( in reality it’s more expensive, so brings more money for a doc with little time investment and responsibility)Of course the treatment failed and I asked for the treatment to be continued with braces. Thank God I found an amazing Doctor in a different hospital and continued my treatment there, everything is great now and we achieved more progress in just a few months(with no pain) than was achieved previously; though I had to pay for my treatment again. Al habib didn’t return any money, the management only lied to me the whole time during the process.

    Good doctors, this is the only bright side. Almost everything else is negative. Very inefficient process. Although you go on appointment, every time you have to wait long for everything; seeing the doctor, the pharmacy, etc. literally everything. Bottom line, if you are going there for good doctors, be prepared that your day will be eaten up!

    Dr Elias Rahall carried out my spinal fusion surgery 6 weeks ago. Prior to surgery I was in constant pain due to a compressed nerve. All the pain has gone away and I'm back to work within a short time. I'm extremely happy with the results of my Surgery. I cant thank him enough. The staff at the hospital were wonderful during my stay and follow up care. I'd highly recommend Dr Rahall and this hospital.

    visited the ENT doctor last week.. and he request to do MRI and need insurance approval ... the week passed by and still waiting... i kept calling the hospital and ask if they submit the forum to the insurance ..their reply we submited and as soon the insurance approves we will call you .... i called my insurance and they said that there is no file submitted for MRI from the hospital .... i am not sure do they want me to pay full amount of AED 2600 ???! .. or stop visiting this hospital ... ????

    Dentist services is a disaster.. They send you back and forth to others dentists.. I had 3 appointment with 3 different dentist for something they didn't manage to do a correct job... so disappointed.. don't go to souleyman for dentist job! I don't recommend at all

    This hospital is private hospital. If you are really in big problem and need quick response and attention , then you should come here because this hospital will quickly help you because staff are nice and hard-working and professional. Doctor available. You can check if your health insurance is accepted. The hospital location is very good and in the heart of Dubai health city. You can find the bus route from the RTA website and plan your trip. Taxi available and parking available too. You can call them and ask them any question regarding your treatment or health issues and they will guide you and support you. I hope you all stay in good health.

    Dr. Sami Farhat did an operation on me. I am so BLESSED to have gone to him. He removed two hemorrhoids and he did such a good job that 2 hours later i was out of the hospital with zero pain. everyone was shocked on how good of a condition i was after the operation. Thank you so much Dr. Sami. Thank you for always being available to answer my calls and questions before and after the surgery. Thank you for your professionalism.     Crazy waiting times! I had 2 appointments booked for 2 children, 15 minutes after each other and they even managed to make me wait after the time of my second appointment!! What it is the point of booking a time if it will not be honored?!? Update! I thought waiting an hour for my appointment was the worst of it, but then I’m still here waiting over an hour waiting time at the pharmacy for my prescription! Next time I’ll bring our sleeping bags, pack a lunch and some supplies because if you do decide to come here it will be a WHOLE day thing! Horrible. I asked to speak to a manager and they just kept trying to keep me busy until my turn finally came hours later and I’m still here and not happy!! Total time for routine check-up and meds: 3 hours!!

    I had to go to emergency care in the beginning of September. I’m overall impressed with the service I got. Nurses and doctors kept checking in regularly and were very friendly. I had to be hospitalized afterwards. It was not pleasant of course due to my condition but the nurses took very good care of me. The room was very neat and comfortable. The only thing that took quite a lot of time was obtaining approval from the insurance for certain procedures. The insurance and the hospital blamed each other, but in the end it all came together. Follow up appointments afterwards also went smoothly. I had to reschedule one and had no trouble whatsoever. Prescribed medications were all available at the pharmacy.

    Very sad how quality here has dropped so much over the past decade. 10 years ago this was one of the best facilities in Dubai! Now administration is so slow and sloppy. Clearly no one in management is looking at operations. It’s also a shame because so many doctors (not all but most) are so great. Sad!

    Salam. My daughter Dana has just deliever baby boy on the 12th. Dec. She had 10 points of complaints which she shared with your staff miss zainab!!! Any how. I have tried calling the hospital several times answering robotic peoples for hours ... having to stay on the phone continuously, trying to get thru!!! And when I got talking firstly to miss hana , afaf and dalal on 3 diffrent attempts keeping me on hold for 14 min and waiting, listening to more and more machines...simply because of the lazy ataff who don't bother to try to help and see what clients wants!! Terrible experience by my daughter and also me trying to locate our misplaced passport !!!

    I am not sure if this is a hospital or an organization with the goal of ONLY making money and not actually caring for patients. Unfortunately; every time that I have visited the hospital I have left more confused than when I arrived. My questions are always met with more questions. However there are three specific incidents that happened with me, and that is the reason for this review. 1- I was pregnant with twins and it was time for the anomaly scan and the technician (Shiela) who did the scan diagnosed my son with Club Feet and said that this might be linked to down syndrome (every person that we asked about this relation said that the two are not linked in any way). Being first time parents-to-be we panicked and felt traumatized. She advised us to do a blood test that costs 2,800AED to rule out down syndrome, we did the blood test. The results of the test take 10 days and we lived in utter fear during this time. Thankfully; the result came back clean; however for the remaining months of my pregnancy we researched everything about club feet and started short-listing doctors so we can treat our son once he was born. We were very pleasantly surprised when he was born that he did not have club feet or anything of the sort. We were ecstatic but I was furious that the technician put us through HELL. My bad experience with this hospital does not stop here. 2- I had c-section to deliver the twins; however my son was in breech position. We were advised to do a hip ultra-sound for him and they said it is good to do for both babies. We visited Doctor Michael Webber (Pediatric Orthopedic) and we did the ultra-sound but imagine he said the technique used is not right and he can not read the ultra-sound. He asked us to visit his private clinic. My babies were only 2 weeks old and I wasn't comfortable with driving them around in the heat and exposing them to multiple ultra-sounds. Had the doctor cared about his patients; we would have asked the technician to repeat the scan on the spot or even he would have done so himself. We co-paid for the ultrasounds along with the insurance but we STILL don't have answers. At this point I'm not sure things could get more unprofessional!!! Surprise, surprise...turns out things could get more unprofessional!!! 3- When the twins were born, a universal blood test was conducted and we were told that if we don't hear from them in 10 days that means everything is clear. We DID NOT hear from them and we took the twins for their 4 weeks check-up (At this point; I am wondering why had I still not changed the hospital?) and then they found out that they forgot to inform us that my son needs to take iron drops and one more blood test should be conducted; the results of which takes 5-10 days. Here I was furious...we could have found out earlier and we didn't have to live in distress YET again, the doctor spent more time explaining to me whose fault the missed call was instead of what is going on with my son. I am truly disappointed with this hospital and I hope no one will go through what I went through. I don't recommend anyone to go here...they will only be more confused and scared!

    Today I had my PCR test at Emergency. I had bad experience with my test. Nurse, she doesn't know how to handle / how to talk with people, she is very unhappy with her provision, she needs to clear her job quickly. Test is very hard and I got my blood in my nose after my PCR, I am having heavy pain. I haven't expected this from Dr. Sulaiman Al Habi Hospital. I should visit good hospital next time.

    Visited the emergency section yesterday morning due to a swollen wrist. X Ray was taken and doctor only told me that its nothing serious however it was swollen and still is today. He told me that I will be getting a prescription via SMS however 24h later no sms received. Had to come back to ask for my prescription as doctor did not advise anyone about it. Will definitely not come again.

    The only goal for this hospital is money. My father suffered a stroke and was kept in the hospital for 3 days with no doctor explaining anything to him and no medication was offered, he was then discharged with a general follow up and then due to their negligence and lack of guidance he suffered a second stroke which lead to the same situation repeating. They discharged him with a number to a specialist which we couldn’t even contact or find, while it was their responsibility to the patient to contact and refer him to that specialist. Doctor in charge of my father only came by once in the three days admitted. Also the medical reports are not completed with proper medical history and medication list.

    I am calling the hospital since corona started and nobody is answering. I had a lasik surgery before a year in alsalama hospital abu dhabi. from beginning I didn’t have a clear vision in my right eye. The doctor who did the operation told me u need to wait three months till we can assess the case. Now in both eyes I don’t see clearly. Professional medical centers in dubai said you have 1:25-1:50 astigmatism in right eye and 0:25-0:50 astigmatism in left eye which necessitates me to redo the operation as agreed in the orientation before i did it. In the 3 months I waited, they changed the doctor who performed the operation for me and then changed the lasik HOD. The doctor who is still there said I don’t repeat it coz I wasn’t the doctor who performed it as the same doctor should repeat it for you. I called the doctor and she said i am working in another place now. I complained at al Salama hospital reception and a lady said we will redo it for you. Corona came and nobody is picking the phone since that time. I expected then to be more caring.

    It was an awful experience. Last Sunday Dr. Fathi abdel read my result that I have hyperthyroid and then he refferd me to Dr. Sawsan Ismael. We’ve reached 4th floor and then the receptionist told us that we’ll be waiting for a long time though there are people who has on queue and those who had an appointment so she suggested we’ll just book an appointment for the next day and we did. On monday we came again at 4:50pm our appointment is 5:20pm. The receptionist said that the nurse will just call us, after some time we’ve waited until 5:30pm the guy on the reception then said we should've told the nurse (thinkin’ they would just call us) after we ask the nurse she said to wait unti they will finish 2 patient who arrived late. Like seriously? Time is important and you guys should have been more responsible and consider your patients! I decided to just take my money and transfer to another hospital, when I approach the reception He told me that he’ll get the 10aed and we’ll wait for the change, we’ve waited for 30mins kust to get our change. Is that the kind of hospital people would intrust their lives?? Please if you are In any bad condition or even concerning about your health this hospital is not recommendable.

    One of the worst hospitals i have ever been to in Abu Dhabi. Heights of irresponsibility. I had gone there for an MRI scan two weeks back and I haven't yet recieved the results. I called them up atleast 4 to 5 times and their response was very inappropriate and unprofessional.

    Two stars only for the excellent doctors I have met and were human enough to listen, understand, and treat effectively. Otherwise, it’s a straight zero stars due to occurring incompetency and irresponsibility from various individuals starting from the reception not transferring phone calls to specific departments, to nurses not functioning responsibly enough and giving false tips on medications, to doctors just rushing the consultations and not explaining well, and going on-leave for a period of time without informing the patients. My last experience was with the Allergy and Immunology department - specifically doctor (K)’s clinic, in which I don’t want to step in there again nor recommend it to anyone. Pathetic and irresponsible and a waste.

    Having a poor eyesight had been my struggle for years causing me headache, but thank God and thanks to Dr. Adel and her assistant nurse Vanessa for helping we get back my clear vision. I am exceedingly happy and grateful. The rest of the staff who in the hospital (Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib) were very nice too. They were so nice and accomodating. The eye lasik surgery was just so fast, no pain during the surgery. Most importantly, the cost was affordable. I can now finally say “goodbye” to my eyeglasses. The sweetest “goodbye” ever. ❤️

    Very great service, I went to doctor Adel Badr a few months back for the lasik consultation and he recommended that I wait until I was 20 to do the surgery, I just turned 20 and went to him again for the surgery. It was quick, easy, and painless. The doctor also knows knew how to handle any kind panic I went through during the surgery, very knowledgeable and listen clearly to your concerns! Very highly recommend!

    Dr Adel Badr exceeded our expectations. His care and attention before during and after the lasik procedure were extraordinary! He was very thorough and took his time to explain every little detail. During the lasik operation he made my son so comfortable and was guiding him step by step. The operation was smooth and successful and we are so happy with the results and with our doctor. I can’t wait for my daughter to do lasik as well and will only go to Dr Adel Badr for that !!

    Hospital ambience is very good and deserve 5*. The service which I got deserve minus score if there was any option to do so. I had an appointment @ 11:00AM due to horrid stomach pain. Requested Dr declared as she can give medicine after thorough diagnose only, which make sense to me. I requested to give some medicine for the mean time as the pain was much above tolerance limit and the insurance procedure might take bit long, but she declined to give any medicine. Until 14:30 I did not get any message from Hospital team as whether insurance team approved the diagnose or not. When I check with Insurance company and it came to know that there is no pending request for approval in my name. Within the next 5 minutes I received an SMS from Hospital as insurance is partially approved. When I called the Hospital PRO they assured me that someone will call me immediately. Until 16:00 there is no response at all.

    After thinking long time I can rate it 2* max because this hospital is really missing the basics of communications with patients And it takes very long time to send approvals to the insurance {Insurance/nextcare also is ......no comment...} So I don't recommend this hospital if someone's case is urgent But if you dont care about the time just come here and wait for the sick policy of the hospital with the insurance.... and enjoy waiting or bring playstation with you next time because yoy are not going to do anything here urgently.

    Poor communication and no follow up. No one is reacting to the requests and complains, i had to call more than 10 times every time i needed to follow up with any kind of services. They not taking it seriously at all, feels like i’m begging for a call. It’s very disappointing honestly i wasn’t expecting this experience from a big name !! I had to check again with different lab and the reports were different ! Dear reveiver kindly double check your records again at a reputed clinics.     Had a Lasik Surgery (SMILE) with Dr Adel Badr and corrected my eyesight. Had a great experience. Dr went through every detail several times and explained to me how I should prepare for the surgery, what will happen during the surgery, what to expect post surgery and how my recovery would be (took around 3 days). I highly recommend him he is a great Dr!

    I do not reccomend the emergency room at Dr Sulaiman Al Habib at all. I was admitted for 8 days and I went through a horrible experience due to pure negligence. I want to make sure no human being goes through the hardship and gruesome pain I had faced. No compassion at all on their part, very careless doctors and nurses, and they kept me suffering in pain throughout my entire stay. All they care about is how to pull the biggest amount of money from insurance companies on the expense of sick people. I went and officially raised a complaint. Unfortunately no one cared to get back to me and no action has been taken to relieve me from the trauma I went through. This hospital should be monitored by DHA. I will officially raise a complaint to DHA.

    Delivered my 2 girls at Dr. Alhabib hospital with the best gynecologist Dr Gaby Khayatta…3 yrs back and this year again…I wouldn’t choose another Dr as he is so professional and caring well experienced and friendly always answering your questions up to date with your medications and appointments… nurses are friendly and quickly responsive…after delivery in your room you can watch your baby from the screen attached to your bed while being taken care of at the nursery department … clean and well sanitized… what I liked the most that you don’t have to wait for hrs for the insurance medication approval…Dr Alhabib pharmacy can deliver the medications to your door step.

    Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Greeted my an army of reception and nursing staff I was overwhelmed by their professionalism and friendliness. I especially loved how Dr. Nayef really took his time to understand my history, explain my condition and my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanour really put me at ease so I highly recommend Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital to individuals reading this and senior managers like myself who are responsible for employee health and welfare. 5 stars without a doubt!

    I went this morning for the first time for a general checkup. I was assisted by Ms Fatima through the different appointments she made for me, she was absolutely fantastic. All the appointments occurred on time, all the doctors were competent, nice and professional, I got a nice breakfast after my blood test and a nice gesture before leaving. The hospital was clean and pleasant too. I definitely recommend.

    First time in this clinic for my periodical check up. I was assisted from the booking stage by Fatima Ishfaq. She was fantastic, very prompt in all requests and guided us (me and my wife) through the process very competently but more importantly with patience and kindness. The clinic looks good and clean. The medical staff encountered during the process was very good and appeared to be very competent. Definitely a great experience under all aspects.

    I was admitted to the hospital in the emergency building for 6 weeks with a heart condition. My experience wasn’t perfect but I definitely received a great treatment. I am very grateful for all the nurses, doctors, cleaning team, kitchen, researchers, cath lab team, medical trainees, pharmacists, literally every single human being in that hospital that helped me towards my recovery. I had nurses holding my hands while I was busting into tears. Medical trainees bringing me their favorite books to kill time. Kitchen team making sure I got all the treats and ate all my food to be as strong as I could be. Doctors checking on me all the time and an amazing Cardiologist who is extremely professional and amazing at what he does, thanks Dr Ashraf Hussein. Thanks all Dr Sulaiman team!

    The pharmacy is fairly quick & there are plenty of Doctors to chose from! Most of the time the CAR VALET PARKING SERVICE blocks both ENTRANCES to the hospital & BASEMENT PARKING traffic! Both pathways to the hospitals parking area are labeled ENTRANCE & there is no EXIT from the place! There is NO ROOM for CAR VALET so why do they have it?!?!

    Hospital management/ reception is very careless about the service they provide. Went in for gynecologist as my wife was pregnant. As it was first pregnancy we were unaware about the insurance benefit. They overcharged us with copayment of 20% for all the scans and tests they made. Later when i double checked with my insurance they informed us that we only had to pay 10% of consultation and nothing else as it was covered by insurance. Very sad and disappointed with the service as even after informing them they did not refund the money we paid extra and did nothing to help us regarding their mistake. Would bot recommend to anyone and not worth even a star.

    Hello, this review is regarding the mental health and psychiatry "department". I put quotations because currently there is only one psychiatrist available in the clinic/hospital. Just one. 1 in 3 people living in dubai struggle with a mental illness, so I'm very shocked that the clinic isn't trying to bring in more professionals who actually want to listen to the patients and not just focus on giving them medicine. Yes they're psychiatrists but they should properly listen to the patient and give them a good amount of time before writing the prescription. This is not an attack on any specific doctor because I personally do not know the current one, but I know a lot of people who said they don't want to go back to the clinic because the psychiatrists there do not properly listen and give advice. Some of them even told the patients to their faces that it is their fault for whatever is happening in their lives and did not offer any good advice on how to deal with the situation. Some just wanted to give a lot of medicine disregarding the horrible side effects of each and every medicine. Last but not least, the clinic should hire more psychiatrists and therapists that actually know how to deal with patients and not just write down the prescription and hand it to them. Also, the pharmacy should have all the medication available since many patients have a hard time getting their meds. Again this is not an attack on any specific doctor, or even the hospital itself; in fact I'm doing almost all of my regular check ups at the clinic because doctors like Mohammad Saab and dr. Razan are really good and very respectful and make you feel like their room/office is a safe space. I'm only saying this because the medical system in general needs to accommodate the needs of mentally ill patients and stop making them feel less important than other patients. Hopefully this review leaves an impact and possibly expand the mental health/psychiatry department in the clinic/hospital.

    I visited Al Habib hospital yesterday for the first time to see Dr. Ahmed Samy. Really, I was so impressed for the quality of the service, the waiting areas at the ortho department, the radiology department, and how fast I got the approval for my scan. I was sad because my doctor has left Medcare but I'm so happy to see him again at al habib hospital. For sure I will transfer my family's files from medcare to this amazing Hospital.     My experience with Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital is amazing staring with Dr. Hiba Muhtaseb who monitored my pregnancy from the beginning and she is extremely amazing, professional and makes me feel so comfortable. The labor and delivery staff are really remarkable, helpful, supportive and they make me feel as if I am in my own home. I would like to thank all the doctors, the nurses in (NICU, labor & delivery, recovery), and the rest of the staff. Special thanks to the head midwife Ghadeer Hourani for her professionalism, extraordinary support and help. Another special thanks to the NICU nurses and staff for taking good care of my baby during his recovery there. Also the delivery and recovery rooms are clean, well equipped and the room service is really good. All in all I strongly recommend this hospital.

    Please, please, please do not pay 500 AED to get COVID19 testing done here. I have no idea why they think they can charge so much! I paid because I needed it done and had no idea the injustice of the pricing. They refused to even check if my insurance would cover a portion of the price.     The Doctors are great and the service and facilities are of great standards and quality. However, the nurses are terrible and their attitude is unbearable. They even gave me an overdose of the wrong medicine which kept me dizzy, nauseated and feeling tired for 2 days. How can this happen in one of the best reputable hospitals? I really hope you address this issue asap as this will affect the image of the hospital. At least the nurses need to be well trained medically and professionally so they can respond well to the customers and provide a friendly environment that gives assurance to the patients.

    Nice facility, really bad system! I visited the Endrocronologist and was subscribed some blood test, then I was sent home so they’d call me once they got the insurance approval! But.. nobody did! Day after day I called to follow up.. only to know that the insurance company did approve but no one called me to come back to the test!! They still didn’t call me! They never did!! Considering I was in a very bad state and needed attention I felt neglected and had to seek help somewhere else! What a waist of time and effort and money!! Extremely wrong!

    I delivered my first baby via C-Section in this hospital and can honestly say that it was a bad bad decision. Some of the nursing staff were amazing (mainly in LDR) and some were terrible (maternity and post op care). No midwife or breastfeeding consultant. No real assistance. All they care about is money, if I wanted a cup of tea they made sure to tell me it’s extra charge and then chase me for 10 AED. They served me cereal in an unclean dish with residue of stew! It was a bad experience I hope this reviews helps spare at least one lady from delivering here and going through the same

    This review is on behalf of my wife and me. We had an amazing pregnancy journey at this hospital from start to finish. Our Doctor was Nasreen who was fantastic in answering all of our questions throughout the pregnancy and taking care of my wife. The delivery day was very smooth. All staff were supporting and took good care of my wife and the baby. Post-delivery process was 10/10. I would recommend this hospital and Dr Nasreen to any expecting mom. Special thanks to Israa (midwife) and the nurses Eveta, Jeneka and Dateka + everyone who's name I can't remember. You are amazing.

    I am visiting from Saudi & went for all the routine check up whenever needed . The Dr & Nurses are the best in the hospital . Very friendly & good follow up. The reception area staff can improve . I had 2 incidents there recently 1. Laboratory staff who already resigned from the post so she was being extremely rude & asked me to complaint to the supervisor & did not care . I did complaint to the supervisor & he was very friendly guided me correctly & it was clear mistake from laboratory staff where insurance was already approved. My question is why do Dr Sulaiman Habib keep staff who already resign to have bad reputation to the hospital 2. The other incident was today when a receptionist in the cardiac center was rude & asked me to show my passport copy because it was not updated in the system. I told that u should always have this rule & not ask whenever they feel like. She told me go & complain to the supervisor if you don’t like my service . I don’t know why people in customer care talk like this . We don’t need many bad employees but only 1 or 2 employees in each organization to let the whole reputation of company to look bad

The doctor Ahmed abu Jamal was so serious (lack of communication) I tried to smile and talk but no luck. Afterwards he wanted X-rays to be done, The nurse send the request 3:00 pm got approved 3:18 pm tried to talk to the nurse and tell her I already got the approval. She refused to talk and told there is a system and you have to wait. I made a complaint and the Guy named Ahmed talked to me in a nice way just to calm me down , he didn’t help at all ( useless patient relation office) they informed the doctor then they made us wait for 1 hour and 20min. I left the hospital at 5 pm with some painkillers Not even solving the issue. The worst experience ever I would not recommend this hospital at all.

    The hospital allow Dr to manipulate patients with unnecessary procedures with thousands of derhams, I was asked to pay 5000 AED as down-payment as normal process in case my incurance will not cover full Surgery, I covered it, however I found out after 2 weeks from my Surgery that my insurance paid the hospital 47,000 AED full coverage and I asked to refund the 5000AED they replied it is photo decomentaion. I asked to have claim forms filled to apply it to my incurance, Dr. threatened me in the form of advice that if I did so, my insurance might cancel the payment was done by incurance and I have to cover again from my own money. They delay replying to me and to incurance for weeks after I applied the claim. After this it is clearly noted to incurance and me the below (As per confirmation by the provider Dr Sulaiman Al Habib the photo documentation is not part of the clinical treatment as per the treating doctor and they informed you with these details as well.) So when they take your money it is a must in the forum of down-payment and when you ask your claiming the money back it is not part of clinical treatment so they are simply manipulate you with the approval of the hospital management. Even when issue addressed to customer experience team they treat you as it is your mistake not to refuse. (Like I had choice). FYI, it was advised by the Dr that he usually he charg each patient between 5 to 10 K AND IT WAS BY MISTAKE THAT HE CHARGE ME ONLY 5 K. Not the least when I advise the Dr that I still not able to breath well after 4 months from the surgery I was told this the best he can do, so now I have to see a new Dr and I might end up doing again a new surgery. I hope that every one make sure to reconfirm any charges with his insurance before payment to not end up being ripped off like what happened to me.

    The worst hospital, with worst customers service, no care about patients and their real pain, hospital only aim to squeeze your insurance with needless medicines and the maximum tests they can do. But unfortunately, after that no follow up , even for the test that done, as long as they secured their claim from insurance, no one cares if you as a patient got your results and the care you deserve!!!     45 MINS FOR A PCR SWAB WITH 0 PATIENTS IN QUEUE! A pcr nasal swab takes less than 20 seconds and the paper work for it around 5 minutes. In this clinic I waited for more than 45 minutes for the swab. And there was only ONE patient before me and NO one else in waiting. With only ONE nurse to manage a clinic. To add to it when I went there last evening I was convinced by their rep to come at 8am next morning coz the test would be "immediate " If this is the kind of service they offer im never ever using their services. Consulted with Dr. Nausheen one of d best doctor in Icare clinics. she is very helpful, compassionate to her patient. Her treatment is very simple and effective. She did few lab test for me based in my symptoms. Another amazing with her is giving u follow up call to check my condition so quickly. You will not find that kind of care as I've been to diff. Healthcare facility but never receive a call as fast as Dr. Nausheen which is less than 24 hrs. she even requested to release my blood test very urgent that before leaving her room she had d result on hand and explained well. Highly recommended Dr. From Icare Mankhool.. Also to all nurses who assisted me for my treatment. You are true angel.. 😇😍😘God bless u all and keep safe always.

    Pleasantly surprised by the Clinic on my very first visit. I got parking right in front of the clinic where i could see even more spaces nearby. The Place is really well maintained and areas including nursing stations, labs and reception were not crowded and had separate waiting areas with X marked socially distanced seats. Would highly recommend the GP Dr. Sibi who took his time to understand the patient and explained us well about the diagnosis. Definitely had a positive experience.

    I went here in October 2019 to use the root canal package for AED 1,499 for composite filling and a Zirconia cap. Dr. Nitin Godri did the procedure and assured me that it is a Zirconia cap. Today I went for a checkup at a dental clinic in Canada and the dentist told me that the cap is PFM and not Zirconia and also there is a gap between the cap and the tooth. I do not understand the need for Dr. Nitin Godri to lie about it being Zirconia when PFM was AED 500 less than what I paid and PFM is what he actually used and there was no way for me to check other than to just trust what he said. Update: I'll be waiting for the follow up. I'm honestly disappointed why he felt the need to lie when I specifically asked him if it's zirconia. Update #2: Still waiting for an explanation! No one has contacted me as was mentioned in their response.

    This is one of the clinics which looks very hygienic. Support staff like nurses and reception are helpful and doctors are good and co-operative. The place is less crowded due to separate waiting areas outside doctor's rooms and lab rooms. Service is quick. I don't have to worry about super long waiting which I often hear from friends who visit other hospitals or clinics. If we book an appointment by calling 800-ICARE, it makes things even easier. Had a decent experience with doctors in General Medicine, Paediatrics, Internal Medicine and for regular tests. Ample amount of public parking, and they offer free parking as well. Well guided staff and good experienced doctors makes the patient life easier and happier. Specially icare Mankhool though it looks small from entrance, it is widely spread as you enter in.

    I had a good experience with Al salama hospital and Dr. Shaji Hussain . I had done my laser surgery under the guidence of Dr. Shaji Hussain . I feel more comfortable now . Vision is almost perfect . Can drive the vehicle better . Also the best hospitality received . Thank you !!

    Excellent experience with Dr. Adel Badr, ophthalmologist. He’s very much concerned about his patients, caring and follow up. Dr. Adel Badr explains the very tiny details to his patients, to avoid any mishaps, with passion. I believe that this means that Dr. Adel gives confidence to the patients, which in my opinion expedite the recovery of his patients. May Allah bless Dr. Adel Badr.

    This hospital is a very overrated place, they have series problems related to patient experiences, every thing is bad , they never answer the phone calls at all even i am trying to reach my dr nurse for no use and when i reached here she said she will reply me but 2 days no replay , very poor follow up,they are not answering the insurance company and requests keep being canceled , they took 1 full week to reply the insurance company , every thing in this hospital is totally unprofessional , only good thing is the dr we visited , we decided no to proceed in this hospital ,, they are not doing there part and always busy .

    Alhamdulillah it was such a good experience, he was charming and very straight forward. I am so glad to have met him. Being a footballer I can now count on my vision without the use of contact lenses. Special thanks to Dr. Adel Badr. Would highly recommend people with poor vision to go and do the lasik surgery

    While the drs and nurses might be good, the admin staff and insurance sept don’t do their jobs and kept us waiting 5 hours stating we were pending approval when they hadn’t even applied to begin with! Other hospitals like city hospital can teach them a thing or two on how to service a hospital professionally.. never again!

    I was there today for a consultation with Dr. Ahmed Abogamal (Rheumatologist) after seeing 3 or 4 orthopaedics in different reputable hospitals in UAE in the last 3 months. It was a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. (AHMED) taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. He was incredible, knowledgeable, kind and informative. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what next steps look like. I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommended

    This is becoming so unprofessional hospital all they need is money the good doctors have left and the new ones have a target to achieve So disappointed that the doctors now treats you as a number and they try to make the patient feel scared so they can convince you to do more tests so they can make your insurance pay more. I will sure change the hospital after what happened with me yesterday. So so disappointed 😔 The only reason I will visit there is doctor Zakieh no one else.

    This hospital should be monitored by DHA as there is no qualified doctors and no respond. I do not recommend any body to think even to go for consultations their main goal is money this happens with me personally. I was about to die because of their unexperienced doctors. And I have raised many complaints but no action. Again I do not recommend any patient to visit this rubbish hospitals

    Yes they have good doctors, and staff are friendly, but if you are a person with life then dont go cause you will waste minimum 60 minutes waiting to see the doctor… any doctor busy or not.. with appointment or no… and yes make sure you go to bathroom before you head there cause bathrooms are not clean by any standard

    So so so bad service!!! I passed yesterday got PCR test, staff so slow.. I had all the symptoms indicating the CORONAVIRUS of the disease, but they put me next to healthy people and told me to wait 5 minutes, which came out at 20. I received positive test, but I can’t reach them to receive my PCR blank which is required my work. I contact them service, they tell me, they send by email.. but nothing.. I don’t know how to receive my results. Never visit again!!!

    Had my LASIK surgery with Dr.Adel a week ago and I couldn’t recommend it enough!! No pain during it after surgery, and I could see very well within the same day and within one week I had my vision almost in perfect condition. I highly recommend doing it with Dr.Adel, he was quite patient and made sure all information are communicated to me ahead of time.

    It is with great pleasure, excitement and joy that I am sharing this review. In just a few minutes I went from seeing an out-of-focus blurred world to ultra high-definition world. Even though I came absolutely terrified of the unknown ahead of me, the knowledge, patience and expertise of Dr Adel ensured that my surgery goes as safe and as smooth as possible. To whoever is considering femto lasik surgery and is as afraid as I was, please dont be. Just listen carefully and follow all the steps that doctor tells you. You will be fine.     The first time i came here to check the pregnancy status , they didn’t check my pressure my wight and tall , they put dummy numbers ! Second time , i came to the emergency and the doctor didn’t even if the medication well fit my situation , i told her it’s safe during pregnancy? She told me let me check in google , then she checked by her phone and then told me no it’s bot safe ‘!!! Last incident, the doctor told me that i have to do some blood test but it needs time from the insurance, i checked through insurance application and there is no request sent , i called them after 2 days and they confirmed that someone will call to check and confirm, after 3 days the nurse called me and told me that it is approved and come ASAP to do the tests , when i come to check , there is no request, there is no approval and they do it in the same day , and i have to wait 1 hour for thia mistake !!! Very bad customer service , i now know why there is no too much patient in this hospital!!!!

    Thank God then Dr. Adel.. I had trifocals lens implant surgery and it went really smooth. Hadn’t felt any pain after the surgery. Just had to apply the eye drops on time and the result was terrific from day 2. The doctor checks on results next day to surgery and after a week as well. The vision now is super clear and no need to put reading glasses.

    I did my LASIK surgery with Dr.Adil Bader, I am very happy with the experience and the aftercare! I was provided with good service by the clinic and ophthalmologist, Dr.Adil gave me the details of the surgery before the surgery and even during the process he was telling me what he is going to do in each step which made me feel calmer since I was nervous during the process. The after treatment is great as I was provided with the aftercare kit and the shades to help my eyes heal quicker. I recommend anyone to go to Dr.Adil Bader for eye treatments or surgery’s.

    Review of Dr David Aman Eddie. What do you look for in a pediatrician? A caring sympathetic professional who gives the full attention and care to his baby patient, is knowledgeable and has great manners? That's Dr David.     Always getting the best care from the hospital specially dr. Razan Kayali . I have a complicated pregnancy and went to ER twice and was taken care of very well. The nurses are amazing specially Fema they respond very quickly to everything I asked for . Also Karen made the process of discharge and paperwork very easy .
