The back office service is too bad from our experience. 1. They didn’t take consideration of the inconvenience of using PayPal or online Credit card payment for Chinese customers. Both PayPal and credit card online payment channel didn’t work. I noticed that they have Alipay on their reception desk but why they didn’t add Alipay method online? Seawings seaplane tour is a must do in Dubai! If you want to see entire landmarks of Dubai, then this is what you should consider doing while your stay in UAE. Beside astonishing view, you will enjoy the thrill of taking off and landing in water ( amazing) and large windows will make sure that nobody sits next to you to block the view ( as in helicopter:( where we had to wait for each other to finish with pictures so that our hands don't cross! Each passenger had his/her own seat and i took the flight with my husband and Seawings team offered the premium seat ( bench) for us. We had large glass windows and we flew the same route while our return so all passengers could enjoy the same view! Pilot was constantly briefing us about the areas we were flying and we were very comfortable. I would suggest this to everybody before leaving Dubai or if you are visiting for only short time and you think how to use the time to see Dubai, answer is Seawings!

I realized I might have been scared of those high altitude jets. The take off and landing were so smooth I couldn’t believe it. It was a 40 mins air tour. Stunning views of Dubai.
