The
back
office
service
is
too
bad
from
our
experience.
1.
They
didn’t
take
consideration
of
the
inconvenience
of
using
PayPal
or
online
Credit
card
payment
for
Chinese
customers.
Both
PayPal
and
credit
card
online
payment
channel
didn’t
work.
I
noticed
that
they
have
Alipay
on
their
reception
desk
but
why
they
didn’t
add
Alipay
method
online?
It
made
us
too
much
efforts
to
make
the
payment
before
we
confirmed
the
booking.
Also
extra
bank
surcharges
for
sure.
2.
Before
I
transferred
money
to
their
bank
account,
they
didn’t
tell
me
how
much
percentage
of
the
surcharges
could
be
excluded
from
my
payment.
They
should
have
known
it
and
informed
customers
before
we
transferred
money
instead
of
forcing
us
to
pay
more
money
onsite
since
they
didn’t
receive
the
exact
amount
you
asked.
This
is
completely
not
fair
for
us
at
all.
This
is
their
local
bank,
they
should
know
all
the
surcharge
regulations
and
inform
customers
in
advance!
We
also
paid
extra
money
for
our
Chinese
bank
surcharges,
so
we
paid
about
200
AED
extra
money
due
to
the
bank
transfer,
including
both
China
and
UAE
bank
surcharges.
3.
They
canceled
our
precious
registered
morning
flight
due
to
the
foggy
weather
in
the
morning.
(For
those
of
you
have
chosen
the
morning
flight,
please
be
prepared
for
that!)
without
providing
enough
options
on
the
same
day,
we
had
to
switch
to
the
afternoon
flight
next
day,
which
completely
messed
up
our
initial
schedule,
we
had
to
shorten
our
Abu
Dhabi
trip
for
one
day
and
spent
one
more
day
in
Dubai
for
the
flight.
We
observed
the
weather
condition
in
Dubai
for
almost
one
week
and
noticed
that
almost
every
morning
it
was
quite
foggy
and
obviously
afternoon
flight
had
a
much
better
visionary.
So
they
should
have
notified
customers
before
we
booked
flight
or
on
their
website
saying
that
it
is
more
likely
to
happen
that
morning
flight
could
be
canceled
due
to
foggy
weather
than
the
afternoon
flight.
Remind
us
to
think
twice
before
we
book
the
early
morning
flight
instead
of
informing
us
last
minute!
Although
the
flight
experience
was
very
good
but
their
nightmare
back
office
support
ruined
their
reputation
in
our
mind,
we
would
not
recommend
our
friends
to
choose
this
company
in
the
future
unless
they
make
some
improvements
in
their
operational
support.
