If
I
could
give
it
a
0,
it
would
be
more
accurate.
The
hotel
management
and
front
desk
team
run
the
hotel
booking
process
as
a
SCAM.
They
advertise
on
hotel
booking
websites
with
a
lower
price.
I
booked
it
and
got
a
great
rate,
and
submitted
all
documentation
with
accuracy
including
credit
details.
Very
conveniently
the
front
desk
team
claimed
that
my
cards
expiry
date
was
wrong.
This
was
an
obvious
lie.
So
I
updated
my
info
yet
again.
All
confirmed
that
it
matches.
Then
again,
the
front
desk
team
of
the
hotel
claim
that
my
card
details
are
wrong.
Another
LIE.
So
then
of
course
they
cancel
my
booking
claiming
that
I
provided
wrong
info
(which
is
a
lie),
and
then
they
blocked
off
any
booking
at
their
hotel.
Two
weeks
after,
they
raised
all
prices!
Absolutely
unprofessional
and
the
most
shady
way
the
GM
of
the
hotel
manages
his
business
and
customer
bookings.
You
can
get
away
with
this
stuff
maybe
in
India
not
Dubai.
Needless
to
say
I
escalated
it
higher
through
my
own
booking
company
and
they
put
a
red
flag
in
their
system
on
the
hotel
itself
and
sent
me
a
good
will
credit.
I
repeat,
do
not
trust
the
management
or
front
desk
staff
of
this
hotel.
They
run
it
based
on
scams,
shady
dealing
and
lies.
Next
step
is
to
have
it
reported
to
the
UAE
governing
authorities.
And
the
laughable
part:
the
GM
of
this
hotel
and
“won”
manager
of
the
year.
