The staff and waiters and services were fine however I stayed there for over 3 months and payed close to 30k dhs and the BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE THEY GAVE ME EGGS AND CORNFLAKES everyday when I complained they added chicken sausages which not okay to eat everyday. When I informed the manager he said and I quote "you are getting too much " he was very disrespectful and dismissive and when I said I would leave cause I'm not getting adequate diet for breakfast he said "go" this hotel should find a better manager that is experienced in customer service AND SHOULD ADD A VARIETY OF HEALTHY BREAKFAST I.E FRUITS. I definitely will not be returning.

4 stars? Best Western? Do not let the name deceive you. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel and should not have that rating! I don’t understand why Best Western wants to be associated with this hotel. It is a disappointment.

Best Western Plus? I'd call it Best Western Minus. I'm a loyal fan of Best Western and Best Western Plus, and I know the brand well. But this hotel – BWP Pearl Creek – falls well short of the company's usual standards. There was mould in the shower; the carpet was filthy; the furniture was filthy; the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower fell apart when I used them; the lighting in the bathroom was dismal; the concierge was so inept he didn't know how to call a taxi; the check-in process was slow and laboured; the lobby was cramped and noisy. In short, this is a hotel to avoid. I certainly will, and I wonder why the Best Western company lends its good name to such a second-rate operation.

During our visit to the restaurant, I was truly impressed with Vani's exceptional friendliness and the excellent service they provided. Their warm and attentive demeanor enhanced our overall dining experience, making it even more enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to encounter staff members who go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable time. In addition to Vani's great service, I couldn't help but anticipate the culinary offerings, especially when it comes to the buffet selection. One of my favorite dishes is salmon sashimi, and I hope to see it featured on the buffet. The delicate texture and exquisite flavor of salmon sashimi make it a delightful treat, and I believe it would be a fantastic addition to the restaurant's offerings. The prospect of enjoying this delectable dish in such a welcoming atmosphere would undoubtedly make the dining experience even more special. Besides Vani, Vijay, Iashole, Sanjay, Mansoor also doing a very good job 👍🏻

i am a guest and i stayed here for 14 days the toilet ceiling fell the the sheets smell bad (like urine) also the sheets had blood on them the toilet is dirty the mattress also had some kind of blood and dirt the air conditioning and it exploded ( also not safe) doesn’t work properly this hotel is really bad. don’t bother wasting your money at this hotel

If I could give it a 0, it would be more accurate. The hotel management and front desk team run the hotel booking process as a SCAM. They advertise on hotel booking websites with a lower price. I booked it and got a great rate, and submitted all documentation with accuracy including credit details. Very conveniently the front desk team claimed that my cards expiry date was wrong. This was an obvious lie. So I updated my info yet again. All confirmed that it matches. Then again, the front desk team of the hotel claim that my card details are wrong. Another LIE. So then of course they cancel my booking claiming that I provided wrong info (which is a lie), and then they blocked off any booking at their hotel. Two weeks after, they raised all prices! Absolutely unprofessional and the most shady way the GM of the hotel manages his business and customer bookings. You can get away with this stuff maybe in India not Dubai. Needless to say I escalated it higher through my own booking company and they put a red flag in their system on the hotel itself and sent me a good will credit. I repeat, do not trust the management or front desk staff of this hotel. They run it based on scams, shady dealing and lies. Next step is to have it reported to the UAE governing authorities. And the laughable part: the GM of this hotel and “won” manager of the year.

This place is a nightmare. It is a smelly nasty place. Do not stay here. It is unsafe for Americans. It is very old and shabby with decor from the 1970's. The lobby was packed with low class people and looked like a homeless camp. It doesn't even rate a star. It is in old Dubai. Generally Dubai is a modern city. This place ruins your good impression of Dubai. They change 17 AED for tax per night and 40 AED per night for parking. We gladly forfeited the money we paid for a week there and quickly left. This place is Worst not Best anything. It should be torn down. Fire any travel agent that books you there. And it is not clean. The windows have years of filth on them.

I satisfied only and only because of Mr. John (swimming pool) and Mr. Esmaeil. they are great people and I like them so much. but the room was horrible! the breakfast was not bad and had many veggie items. the hotel is not really as same as the pictures!!!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Me and my friends had the most awful experience in this hotel. We did not have our rooms cleaned during our stay, they did not even replace toilet paper.. In one of my friend’s room the fridge was not working. Other friends were asked to change rooms and after they packed everything they said they should stay in the same room one more night as they forgot to move them… again the following day they asked them to re-pack. After many complaints I got a call from the reception saying that they wanted to compensate us with a complementary lunch at the hotel restaurant. It would have been a nice gesture if they would have not charged us for the lunch blaming each other and saying they never offered a complementary lunch in the first place. I am horrified by the customer service and the overall experience.

Centrally located in Deira. All kind of transport available withing walking distance. Breakfast was very good. Different items every day.

When we first checked in we had to be "upgraded" and had to pay an extra 600 dirhams... it was also in a very dirty location. The room was okay. Service was very slow, you have to call several times for anything to be brought to your room. Its better to just go down to them to ask for anything you need. Sometimes we would ask them at the front desk for something to be sent up but it wouldn't be sent up. If you want to stay in the old part of Dubai for the shopping (which is what we wanted to do) stay in Bur Dubai instead. It's very dirty in Deira and the smell is so bad. Also many scammers in Deira. And there are cards with women's phone numbers everywhere on the ground.... hotel was not so good as I had hoped. Very gross and try to take as much money as possible. Also they should update their decor.

The best accommodation and services and offers 24/7 customer service especially at the pool the category taker is a good guy abd is very friendly

A horrendous place. Extremely rude staff. I was physically aggressed by their security staff and was forced to pay twice despite showing card payment and receipt from Agoda. Avoid at all cost. I never stay in places like this but chose it to accommodate friends … never again. My luggage was forcibly removed from my pickup vehicle … and the security man hurt my hand pulling m my briefcase from me.

Hotel rooms are very comfortable. We stayed in a triple room which was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Room cleaning service had no attention to detail as we had to keep asking for the third towel or water, something or another was missing on a daily basis. Location was a plus as we where overlooking the Creek and was interesting to see the boats going pass all night. Lots of restaurants around, and local shops. Special thanks to Naseer who made sure we get an Uber back to the airport and Uzaar who was really sweet.

My stay was excellent, Receptionist Ms nang was so polite and helpful and assisted me , and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The location and room are good but check in is slow. Only one person at check in counter. Wait 45 minutes for check in.

Don't be fooled by the name name Best Western. It is none like the rest in the world. Extremely poor customer service from Manager. Rooms are tired and old. Reception area is a flea market . Reception staff was helpful. Staff at breakfast buffet takes payment at 10.20am without informing us closure is at 10.30am removing buffet 20mins later without informing us. Outstanding service from Jimmy concierge.

For some, this could be a great location, but when you drive, Deira isn't the best location to reach anywhere soon. The building is a bit aged and needs some tlc, but the staff do their best to accommodate customers.

Spent a delightful 9 days at this hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Staff were nice and welcoming. Huge shoutout to the gentleman Mr. Naseer. The New Year's Eve gala dinner was a highlight, and the excellent food only added to the overall charm. And not to forget the amusing view from the rooftop. Definitely planning a comeback

We stayed at the Best Western hotel. Our stay was plesant. The view from our room was amazing. Hotel staff, Sajjad was nice and helpful. He did a great job. The location of the hotel is great with walking distance shops nearby.

I would definitely recommend anyone who comes to visit Dubai to stay at this hotel. The staff here are very kind, helpful and generous to the people who stay here. The service man named Casimir has been so kind to my mother and I whenever we had questions to ask or any services we needed help with. This place has been amazing to stay in.

We stayed in the hotel for one month. The quality of the services are excellent, the food is extraordinary. The staff are all great towards clients. Amna the lady at the restaurant perfectly understood the needs of my old father. Once, I observed her handling an aggressive client skillfully and professionally. And Hanna the new staff is also admirable, she is polite and very attentive to customers' needs. The room attendant, Ismael, made my father to feel at home. He calls him uncle and some times papa and papa smiles back. All his manners are professional. Best western hotel! Keep it up!

i stayed 4 nights in this hotel and it was pretty good while it was far from dubai mall and down town but the access to hotel and airport was perfect. it is close to deira and you find anything you want behind the hotel.room was large enough and clean and service was everyday. breakfast was good and rooftop was nice BUT the volume was so high and it is better that you enjoy the calm. friendly staff.

We had a blocked drain, he fixed it there and then. offered us clean slippers. but we want to be environmentally kind to the earth. We had a great time staying for 2 days in Best Western Baniyas... the hotel is close by to restaurants, metro and it is front of Creek where you can walk, cross the creek to other side and dine-in as well... We would like to thank the Housekeeper- DEEPAK for attending our needs and providing us toiletries, even without asking. We appreciate his initiative. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

Located at the heart of old city. Good big rooms. Extremely busy. Frontstaff extremely helpful. Go to R floor to get amazing views of the whole city. This hotel is visible from the Dubai Frame.

It is an excellent location for a holiday in Dubai. Apart from the Creek view from your hotel room, there are two Metro stations within 10 minutes walking distance.

We had been to Dubai on 1st week of October through Right View tourism. This tour was organised through Air bazaar travel solutions, Bangalore. The service of this hotel was really good and their food was excellent. Rooms were near neat and tidy and staffs were polite with prompt service. Overall we had a great time.

An excellent choice for a hotel near the commercial part of Data. The service is excellent. Our valet Radish was very friendly and did excellent cleaning services in our room. The bank shone with purity after his work. The beds were neatly arranged. Well done to Radish! We will be back here again!
