I went to Al Ain Hotel Ajman three months ago and asked the reception staff about the room and they ignored me. The reception staff was a girl named Angel the bell desk boy dhanilo was busy on the phone. Both of them were talking to each other repeatedly by dialing the extension on the telephone and were busy in their own affair. Another older woman, Norma, also looked very strangely angry and ignored me when I tried to talk to her. The general manager has no idea how his staff deals with people. They were only saluting the Arabs again and again. Every guest has the same respect and priority. A delivery guy came with food delivery and General Manager MR. Yusuf insult him and said your physically appearance is not good at the moment you can't go towards the room. My food went cold and wasted. Really very bad experience was with the staff. Ms Norma was shouting on staff girl and disrespecting her badly. She should be re-train under well training officer. Only 1 person was so appreciated named Mr. Hamdan was there to whom i met and felt happy hearted. He resolved the issue good brain stability. But really Disappointed by the management 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

One of the worst hotels in Ajman, their rooms and mattresses are so filthy when you complain their manager the one with the glasses will deny it and start cursing you in Hindi In front of other guests. Thankfully one of the other indian guests explained to me what he was saying.

Good hotel, very helpful staff and clean rooms, however the corridor was smelled cigarettes.

The worst hotel to stay if you have a family. I booked a room in the hotel considering the previous reviews, but was wrong. You cannot use the swimming pool as it is completely occupied by bachelor's who openly smoke and capture the pool. The ac of the room was not working, after various follow up from my side, they changed my room. Only good thing was that the rooms are big. I will not suggest any family to stay here.

Mostly everything about the hotel seemed okey and acceptable the only thing is upon checking in we meet a guy at the reception his name was Amupam he was really not uncooperative with us even with the price of the room he was disagreeing with everything in a rude way, also started asking about the other guests id’s acting like he is the owner of the hotel. His way of dealing with guests are really unacceptable Not to mention the bathroom was flooding with water also the tv quality was bad

Please look at the attached photo of their coffee cups and Water glasses. This photo is more than enough to show their quality of services. Worst hotel ever seen. No Floor mat, No Couches, No hair dryer in the bathroom, No Iron box and board, No laundry bag and it's check list.... Thank God i booked only 10 days , later i checked out and left.... Receptionist standing in the evening time will never listen your request at all. Simply they say i will check sir, your request will not be fulfilled untill you come to meet the manager .... Not recommended at all.... Don't waste your money 💸....

Clean , but has nothing to do with the description of an apartment except the size. Otherwise the price is high for the facility level, better options in the area with less price.

The worst experience ever ... hotel staff was rude all the time and cleaning serves was bad ... also they increase the price without any reason even booking and other website offering cheaper price but they want accept ... internet was very very very bad .. I will never come back here again

If you like the city views one side small size building and other side the sky scrapers. You will enjoy the stay here. The room service was good, staffs are very friendly and always take care, don’t forget to try their breakfast. They have awesome breakfast with lots of variety.

We stayed at alain hotel ajman for one week with a wonderful experience. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere with very attentive staff. They were all very professional. The hotel offers alot of amenities and the price is reasonable. Will definitely come back again, highly recommended.

Excellent service. Very cooperative staff. We had a short stay and it was a very comfortable one. Some staff to be named are, Mukhya, Pramila, Tahira, Madhu...very professional. Dear All Thank you and looking forward to visit again. Would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

I have never been to a Thai restaurant but my dad recommended this so I just had to check it out. The place doesn't look too good on the outside but on the inside it is kind of cozy, definitely an out of the ordinary interior. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and it was delicious. The food portion size was great, definitely got enough food. The staff was nice, although the owner doesn't speak finnish very well so you might need to speak in english. All in all I will give 5/5 Modest little place. Food is very good. Spring rolls are one of the best that I have tried. 😋 Wonderful! God bless Modest but delicious. Don't let the simple menu card mislead you. You will be rewarded with delicious meals. The setting is not five stars but they aren't all in Thailand either. Authentic and great.

My husband and I booked a room 305 and paid for it in advance before our coming but we arrived we discovered that they changed and instead the receptionist girl gave us a key for another’s room and it was so smelly and we asked the guy hurry up and brought a fragrance spray to spray the main hall in the bathroom, so we didn’t agree they offered us another one which in the first floor 105 but guess what?! The bed in the bedroom was 2 single beds put together to be one king bed 😀😀, actually it is so silly! There were roaches I took a video then I asked the guy, he pretended to be shocked 😳 plus the when I took a shower the shower I figured it out that the waste water drain didn’t work, I went down to the girl to ask her about our room and she said it is under maintenance but today after 2 pm it will be ready when we returned back at 11:30 pm the receptionist guy said it is not ready and still under the maintenance I was nervous and I told the guy that the lady said it will be ready and he said I don’t know! And he offered another key 🔑 704 and We went up and accidentally met the maintenance guy and asked him he sorry your booked bedroom which 305 is occupied 😳😳! Now I don’t know who told the truth, the receptionist girl/ morning shift, the receptionist guy/night shift or the maintenance guy!!!!!????? I never ever recommend Alreef hotel 😡it is so bad! Not clean, cockroaches, and telling a lie !

We stayed there for one night in November 2022 as we were driving through the city. We asked for a non-smoking quiet place but ended up in a floor with smoking neighbour rooms and very noisy. We ended leaving the hotel and finding another hotel. In general the hotels in Ajman are not in great shape and standards. I would not recommend staying in Ajman hotels all together.

What a beautiful place to stay feel like home! Very friendly and helpful staff around. Super clean calm cool place. Lovely environment make it so great . Very spacious room.wide variety of fresh and delicious food served 3 times day. I would like to mention very friendly and loving staff during food service.

we checked in last 28th of January, as I decided to spend our weekend outside our home. I didn't expected much but as we arrived on our room, it was so spacious and clean. My 4 month old baby got to sleep so well through the night as well ,without any problem. We used the pool which my infant and us got to enjoy so much. The staff were so nice and accommodating, especially ms. Norma who was so nice and professional. She made sure that we will have the very good experience on our stay in their hotel. Everything was excellent and I definitely recommend this hotel to everybody especially with a family. We will absolutely come again in this hotel.

Great hotel and good prices for the excellent services they provide. Staff are very helpful, polite, and attentive. Plenty of parking spots and kitchen remains open until 1 AM. The convenient store and a supermarket are next to the hotel and 9ne minute by foot.

Al Ain Hotel is one of standard hotel. This is in Ajman . Here you can stay like home. Everything will be accommodate to you . No need to worry for anything. The staff is really nice and management are nice .

Very spacious 1 Bedroom suite. Nice swimming pool and small kids play area is a huge plus for family with kids. Breakfast variety was not too much but reasonably sufficient. Very nice and polite staff from reception to room service to restaurant. Can't expect better value for money than this. Suggestions: 1. Please Change sofas or at least upholster them 2. Put some crockery in kitchen like couple of plates, cups and spoons will be enough. 3. Fridge in kitchen was not working properly but for 1 night we didn't have to use it much.

A very nice and spacious hotel, the apartments are larger than others, very comfortable and clean in terms of price before it was better, now a little high anyway. The staff are excellent in their services, especially Hamdan, who is kind and quick in dealing. It saddens me when I don't see him during the day. In general, the hotel is very good

They changed rooms because they picked up, we had jackets left in the first room. They're not able to get them back for 12h... We need to get on a 7:00 flight they won't solve the problem and they found the jackets and we were here 3days.

One of the best hotel in Ajman. Stayed for 4 days in my honeymoon. The room was good but not very spacious. Had a view of outside road. Bathroom is quite spacious and has bath tub which are clean. Staff is sincere and very prompt. The rooms were cleaned even in our absence but everything was safe and sound. The gym is good and the swimming pool is on top floor. Not very big but it’s good.

Hotel room are very good ,spacious and upgraded . Great to go with family trip. Food is excellent. Hotel staff and food lounge are very supportive. If you are planning to go on a long weekend with large friends and families, it is a very nice and decent place, where you have many options to go around for food and shopping. Mr.Hamdan who I interacted around the hotel is a very sweet, polite and hardworking staff. Best hotel in Ajman.

Its our second time to stay in the hotel and so far they never fail my expectations in all services. We had 2 bedroom with kitchen, dining and living room. On our first stay, we do have kitchen but no kitchen appliances but this time Ms. Norma made sure that we have everything in the kitchen - microwave, cooking stove, pots, etc. Thank you for your excellent service and to your friendly staff as well. Take a second opinion before choosing. Floor is always wet due to moisture and overall service is not that great.

My stay with family at the hotel was just perfect because of the ambience of the hotel, the very hospitable and courteous staff who are always trying to help. The complimentary tea and dates served at the lobby makes it feel like home.

Accomodating staffs, rooms are comfortable perfect for a getaway day when you want to relax after a long week or month of just working, relaxing ambiance, there is a spa, a gym and now a POOL!!! We enjoyed our recent stay sooo much. Though a short while.

I don't usually write reviews but for this I had to. I stayed in their hotel last week and someone had come to my room at night because the door which I kept closed was opened and my stuff had been moved around. When I asked at the reception they said no one came to my room. The same happened the next night but I saw the hotel manager closing the door and said sorry I came to the wrong room. If you are a single lady don't stay there it's not safe.

01. There is an old floor in the room, and the toilets are not as expected. 02. We booked a two-bedroom apartment for four adults, but they always provide two towels for the shower. 03. Before checking out I requested an extension for 2 more nights, which they granted. Unfortunately, on the day of check-out they asked me to change the apartment for the periods of extension. I had a very negative experience. 04. In addition to the delicious food served at night, the night shift team is extremely respectful.
