Really dirty hotel/apartments should be used only if necessary, Cockroaches are roaming in the room.

Good location, but it's kinda poor hotel with good reception but there's no restaurant, pool or even a parking place for cars !

1 . The Egyptian receptionist does not know how to respect customers and speaks nervously really very rude ... deal only with Philippino 2 . The room next to me was taken by BAD GIRLS “you know what I mean” and they made a party with thier customers till morning and hotel managment didn’t do any thing ... I couldn’t sleep at all 3 . the house keeper at night shift he take an empty room and start video calling with his girlfriend and she’s shouting on him while the room door was open ... 2 times I asked him plz we need to sleep and all what he did is change to another room

Everyone reading this review please be aware that this hotel is very bad, I booked for two days because on the first day of my stay my room door was disturbed twice for no reason, I informed the front desk that I needed to check out of the room and in order to embezzle my 300 AED even told me I couldn't check out of the room, there was no mineral water inside the room, there was no pillow cases, everything I put up with, hundreds of dollars you don't refund, you deserve to be so poor, you You deserve to be poor, you can only be poor for the rest of your life.

I had a very bad experience at the hotel. With the Indian guy at the reception, very bad attitude,verydisrespectful to customers. Talking to me and my wife not good. Telling me I can go to another hotel. This not the first time or second time he do like that 😪. Not like the other African guy, always giving us good services, always helping. I always tell my friends to book there. I'm a regular customer, i come every week. Maybe this my last time. Thank you.

Complain aginst your night shift receptionist may be from nepal. My friends are frequently staying in this hotel from last 3 years. But unfortunately right tonight we are very upset about his behaviour it was too rude by language. We are right now staying room no 401 & 408.we are asking for necessary action otherwise next time including me my friends will never staying with your organisation again.

1. Door lock is not work properly 2. Didn't find the hot water option 3. After asking to Reception we receive the bathing towels otherwise not...... Rest of the things as a Hotel Apartment is well and good, Thank you.....

The hotel is very good and beautiful, I like this hotel vary much, I was there around two weeks, it's a very beautiful place for relaxation, all the stuffs are very good specially my Indian friend Rehan , he is a very good and polite guy, we will come again with family after one month, the location is also very good, have masque infront of the hotel, I will suggest to others to go there I think they will like it.
