Very Bad Service..Very very slow response or not responding at all to your inquiry. I don't know if this company want their business to grow or not because even how many times you ask them to send a quotation for a work you wanted them to do, believe me, you have to wait for several months and follow up many times before they will respond. I spoke many times already with two members of their Team but none of them got the job done. It's just a waste of time talking to them.

i bought last time a slatted wall with them and verbally their manager told me it will take only 2 days for it, but in reality it takes 5 days. and also all the transaction made verbally they are not following, they dont have the credibility. i will not buy anything from them again. The most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Ordered for metal display cabinets I was given the wrong sizes and the sales person Shashi was the reason we almost had to cancel the order. Im sure the company is good but Shashi was very rude and unprofessional on all levels. will not recommend to anyone.

Not impressed with this companies service. I bought a mannequin 10 days ago yet hadn't used it until now. When I opened it up and did a photoshoot with it, I realised it was faulty. The company will not allow me to exchange. No where on their terms and conditions does it mention - 'will not exchange faulty products'. Will never use this business again. My reply- Are you saying your mannequins only last 10days? 10 days for a mannequins lifespan is not a good investment. Having only used the product once and noticing its faulty, I believe this product should be exchanged. I was not informed that you only exchange faulty items within 2-3 days. So much for customer satisfaction! I bought this mannequin for e-commerce photoshoots, which with the faulty arm is impossible to use. Every shop I have ever visited has at least a minimum 14 days return or exchange policy and that's not for faulty items that were only used once. Not impressed with your service!
