cafeteria
works
under
the
shadow
of
kok
al
shay
cafeteria.
Karak
tea
is
served
from
Kok
al
Shay
and
it
is
below
average
in
comparison
with
karak
tea
served
in
other
kok
al
shay
branches.
Overall
staffs
are
good
in
their
service
except
for
one
young
server.
He
is
rude,
ill
mannered
and
non-co
operative.
Issue
was
raised
to
manager
but
manager
and
other
employees
were
helpless
with
regards
to
this
matter
and
no
solution
was
formulated
for
this
situation.
Other
staff
members
apologized
for
their
rude
colleague's
attitude
but
the
rude
staff
didn't
bother.
We
had
confronted
the
rude
staff
but
it
made
no
difference
to
him,
nor
he
was
apologetic
for
his
rude
attitude.
We
understand
the
circumstances
they
work
under
is
not
pleasant
but
rude
behavior
by
a
staff
in
service
or
hospitality
sector
can
be
bearable
up
to
certain
extent
not
if
it
overshoots
the
limit.
We
learnt
that
the
rude
staff
was
new
recruit
and
hardly
had
any
training
in
this
sector.
We
requested
the
management
to
train
their
staffs
or
recruit
well
trained
people
at
the
least
for
this
sector.
We
understand
its
the
lack
of
knowledge,
training,
tough
upbringing,
society,
unfavorable
working
condition
has
compelled
the
staff
to
behave
in
the
unpleasant
way.
In
conclusion
I
can
only
tell
give
this
cafeteria
a
final
chance.
If
the
standard
of
their
food
and
service
haven't
improved
then
there
is
no
compelling
reason
to
give
this
cafeteria
any
more
business.
Better
managing
cafeteria
can
take
over
and
improve
the
standard
as
expected
for
this
particular
prime
location.
