The manager was so unrealistic when I only asked her to cover my popcorn so I can take it home with me .. and she answered that she won’t do that I always thought vox was so friendly in dealing with customer .. I think you guys should work with hiring the right people for the job .

Their staff refuse to make adjustments to orders due to their lack of ability of using their systems and doing basic math. Need more training and flexibility with customers. Reel is way better when it comes to this. Guess we’ll be moving to reels for the blockbusters and better customer experience.

This used to be one of the best Cinemas in Dubai but it was shocking to see how much it has degraded. 2 out of the 3 food e-kiosks were broken with no staff members whatsoever around to help, and the normal food counter was so understaffed and its queue so disorganized that we gave up on getting our order after a 30 min wait. The AC inside the cinema was hardly working half the movie and half the display screens outside weren't working.
