SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO DISAPPOINTED AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. A waste of money honestly. If I could give zero start I would have done that. I bought a crib online and they delivered it but didn’t assemble it. They told me to call a specific number so that they can come assemble the crib but no one ever picks up the calls. When they answered they gave me a booking confirmation for a day we agreed but they never showed up. I called them twice in the same day and they confirmed both times that they will be coming to assemble the crib for me but still no one showed up. I am still stuck with a crib that is no assembled and only God knows when they will come to finish there job.

Undoubtedly the worst levels of customer service ever encountered - both on line and in store. NO ONE (neither the store nor online web chat support) willing to take ANY responsibility. No one bothers to pick up the phone at the outlet. I am much better off ordering from webstore of Mothercare UK - much better pricing, better and respectable customer response and much faster service (off shore mailing included). Mothercare UAE is certainly not recommended.

Never even bother buying from mothercare anymore. They promised delivery on a day and then never showed up until I had to make a problem. On the day of delivery it took the 2 workers 4 hours to fix the baby bed because they had no idea how to put it together the ln they forgot parts in the warehouse and one baby cupboard came damaged and they asked me to wait for them until they picked it up and they never called nor came back. Their customer service is the worst as they keep promising to call back and they never do. They don’t even have a proper supervisor to call and speak to the customer. The products and treatment are nothing like what you expect from Mothercare international

Worst customer service! Ordered a high chair couple of weeks back which was to be delivered in a couple of days. However it hasn’t been delivered till now and the worst part is that none of the customer service gave clear answers. Have followed up at least 3-4 times and no one has responded till now al though promises to look into it.

A month and a half ago I was trying to place an order online and transaction wasn’t completed but the money was deducted from my card. I still haven’t got the money back and it’s almost impossible to get hold of customer support. The two different agents I managed to speak to couldn’t help me. Wonder if my 170 Dhs are gone forever?? Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Ordered 2 slippers for our baby, they were delivered next day which was great but we opened the box to see they had sent size 34 when we ordered size 18 for both! After multiple complains and sending pictures as proof they logged the complaint and said the size would be fixed and redelivered and they would call after 2 days to confirm. One week later nothing and after multiple phone calls I've just been told they don't have it in stock and they will refund but I have to wait for their call again after 48 hours. Also, the call center staff are so unprofessional and so rude in the way they talk. Wouldn't shop from them again after this expereince.
