STAFF
AND
CUSTOMER
SERVICE.
Very
poor
acoustics
for
watching
3D
movie.
Much
expected
experience
for
Avatar

but
the
sound
system
spoiled
the
movie.
There
was
no
break
for
a
3:15
Hr
movie
was
very
frustrating.
The
movie
goes
blurry
in
between
(i
think
they
reduce
the
quality
to
save
money).
Very

Poor
customer
service
and
they
don't
serve
food
inside
theatre
even
you
pre-order
it
online.
The
food
not
worthy
of
it's
price.
The
staffs
are
not
friendly
they
behave
like
working
in
mines,
for
a
hospitality
industry
these
staffs
are
unfit.
Highly
unprofessional.
This
is
the
last
visit
yo
VOX
ever.
Customer
service
is
not
even
close
to
Novo.
For
the
size
of
the
hall
the
screen
looks
like
you
are
watching
the
3D
movie
on
TV,
do
not
select
top
4
rows
otherwise
it
will
look
like
you
are
watching
the
movie
at
your
home
in
a
55
inch
TV.
Seats
are
uncomfortable
and
hard
for
a
premium
price
tag.
