I watched the DC league of super pets, i bookes a 4D max seats, it was a nice experience but the screen wasn’t 3D , so only moving chairs and water drops.

Because you guys have increased the ticket prices alot compared to other cinemas and the snack bar is just looting peoples pockets if ur taking nachos u get cheese and salsa but for the jalapeños you have to pay 5 dirham extra for no reason it used to be with nachos but since you guys don't value the customer just want money out of them that's why now people don't want to watch movies in cinemas anymore

WORST STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very poor acoustics for watching 3D movie. Much expected experience for Avatar 2 but the sound system spoiled the movie. There was no break for a 3:15 Hr movie was very frustrating. The movie goes blurry in between (i think they reduce the quality to save money). Very very Poor customer service and they don't serve food inside theatre even you pre-order it online. The food not worthy of it's price. The staffs are not friendly they behave like working in mines, for a hospitality industry these staffs are unfit. Highly unprofessional. This is the last visit yo VOX ever. Customer service is not even close to Novo. For the size of the hall the screen looks like you are watching the 3D movie on TV, do not select top 4 rows otherwise it will look like you are watching the movie at your home in a 55 inch TV. Seats are uncomfortable and hard for a premium price tag.

Great Ambience. Staffs at the entrance were not that friendly. I watched Marakkar there. Booked ticket at their MAX Screen. Show was at 1:30 AM. But Show started 30 minutes late at 2 AM. About Max screen, Huge screen and a Auditorium. But the Sound was not up to the mark. Can't say that was an excellent experience for the money they charge and what they offer.

Ajman Max screen 9 , the screen was not clean we could see the marks while the movie was playing. We booked 4 tickets and were so excited to watch avatar 2. But spoiled our experience entirely. Very disappointed.

Always been my go to place for a movie night. Cinemas are upto mark and picture and sound quality is just the way it needs to be. And ofcourse who goes in the cinema without snacks and my favourite nachos has to accompany me. There online app system has really put an ease and we can now skip long ques to get our hands on some popcorn and other stuff. I always prefer seat in the middle for better experience 🤗

Watched the batman in a not so crowded day in a not so crowded time to enjoy the full effect. Sadly, the theatre was full of kids and they were having a great time. It was noisy, I could hear gossips, some of them were keeping their legs above the opposite seating and doing flash photography of their legs, most of them were just roaming on the theatre. The movie was the Batman. I guess they mistakened it for lego batman.

Simply the best - Vox cinemas. The usual experience that you cannot replicate elsewhere. Some movies stay for extended periods due to being in Ajman and also has a range of Indian regional movies. The cinemas are usually not overly packed or crowded, hence a generally quietly enjoyed movie.

Nice cinema hall in ajman. I felt that it was an awesome place to have a movie with your friends and family. Good capacity bigger screen nice environment and easy to exceed nice food corner. I think it has 8 screens that were amazing 😍. I love to go and watch movies there.

Went to watch Blue Beetle in 4DX. Great experience, the sound and the effects were amazing. One thing I would say is the seat movement was more than expected. We kept slipping off the seat. More vibration than Reel. Other than that, great experience.

Nice place to watch movies. Only concern is, two times of tickets 1 st premium and the other one is normal has same price for all even in front row. They should consider something for front row as they suffer to watch the movie in front row.
