She doesn't even know if her shop has any discounts and doesn't have any sales skills or any knowledge on how to convince the customer. While talking to her another customer approach and right away she ignored and starting dealing with the other customer. Please teach your staff how to behave herself if her parents didn't raise her up properly

Gave my watch to replace leather straps with new ones and got my watch back with so many deep scratches on the glass. This was ver unexpected from a highly professional place like The Watch House.

Very friendly service and qualified. Had two watches for battery change which needed to be sent to the dealer. The Watch House dealt with it quick and professionally. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop!

Sold me a damaged watch which I bought for gift. When I handed over to them they replaced the parts and told me to take it back. On denying to take the faulty product they keep on insisting to take it back and it's more than month watch is with them with no resolution. Very unprofessional. Had it been Seiko owned store the watch have been replaced by now. Highly not recommended place to buy watches.
