The experience was disgusting. This was a 3 star hotel but deserves no stars. The morning Security julius was extremely unprofessional and childish. We paid 290 aed and they treated us like garbage. Just go to different hotel, don’t waste ur time and money here. They also threw shade at us for cleaning our room😂. HOTELS ARE SUPPOSED TO CLEAN THE ROOM WHENEVER YOU ASK. Some of the staff were friendly. But most were terrible. Haven’t tried the food but the buffet area looks mediocre as well. The morning reception staff were extremely unhelpful and rude to us as well. They have the most ridiculous policies which even 5 star hotels with a nice reputation don’t have. I’ve typed way too much. Just avoid this hotel.

After booking, despite reading the negative reviews, I decided to go ahead with my stay. But surprisingly the hotel I would say is pretty good and we had a nice family time along with a family of a friend. We got a room on the third floor. Checkin was a bit late , but the reception staff handled it well by giving us the room keys and they later did the Emirates id process. There is only one small lift which can fit maximum 2-3 adults only. But this was ok for us as we went in two trips. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The rooms were small but since we were a small family with 1 kid, it was fine for us, but if you are a large family it would be difficult.There is a kettle and tea making facilities in the room. The main attraction and the reason why we booked this hotel is that they have a private beach area. The swimming pool was also nice and clean. We put our kid in the kids pool, which is adjacent to the adults pool. There is also a jacuzzi which we didn't try. After pool, we spend rest of the evening in their private beach area which was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast I would say was fair enough with options of breads, croissants, fruit cakes, sliced fruits, boiled eggs,pancake, parottas,veg kurma and some other stuff. The juice I disliked as it was Powdered juice(Tang). Tea and coffee was available. This is a very old 3 star hotel . Do not expect the lavishness of a five star beach resort. For the low prices they offer as a beach hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a staycation as we had a nice experience overall.

It is the worst experience I ever had myself and my family, booking through your application was always amazing during my last 6 years in various countries but I do recommend to pen investigation for my complain and to drop this hotel from your list. Brief of my complain: inconvenient actions from other guests which is embarrassing infront of my children with no control from management. Physical contact, rude conversation from security staff and threatened language. When I complain to the duty manager he showed lack of Management or customer satisfaction ability. I raise a ticket to police. I do appreciate your feedback if customer voice is valuable as I am sure of and confident on Booking team.

I reckon you get what you pay for, maybe slightly less. Pretty rough rooms, dirty carpet, malfunctioning AC, just a tired venue all round. However, the bed was pretty comfy I have to give them that. And it's pretty cost effective considering a (very basic) breakfast was included

Place is very old and dirty, you can find stains on the carpet/beds, windows aren't clean so the seaview is not worth paying for, elevator is shaky and small which is kinda scary, breakfast was good though and the swimming pool/beach were enjoyable.

Room is so different than what's showing i was really shocked. Very old, room is very small, split ac, the outdoor unit is on the balcony, so literally its not possible to have a sleep because of the sound. Rooms very old. And very small. No smart tv. I’ve been a solo backpacker since 2007 and have been to different countries but along with this exprience I’ve learned that you will always have surprises…which one of them is this hotel. The truth is, this is the cheapest hotel within the strip of a very nice beach front so I guess there’s always a catch. The pics posted in the booking portals are taken probably when the hotel was new. Im sorry but this is totally the opposite of what im seeing now. I can never blame the employees because they are too are caught in this “sad” place. So far the team ive met today were very courteous and thoughtful but I feel like their morale have been crushed so many times and they think whenever a client approach them it will be a disastrous complain. That’s not good. I actually came to this place because my holiday flights got cancelled due to a recent surgery therefore I said lemme go to a place where its calm and close to the beach that while resting I can do some work too. But I honestly cant- i didnt expect the loud music (its 1am and im posting my review obviously I cant sleep) from the property while being enclosed in a brown, low ceiling room which is a little claustrophobic and quite hauntedly freaky. Listen, whomever are running the hotel or the owner itself might not have the sense of modernity and pride anymore for this place but I hope you change your mind and embrace the new era of hospitality. I dont think you need to compete with the big named properties around you with the hotel amenities but improve on your guest satisfaction, do improvements and renovations little by little or perhaps partner with someone who has a different vision than what you have. Its takes an open mind. You are lucky to have people working for you who takes the blame and complaints every single day, its unfair to them too. Im giving my 2 stars hoping that you listen to your guest, its unfair for us to travel, see and stay in your property just to feel miserable. You need to wake up from the old era of hotel management. It is one of the nice resort I have been. Worth the price and had a very good experience. The staff here are very good and accomodating. Friendly behaviour and gave me good service. We stayed for one day and had good time enjoying at the resort. They have a private beach, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and kids play area. They have maintained everything and things around are very clean. One thing I expected was the beach chair to be much cleaner. The chair cushions are still the old ones and they look very old, faded and dirty. Else everything is very good. This is probably the cheapest in the area. In case you don't want to stay there and want to just access the beach, pool and gym then you have that option as well with a daily access price. They have a dedicated free parking as well. The breakfast was included in our booking and the breakfast menu was good.

The bathroom was unclean and the shower water was too weak. The floor under the table was not clean, the telphone was sticky, the phone had no towels, and the television was small. The beach was good, and the pool was okay. If you need a towel, you need to request it several times, as well as sanitizer and toothpaste. Generally, I will not repeat the experience.

This is by far my worst hotel experience in UAE! Cockroaches, bed cover used as blanket, unsatisfying breakfast-we’ll let that slip since we chose a budget hotel. But rude staffs? C’mon! I’ve studied and worked in hospitality industry and this is not how you talk to customers! You wont even feel welcome once you enter the premises. From the guard, to the receptionist, to the bellboy to the lifeguard, every single one of them are rude. Train all your staffs or hire people who are qualified to work in this industry!

My experience is So Bad. How many Times I already check in here but this is first time that I feel not good to stay here…first about my room. The AC automatic is switch off. But once the guest has sick we can make exception. Because u cannot push the guest going down to the restaurant if she/he get sick. And u should talk polite to the guest and smile. This is the worst Service. And first experience that is not good here.

Room with city view available small balcony but room in sea view with amazing landscape without balcony. I would suggest hotel for people who like simple stuff, beach, swimming pool and Jacuzzi in one. All the best.

Ajman beach hotel is on corniche road in Ajman, beautiful location but the hotel is old, furniture is so outdated and in poor condition. I went to that hotel cause was looking good in the pictures but was a bit of a shock. Is extremely small, and as well has different disco around...woke up around 2 am due to music and noise and only to assist to a fight on the inner yard that last till 3 am. Breakfast was poor and if you want a real coffee, not instant coffee, is extra cost. I do t recommend it
