Basically this shop sold me white gold when it was yellow gold, promised the color wont fade away as there is no such thing as white gold it is yellow plated. And every few month the color fades and they want to charge 50 aed to replate it. Ps: after researching if you buy white gold it doesnt fade away becuz the yellow gold metal is already mixed while melted with white gold, but if you plate it it will go away, which is not what they claimed at this shop.

It was our first experience, as of now it was good market, we went to one shop and it attracts us alot. They have good collection and most important customer interaction was superb. They gave us good discount as well.

The market is just OK. There are no exceptional deals there and certainly, with gold fluctuating, one would have thought securing a better exchange or deal would have been understood. Its not the case. I suggest being cautious and compare.

Humble ambiance/atmosphere. However, the location is so strategic because it is near the corniche area. Many tourists rendezvous during evening time as it has a textile and folk clothes shops around it. Prices are good compared to other gold markets. Many shops to choose from, many options and designs. I just hope that there were more parking lots as it is very crowded and busy area.

Not the best, gold pieces with almost no quality. I was going to buy a pair of earrings and I realised the screw was very loose, the seller tried to convince me so many times. Also, negotiate the price 100 times before buying. Ask about the price of gold per gram, the weight of the piece and see the difference between the actual price and the price they give you. They will try to fool you sometimes to sell by piece and not weight, refuse it! They tend to increase the price a lot +150 to 200 more than the actual gold price for a tiny piece, so if you don’t show them that you understand the pricing they will fool you. This happens in most of gold stores but more in Gold Souq of Ajman.

You must know Arabic or be with local friend other wise you pay more for nothing.

A big gold market with a lot of shops. Also you can fix broken gold here. The public paid parking around the souq are limited and always full especially in the evening and on weekends. Going in the morning is usually less crowded.
