Had a purchace last day. First of all I can’t find a single smiling face in the store. No idea why they are so unhappy serving. Not interested to show other collections. To be frank I just felt to walk away. Went to their Alnahda branch they were much more welcoming and smiling faces. Note: only thing they did after BILLING, gave coloring book and pencils for my boys. 😆 actually felt to return it back but at-least let the kids be happy.

Jewellery with good name and brand value. Nothing exceptional with their price, customer service or collections. Only thing which was my concern was very high making charges!!

Sales executive was a nice person but the person who delivering the item was not know how to deal customers. Very embarrassing.

Usually I love shopping there, but today I had a bad experience. One sales guy was sniffing and coughing so much, and was evidently very ill, and was still catering to customers. He also had mask below nose, so that all people were exposed to his droplets. I could see the customers he was serving being very uncomfortable and covering their noses. Since we had an international travel planned today evening, we came out quickly, without completing the purchase, lest our travel plans be jeopardized. We went to a nearby jewelry and bought what we'd wanted. I hope the management gives leave to their sick employees in their interest, and also in the best interests of the general public. No hard feelings - we will continue shopping there only in the future. Please take care of the above mentioned matter.

Never buy anything from this bhima. They are super cheat. I bought earrings from this which has stone. That time they said stone weight is not included. But when i wanted to exchange it to another bhima, they removed the stone and my earrings gold weight became half. I didnt notice the bill while i bought the earrings. Because I didn’t think they will cheat me. After i went to exchange, i got to know that they didn’t even include the stone weight on bill. Its totally counted with my earrings weight. I paid for 1gm gold but i got only 0.5 gm gold.
