Very poor customer service. I just go there to buy a bangle and many of staffs are free and they don’t even look at me.Finally a staff came to me and he was very difficult to explain about the product. I went out and another malabar gold is in opposite side and brought a bangle from them. Their customer service is awesome.

As usual charging more . They charged aed 15 more for buying a each gold coin which they are not mentioned the charges in the bill. If we pay cash diffrent rate if we pay through credit card different charges .

Waste of time in visiting your stores. When ever we are coming to your stores with the purpose of buying gold with some necessity (even though if it is with bigger weights) your sales persons always diverting our attention to diamonds and polkis which is an unwanted luxury for a upper middle class weddings. Your sales persons are reluctant to show good models in gold jewellery. First question of your sales persons is how many grams we wanted to buy. Big mistakes from our side is to say bigger grams. Then they decides that this customer has potential and try to lure him for the diamond. Finally spending time and then we realises our purpose of our visit that particular day and we wakes up and donot buy any thing. So no purchases and waste of time for us and at the same time no sales for you as well. Finally time wasted shops closed that it is it end of the day. If your men continues this attitudes, people will be hating your stores.If diamond sales is low then keep lesser stocks. why are you spoiling the precious times of customers coming to buy some golds for some occassions.
