    We came at 2:15 PM (Not Rush Time), and the guy in the door refused to allow us to enter because it is “crowded” inside, we have waited for 15 mins standing outside the door and then left. There were around 7-9 people inside 🤣 and they call it crowded, nice management Cartier 👌🏻

    Staff are very helpful at Cartier Dubai Mall. They always accommodate different types of payments for your purchase (half cash half credit, for example). On the other hand, they tend to try to sell you the more expensive items. Their attitude seems to be affected by how rich you look and how ready you are to buy their expensive products. Their cleaning services are quick and effective.

    I entered Cartier store after waiting for a long que, I chose the piece I wanted to buy, and it turned out that it had some scratches. The store employee told me will check the other branch as she did, and confirm that it will take an hour to bring the new piece. After waiting ( 2 hours ) to bring the piece from the other branch, they informed me its in a very good conditions, but while checking, there were many scratches also, with doing pulishing, the scratches does not go. They waist my time of waiting more than 2 hours. 👎

    I bought the ring as a gift. I was greeted by a rather friendly lady at the entrance, but the manager (Ibrahim Attar) was very cold, serving with absolutely no interest. The case was not wrapped in a branded board with a seal. This is not my first purchase of Cartier, I have not seen such a disregard for other places. My advice, if you want to have a pleasant experience when buying an expensive gift, then pass by.

    I went to Cartier today and served by an Asian lady. She obviously was not interested in serving us - maybe thinking that we are only browsing and not buying. She was constantly on her phone, singing to herself, and no explanation at all about the product. It was actually one of the worst experiences I had with the luxury brand. Not too sure if this is how Cartier trains their staff but it was definitely not a pleasant experience.

    Disgusting service. Brand representatives - I recommend that you fire all the staff of this store and assemble a new team. Managers need to stand at the checkout at McDonald's, this is their maximum level.

    Good range, good prices. But I didn't like the service at all. Ordered a ring in advance, I came to pay and receive the item, but waited about 10 minutes for the salesman, although they were free. It took a long time to process the purchase when handing over the goods. One of the employees offered me water, but it never arrived. Maybe the shop staff weren't happy with my clothes? Strange salespeople and the manager... I wouldn't just like an apology in the form of a reply here, but real staff performance and customer focus. I won't go to this shop and I wouldn't advise you either...

    Visit to this store left me with negative impression, if you wanna buy something from Cartier get it online or in other store location. Careless staff with attitude issues which will provide service in a way they are giving you a favor. Shop assistant haven’t introduced her self being very cold and trying serve us very quickly. While purchasing they will let you sit in a dirty table , with dirty coffe cups and empty water bottles from previous client. While bringing us coffee they didn’t bother to remove that cups and just kept our drinks next to that dirty cups. I have never seen such a thing before. No one asked if I wanted a gift wrap even it was my birthday and I been doing purchase for this occasion. After requesting a gift wrap we went to second floor to polish our rings, where in sales assistant said that she will bring us our purchase upstairs. After spending good 30 minutes no one arrived. We went down to check where is our item. To our surprise we saw assistant already serving other client, so she just hand the bag to us over the counter and continued serving other customer without saying a word. I have experienced service in many brands but Cartier is defiantly worst as of today. This is very humiliating to treat ur customers this way, my day been spoiled and I haven’t even unpack the purchase still as I have negative memories with this item and Cartier as brand as well.

    I bought a watch from this shop. I wanted to go back the next day as the staff was not pleasant at all but ended up buying it that day only because my daughter buying it for me might change her mind🤣 The Arabic staff told me he mostly attends to vip customers only but on some days walk in customers like me too!!! Ha ha . I bought an expensive watch!!! So I'm not VIP? What am I then ?? 😕 This creature should know anyone who enters is a VIP! WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DID YOU PROVIDE TO THIS MAN???🤣 He was also arrogant talking to the other staff who adjusted the strap of my watch and offering drinks to customers. I'm totally disgusted with his attitude towards his own colleagues. This tells a lot about his character.

    Unfortunately couldn’t find the airport Cartier (where all this happened) on the map, so decided to write it here The consultant did not know the assortment of the brand. When I asked for trinity earrings, she was not able to understand me. If a customer asks for information about a particular product and the consultant is unable to provide accurate and helpful information, it can lead to a negative shopping experience. This can also result in the feeling of being unimportant, as I was concerned that my request was not being taken seriously.

    Their after sales service upstairs is nirvana! I had a jewelry for resizing and Maja perfectly assisted me. There's also bar for refreshment which is a favorite, bar attendants are lovely and even offered to take some photos. Impeccable service and wonderful experience indeed!

    Worst experience ever! I went to Dubai Mall to buy a 'Love Ring ' with my friends. As Soon as I entered the shop one of the staffs greeted us " Ni Hao!" Which is Chinese. And we said we are Korean. And he added "not North Korea!?!" Me and my friends were so offended and felt really bad. He, as a professional staff, must treat all customers equally regardless his or her races or nationality. I know he tried to make a joke to break the ice with us. However, it is not appropriate way of handling the customers as a Catirer staff. Instead, he had to ask where I am from first. Not all Asians are from China FYI. Even if they are from China, you have to welcome them by a common language until you clarify his or her nationality. Please kindly do train him how to attend your precious customers with care and respect. I am not going to go to the Cartier shop any more. And he totally ruined our day in Dubai Mall and the Cartier shop today.

    I had such a terrible experience with a brand like Cartier that is supposed to not only sell jewelries but overall to deliver an outstanding experience for its customers. Unfortunately what you receive as a loyal customer is: - customer service representatives called "ambassadors" that never revert to you and literally act as they don't hear you over the phone - unempowered staff that can't take even the tinies decisions to satisfy the customer - employees and management that doesn’t recognize their mistakes while asking you to pay for them Awful Customer Experience Cartier !

    World class service! We visited here to purchase a watch for my watch as a milestone purchase. The store is easily one of the best Cartier stores we have ever visited. Salim helped us view and try several options within the model range we were looking for and spent time explaining the history, mechanics and warranty of the time piece. He gave us some delicious coffees, collected a new watch from their safe, present the watch, sized the bracelet and completed all of the paperwork for us. We later returned the same day for a final adjustment and they quickly completed it. Best of all we were given some care products and a travel case too. I highly recommend visiting this store if your thinking of making a purchase.

    Tried to buy a ring here twice this week. Both these times no consultant even tried to help me. All that I got - please wait. The second time was today. While I was still waiting for someone to help me (btw with a baby in stroller) a couple entered and… they got assistance immediately. Not sure if I still need this pretty ring with such quality of service.

    I recently visited the Cartier shop in Dubai Mall, excited to purchase a bracelet. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the service provided. The sales assistant lacked the warmth and attentiveness I expected from a luxury brand like Cartier. It seemed as if the assistant was more interested in a quick sale rather than providing a memorable customer experience. In a high-end store, the quality of service should match the quality of the products. However, in this instance, it felt rushed and impersonal. This was a significant disappointment, especially considering the reputation of Cartier for excellence in customer service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. The staff at Cartier, particularly in such a prestigious location as the Dubai Mall, need to be trained to engage with clients in a manner that enhances their shopping experience, not detracts from it.

    Bad customer service. I waited more than 15 minutes then the sales person told me that my item is out of stock and i can get it from mall of emirates. So why u have it on display. Also the staff are very tough!!!!

    My fiance and I bought a very expensive piece to wear at our upcoming wedding. When I removed the plastic at home, I noticed 2 scratches. I went back to Cartier and told them to discuss with me before doing any work on the watch. They ignored me, the technician ruined the brushing and made it much much worse. I was ok with the two scratches, but then the technician's horrible work made it unwearable. They took the watch to refinish it again, and refused to do anything about their mistakes/lack of quality control. All they can do is try to fix the damage and give me a watch that has been worked on multiple times which honestly ruined the entire experience for me.

    I have been in this store twice. The second time the sale associate who helped us was wonderful. He was patient, attentive and polite. He was clearly understood the costumer service and their experience in a luxury store. I can confidently say he understood the assignment!! His name is Artyom and we will for sure go to him next time visiting this store. The store ambience was chic, catching and welcoming . They serve you barista style beverages while you are waiting. Artyom made sure their service is complete and walked us outside when we were leaving which I feel is friendly and professional. So in general I had a beautiful experience there without feeling uncomfortable or pushed even a bit…will definitely go back there and I hope others will experience the same.

    We went in to buy two watches to mark the sale of a property back home. With the help of Nick, he ordered in my timepiece and messaged when it arrived. Wife brought her favorite watch. Simple process ending in a private tour of the Cartier Collection maintained upstairs. Still another couple of timepieces on my list to return again 😁

    I visited the store last week to look for some gift options for my mom. The sales associate Ran was very helpful, she gave me some idea, from the watch to the bangle with story telling with each collection.     As a regular Cartier customer used to impeccable service and friendlyness in all Cartier boutiques in Asia this boutique is not acceptable. The attitude of the staff, I mean you work there why do you have an attitude ? The manager should really look into that. The only one amazing is Mrs Abigail. The online service is impeccable though, they deliver the same day and it comes beautifully wrapped.

    Was disappointed with the SAs attitude. Went in with my fiancé to shop for our wedding bands. We bought one. But entire experience was not pleasant we wanted to try a couple different styles and she seemed very impatient, not interested, didn’t really want to show anything, seemed annoyed, didn’t even try to have any sort of conversation. Told us a band was more expensive then the one we were currently viewing without even showing it us, (we didn’t get to see it, since she shut us down) we hadn’t told her a budget, she just assumed. Wedding band shopping is a special experience for couples and staff should be at least engaging. She changed a little bit once she knew we were going to make a purchase. We had previously gone into Mall of Emirates Cartier and they were so sweet and engaging, but Dubai mall SA was not welcoming at all, kinda made us feel like we were wasting her time.

    Long wait to enter, which is a hype because of the brand and excuse due to covid-19. They should let real customers in as a lot of window shoppers are just there for selfies and memories whereas the people with genuine queries have to wait a lot outside the shop. Unless they change their walk-in entrance strategy, wont go there again. The lady who assisted us on 17th October evening was kind, polite and had good product knowledge, as me being in Gems Trade, could notice her deft product knowledge.

    Cartier created a wonderful Christmas tree right in the middle of the mall. Has a wonderful beautiful red gates where kids love to run into only to be kicked out by security.

    I went to cartier dubai mall to buy a gift I have been to different cartier stores worldwide and the sales lady in dubai mall was very rude & not informative at all I saw the wallet collection and asked if they have other wallets in different details and finishing everything i ask for she says not in cartier, I asked for braclets that i saw online on their website again answering with not in cartier and didnt show me anything very impolite and rude. I suppose that Cartier store was placed in dubai mall for people to shop and explore and spend their money in. NOt for an employee to decide what to show and what not to show. It’s unusual for me in a cartier shop and in dubai itself to have such an attitude.
