    If I could give this “boutique” 0 stars I would. Cartier usually prides itself on the level of service and after service they provide to their clients. If you’re looking for a good experience do not enter this boutique. Me and my brother gave my watch to be serviced by a gentleman called Philip and the service was up to the usual standard expected at a luxury boutique however, upon visiting to collect my serviced watch everything was downhill from there. From the 30 minute wait outside the boutique to the service within. In particular the level of service received by Natalia was atrocious. It’s honestly shocking that such an individual is representing the brand Cartier. I have many watches serviced, the usual protocol is to tell the client what has been done to the watch let her/him have a look at it and then at their convenience allow them to pay. After a lot of unnecessary drama Natalia created in order for me to collect the watch she then placed it on the cash desk still within its packaging and demanded payment. Cartier is not a bazar or a supermarket, this level of serviced can be overlooked in such a place but not in a luxury boutique. We contacted customer services and they informed us it would be followed up, instead we had to follow up ourselves. The boutiques assistant manager Eduardo spoke to us and said that we would hear from him in regards to what has been done last week and we haven’t heard anything since. Now reading other clients negative reviews I wish I had gone to another branch to start with. Just to point out, the level of service for my watch was also below Cartier standards, Natalia didn’t seem to care much about that either after I had to open the packaging to have a look at the watch myself. I will be taking this matter further, I have still not used by “serviced” watch due to the bad experience when collecting. On a final note, Cartier seem to not take complaints seriously here so if you want a decent level of service don’t go to this branch to begin with. I will update if contacted however, it has been over three weeks since the experience and I’m yet to see Cartier try and put this right.

    One of the worst experiences I have ever had with any "high end" company, the gentleman at the front door took his time to let me in after seeing me standing outside; With no other customers inside at the time. Once inside the store, neither him nor any of the other staff greeted me or asked to assist in any way, after finding someone to speak with and asking them a simple question, they made it seem as if I am wasting their time being there by asking to look at rings. I was told the price while looking at the rings in the loveliest and most condescending manner of "Sweetie, everything here is between twenty to thirty thousand." Okay and? I would prefer to be shown the items that you are trying to sell rather than being profiled and subtly told by your staff that they don't think I can afford something? - Words of advise would be, treat customers with the bare minimum respect if that's all you can offer.

    PRETENTIOUS My wife somehow likes (liked) Cartier and had previously bought a watch and a ring from them. This time, we were looking for a set of Ear Rings. It was the first time I have actually even been in Cartier shop (I think). We looked at many shops in the Mall of the Emirates. Our final visit was to Cartier. What a pretentious load of clap trap. I think Cartier needs to learn something......they (Cartier) are not the Customer....my wife and I are the customer. It's the most pretentious shopping experience I have ever had. We went straight back to Tiffany's and purchased a lovely set of ear rings and were treated extremely professionally, as they always do. My wife and/or I have probably bought about 20 items from Tiffany's over two decades. I have never had a bad experience with them. I will never even visit a Cartier store again, so no chance I will buy from them. Cartier, get over yourselves.

    Very bad experience, we were left in the waiting area for a good 15 minutes while they were welcoming other people directly (depending on the nationality). We were going for a specific piece ended up buying from another place for the very bad customer experience. SHAME!

    The SA here are okay but the after sales agents were rude and having an attitude. I came with my husband today to have a watch serviced. We approached the desk as no one was standing in line and both agents (indian and russian)said “we are busy” and so on. We were offended by the poor customer service, it would have been nice if both said “please take a seat and we will entertain you”. Since we were taken aback, i cant help myself uttering “what an attitude I received here”. When the indian after sales agent heard me saying it then he started accommodating us.

    I haven’t been to the store yet but it’s been 2 days and no reply whatsoever, and I’ve been calling them nonstop to ask if they had a specific ring that I couldn’t find in other stores, and if you’re wondering why I didn’t go to the store and that is because I went to the one in Dubai mall and they didn’t have it and Emirates mall is quite far, and since Dubai mall doesn’t have it I expected why go all the way to moe if they’ll tell me they don’t have it, so I called and till now they are not answering, I just want to make sure they don’t have it, and no answer, so the person in charge of the phone is horrible.

    Judging by the number of identical one-star reviews with the same complaints, such as keeping customers at the doors, constant lack of consultants (today there were only two), unprofessional personnel...management doesn't care about quality of their services. They knew that will come back for high quality accessories anyway. Ended up ordering gift online. Will never visit that shop in Mall of Emirates again.

    I had the worst experience with this branch, I waited for long time for someone to attend to me. I came for exchange, but deputy manager was rude and speaking loudly. I complained to the manager later, but she defended her. The whole team here is unprofessional. I am a regular customer but they don't care. Dubai mall branch is better and professional.

    Waited there for half an hour to handover my full gold Ladona for service. No staff attended saying security should tell them hahaha A guy From staff stood infront of me spraying perfume on small cartons to no customers and still refused to help refering me to the security hahahaha what a jock.

    My SA Aizhan gave me the best service but boutique has nothing really exceptional. The journey isn’t happy at all when security (rolled eyes on me) and other staff serving condiments (didn't offer until we asked) have absolutely poor service. The only reason I bought my jewelry here was because of size availability. I'm just comparing the wonderful experience I had in Dubai Mall boutique before.

    Not enough staff, waited out front for 15 minutes. Then was shown inside to sit down. No staff even engaged with me, lots of other people also just sat about not being served. I left the store after sitting and being shown no watches. Thanks for the waste of my time.

    Shockingly the online service offers free returns, asks for the return to be dropped off to Mall of Emirates branch and then 2 months later, no refund has been processed. 3 calls to customer services, two emails and each time am told they will get back to me - no call back, no refund yet (63 days since return) and no information on what the hold up is. The funds are less important than the principle - it’s a large sum of money and no one knows what is happening, despite giving copies of the credit and debt advice and repeated follow up. Shocking from an international jewelry house.

    Customer service is not at the expected level of the brand .. I waited about 40min while the boutique was free and I was seeing agents free moving around. Also, the agent became more rude when she knew I am not buying on the spot although she knew I am a regular customer.. this was choking for me, I never imagined I would be treated this way in such a place..

    Just skip this shop. Absolutely! To other buyers, have a bit of dignity and go to other brands who don't treat their clientele this way. I find it so unappealing and gross to make people queue outside Cartier either because they are short staffed or perhaps just want to show the rest of other brands an impression that people are 'queueing'. Even booking an appointment is unimpressive. I wanted to walk in to buy something and it already happened twice, I decided to go to Bvlgari for my accessories and VCA necklace because of this pathetic queuing protocol. Boucheron was also fantastic. I love it there and our purchased ring, and I'm very happy though that I didn't buy from Cartier! Why would you contact and buy from them if they don't reciprocate your fondness and excitement for the brand, like they don't really care about their patrons? Whoever thought of this marketing trap or operational trick should revisit this strategy!

    The Gentleman at the front door wouldn't let my wife and I in the store. I fully understand that they are only allowed to let in a limited number of people inside the store and also have limited staff to attend to the customers. My frustration started when I saw that people kept going in and out of the store and my wife and I had to keep waiting for over 15 minutes to be even let into the store. The gentleman was rude in the manner that he interacted with me. when I asked him that I can't afford to wait anymore and asked him if I can book an appointment he went on to say that you can ONLY book an appointment if you have the contact of a sales representative. and wouldn't even help me to do that. I had to find out after contacting the call center that he can write my name on a guest list and put me in a queue. but he refused to do. this was not the sort of experience I was expecting especially when I visited one of the apparent best jewelry stores “never copy, always create “ that MOE has to offer all I wanted to do was to purchase the clash de Cartier bracelet but had to go through such unnecessary drama and wasted time. because of some incorrect staff training and a clash with the doorman. the gentleman wouldn't even tell me his name when I called the call center to make a complaint he simply flipped the card on his jacket which is totally against the purpose of the card. anyway, I demand some sensible explanation for my experience today. the customer service has not even called me back regarding the complaint and I'm not even sure if they filed one. but that's okay because the UAE has strong provisions and laws to protect consumer rights.

    lets make it short. great service, friendly employee and they make sure that you get everything you ask for! BUT the 40-60 minute wait outside the boutique is just bad. Please find a way to change this process, as somebody who spend a five figure at the shop I was thinking at least 10 times about leaving while waiting .....

    Very unprofessional Staff - no courtesy or waiting system . Store was busy on Wednesday noon . Plenty of people waiting everyone claims they are here first . Got asked to let someone ahead of us for a quick question, the staff disappears for 20 mins , and another staff member starts helping someone who was after us !!! Luckily one of their staff ( Keseniya kesaeva) came to the rescue , very nice , she deserves a promotion. The rest are just useless .

    I find the experience in this boutique vastly superior to their flagship store in Dubai Mall. The atmosphere here is far less chaotic, and you can view the jewellery without feeling rushed. It's also worth noting that the customer service in this branch is excellent. A Mr. Matija helped me select a ring today, and his knowledge and demeanor were exemplary. A brand like Cartier has an enormous number of clients, so when you personally feel your patronage is valued you can't help but appreciate it.

    Very bad experience! Bought a money clip, which got broken for obvious manufacturing reasons. The store team was way too unhelpful and I was told that it is now out of warranty. I never had this type of experience with other premium brands like LV, Gucci, fraggamo, … etc. I offered them that I can pay for the piece to be fixed, and eventually I was told that they can’t fix it! Complete waste of money and time. My advice to you is to take the extra mile and pay a bit more and buy from a more reliable brand… at least people that can stand behind their products!

    Had the worst retail experience ever in Dubai at this store. Woulf have given zero stars but the lowest i can guve is ine star. Friday evening came to the store with my wife to purchase an expensive item. First bad thing was as we walked in we were approached by an Asian lady who told us our wait would be 20 mins min, yet the store was empty. We were given no place to sit or offered any help. We just found a place to sit after a few mins. Then I was totally ignored as my wife was offered water, its as though I didn't exist. I left the store and no one even asked what we wanted and how they can help. We asked to see the manager later after being served by a lady named Svetlana, who again had zero consideration for customers needs and requirements, all they are worried about is taking your money. The manager came to see me, named Alaa. He was so patronising and arrogant, after we raised the issues of how we were being treated after spending a fortune, we were told that Cartier is the world's best customer service! It's clearly a case of being they are too high on their own supply and just customers by how they dressed, the colour of their skin and treat them with disdain. Would only come back to Cartier if we get seen by Kseniya, who has treated us with respect before! I thought going into louis vuitton was bad at MOE, looks like the same staff just rotation.

    I had a very horrible experience at Cartier mall of Emirates, a tall Lebanese guy with zero professionalism and a whole lot of disrespect was sent to assist me, and I was spoken to in a very condescending way, did not receive any help and left the branch in tears. I’m a client for many years and always had great experiences but my last visit makes me reconsider. I won’t pay X amount of money just to have someone belittle me and not do his job! My only regret was not taking his name, I was in shock with the way I was treated and left the boutique not wanting to set foot in it ever again!

    The worst ever customer services I have seen not in one store but in Dubai Mall, London Harrods. This superficial queue system to show that there are lots of people waiting to buy is really funny. If someone walks to pay and go, they show that 100s of people are waiting so you have to join the queue. I went to buy a watch and a ring I was told the same so I went to Bulgari, was served with humility and I purchased a beautiful watch and a ring in 45 mins. Cartier is for everyday working class people who can wait in the queue, not for someone who has money and knows what they want to buy!

    The service staff was friendly and polite and helped my daughter who was bit confused which colour to select, but rightly guided us throughout to select the right ring which suited her. Unfortunately we couldn't find the right size, she checked and guided us to visit Dubai Mall. We purchased from Dubai mall on the same day.

    Nothing extraordinary. We waited too long before entering the boutique. Than we waited even longer inside the boutique before someone asked us what we are looking for. Finally after almost 2 hours we got the opportunity to purchase the items we wanted but with another person's receipt inside the bag. To summarize, not professional at all considering other Cartier's boutiques. I will recommend the boutique at Dubai mall grand atrium.

    We went to see and buy a diamond ring, they did not have a ring with our spects but we were interested in a custom order. The store manager, I think Dana, helped us however she couldn’t check into the custom order system. Then somebody else came with a password and they couldn’t login again,it took them 15 mins and in the mean time we were asked about the budget, and was told multiple times that “cartier’s stones are more expensive” than a regular diamond store… or we were questioned if we were clients somewhere else etc. The whole attitude of “we dont’t want to help without making sure you can afford this” was very unproffesional and it really turned us off as clients. Even funnier, these came from managers who did not know how to log in to their own system. As we did not want to wait more, we left our details amd were told that we would be contacted after a search they would conduct according to our requests. No one called us in the end. Such a wrong way to approach to clients, ruined the whole Cartier image for us and we ended up buying it at a competitor. A very judgemental store, with no professional attitude and value to their clients

    Other than the waiting line which takes about 20-30 mins outside the shop and then waiting inside for another 20 mins for someone to help when me and my husband purchased our wedding rings from them for 20K they said bring it anytime it will take 2-3 hours for engraving while you go shopping or eat something it will be ready. When we show up today the lady in says it will finish the next day even thought we were in early at like 4pm .. & she cannot prioritize them even though we came all the way from AD and wanted to have it engraved it the same branch we purchased it from. Definitely no more shopping from them till they teach their employees how to treat a Cartier Client!
