Terrible customer service follow up. We ordered two heart necklaces and they sent the wrong order. We sent so many msgs and calls but they didn't do anything about it. It has been two weeks now and the person we dealt with is Maria. Even 1 star is too much. She hasn't done anything about and everything we msg or call her she asks what's the issue aover and over again. Terrible I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Edit: they still haven't returned the money and now they don't answer anymore. But I will show them what it's like to cheat people.

Thieves. They send wrong orders and don't answer your calls again. Scammers don't deal with them.

i just received my order.. a bracelet and a white gold ring. it was both nice and i really liked it.. i was thinking that the ring will be a bit loose but to my surprise it was a perfect fit which makes me more happier.. the bracelet was nice and simple just the way i liked it.. totally happy for my purchase ❤❤❤❤ thanks hamsa

They don't even deserve one star. Terrible customer service. The first order, I was inquiring about an item and they mistook it for an order. I later made a real order and the two products came at the same time. I complained a little but I understood it could have been a misunderstanding so I paid for both items. The second time I bought from them, they sent me the wrong item, after I kept insisting on the items I wanted, and sending them screenshots. And today, the bracelet I bought just broke after 6 days. Also, they don't send you real photos. All the photos you see on the website are enlarged photos. Nothing looks like the photos you see. And if you want to return an item, you pay 50 aed and you get an exchange. Terrible business.

Vague return policy. Product is way too expensive for the actual value.

Had an issue with order as the stones were missing, repaired it and sent back after 2 weeks. Work should be done better on stone settings. They have beautiful designs. Just work on customer service and satisfaction bit more.

I ordered in Hamsa via facebook a 18k gold bracelet (buy 1 take 1 promo). I just had a little problem with the delivery because I change my address, but once I reach out to them they responded immediately to my concern. Once, I received the item, I just notice once defect in the bracelet and reported it to them, right away they responded to my message and instructed me what to do for them to replace the item for free. Over all I am very pleased and happy with their customer service and their product. I love the packaging as well. I will surely buy more again and will recommend you as well to my friends. Its my first time to buy a gold. First im very excited when i received the items yesterday and i tried it when i removed the ring in my finger its got brokened. So i complained i message them on messenger and the customer servuce told me that i need to email and message them on whatsapp and i did it, but no one replied to me so today i message again on a messager they didnt reply back anymore. What i need to do to with this broken rings that i buy? We paaid and and they cannot resove this problem.im very dissapointed with this i want some refund. Its very unfair for us!!

Ordered earrings and Necklace set. They told me delivery will be 3-5 days. I’m always following up but not getting any proper response. After 7 days I asked them why is it delayed they said it’s with the courier. After 10 days i asked them again and again, they could not give a proper response. It’s disappointing since I was supposed to give it as a birthday gift. And not because of the delay, i wad not able to give anything

WASTE OF MONEY. Imagine their add of 600Dhs that you can "only buy" for 295Dhs as advertised is just weighing 1g!! (1 gram for 600Dhs original price??>=/) even 295 sale price is too much for this (take note, when I bought this it's not on 295 Dhs but already 330Dhs) Don't get fooled. It even pisses me off to click 1 star just to give my sentiments.

Have some queries regarding their deliveries etc because I intended to purchase their product but would be out of town for a few days so needed the info rather immediate; contacted their whatsapp but got ignored. What was that “chat with us on whatsapp” tab on their website even for?

It's bad that there's no zero option. I just received my order and the images that they sent in Messenger is way different from the one that they delivered. They also have the worst customer service. No one is replying in what's app. I even tried to call their customer service number that was mentioned in their website but no one is answering. I even send an email but to no revert. Buying to Hamsa Jewelry is a complete waste of money. Strongly not recommend this jewelry shop.
