I
went
there
today
for
my
daughters
vaccination,
when
entertained
by
reception,
I
was
asked
for
the
vaccination
card
unfortunately,
I
misplaced
it
and
reception
was
kind
enough
to
let
me
in.
My
husband
found
the
card
in
the
car
though
and
gave
it
to
me.
When
it
was
my
daughters
turn
for
vaccination,
this
woman
from
Pakistan
or
India
named
Joyce
annoyingly
asked
me
where
my
card
is
and
I
handed
it
to
her
and
said
I
just
found
it.
She
was
very
rude
to
me
because
she
had
to
write
things
on
the
new
card
given
to
her
by
reception.
Her
exact
words
were..
(Look,
I
had
to
write
all
these
things
for
you,
I
dont
have
time
for
this.
What
is
this?)
I
was
shocked
by
her
attitude.
I
have
never
had
someone
talked
to
me
so
rudely
when
I
did
nothing.
She
was
ignoring
me
when
I
was
talking.
Very
very
unprofessional.
I
wonder
who
hired
her.
Not
because
we
get
free
vaccine,
she
has
the
right
do
that.
I
did
not
deserve
to
be
mistreated.
Clearly,
there
is
a
behaviour
problem
and
the
management
should
look
into
it
and
take
action.
