Took in a stray cat for TNR and was impressed by their professionalism. For Dubai folks it might be bit of a drive to reach Ajman but it's worth it. They have good discounts on stray animals treatment.

Best vet clinic for spaying/neuter surgery. Took my cat for spaying surgery and she is completely fine within 3 days after surgery. Best doctor and their service is friendly and reliable.

One of the worst experiences, the lady who answers the number on thire Google acts like she is not in this world with us . Let's go back , 1 week ago I called and asked for 3 cats side spaying which many other clinics in ajman referred me to them , I booked the appointment but asked the lady to make sure from the doctor it's side spay not belly , well I never got that confirmation call , still this morning after fasting one of my cats for 12 hrs I took her , got lost trying to find the place , called the lady she straight up said I don't know where we are also use Google! Second we reached I asked to see the doctor , she said he is not here will come after an hour or so , so I said called the doctor at least so I can confirm the surgery method as you guys never confirmed to me for all 3 cats , she said I don't have doctors personal number , so I said if one of the cats u did surgery on has an emergency how do you call or contact the doctor , she said we don't! It is just mind boggling! Also the last thing she said was this is what it is , if you don't want it's okay ! So I am supposed just come drop my cats without seeing and even talking 2 words with the doctor and just go ? For a surgery ? This is what expansion does to small businesses actually , they get arrogant perhaps, although I used to know the doctor around 2 to 3 years ago , he was not like this , if I'd still had his number I would have called him my self to end this joke ! This lady that answers the phone needs to learn better manners and better cooperation skills , the same way we pet owners need u , you need our business too . ! But for now , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY GOING .

We recently had the pleasure of bringing in our kitten, Gotu, to this vet clinic. Gotu was tested positive for Parvo. Thankfully, Dr. Eman and the team provided exceptional care during his hospitalization, and Abby's daily video updates kept us reassured. After a week, Gotu tested negative for Parvo and returned home healthy and energetic. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Eman, Abby, and the entire team for their dedication and support throughout the process, addressing our queries during and after hospitalization. Thanks to their expertise and compassion, our Lil Warrior is thriving. We highly recommend their services!

the receptionist is so rude, she is so unprofessional, she treats people like they work for her and expects everyone to listen to what she orders, also the new dr asks for more money than the old old they charged 700aed for a stray cat i wanted to help they used to have good prices for stray cats as i used to bring many, but now this is the last time i bring my pets here 👎🏻

Terrible receptionists. They are intentionally causing customers to leave. Not responding to WhatsApp messages and staging a scene when called on phone to avoid transferring the call to the manager. I’ve requested to speak to the manager several times because I’ve placed food order 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived yet. I don’t see how when one of the receptionists confirmed that it takes one week only for ordered food to be delivered. Someone clearly hasn’t done their job and insists on not doing it. My 8 cats consume special kidney food and because of her they were either to starve or eat regular food that makes them sick. Receptionists are fully aware of how much harm they are causing my cats and I; they seem to enjoy it. They are also causing harm to the vet and its reputation.

I took my friends cat here when it got sick. The vet was good- he diagnosed the problem and gave the cat some injections and a week’s worth of medicine. They were much better than another vet we tried before, and the price is reasonable. I would recommend them.

Went to clinic bcoz of urinary problem of my cat. . Treatment prescribed was for 20 days and doctor said to come after completing. We did EVERYTHING as per doctor prescription. And after completing medication - NOTHING HELPS we contact the clinic for follow up appointment , which was not free (for our surprise). I mentioned that it is "follow up appointment", on which they respond "free follow up- after 2 days , not 20. ".. I told that it is nonsence to come for follow up consultation at the start of taking medication. When we said that doctor told to come after finishing medication - they just ignored, bcoz for this clinic MONEY is most important... Allah is there and HE knows what to do with ppl who is acting such way towards unwell pets.

Despite not making an appointment, we took Lily to the vet last night. Ms. Honey, the nurse, was very friendly and approachable. Our Lily was handled with warmth by Dr. Ahmed Rezk and his assistant Uli when we waited for our turn. Their care for our fur baby made us feel safe. We recommend you check out their clinic for all your furbabies' needs.

I would recommend grooming service in this clinic to anyone! I always take my 3 cats, for grooming only, there. Staff very kind to my pets and hair cut looks always wonderful.

Had my Fur-babies for grooming few times, well experienced Groomer - Mark gave me advised how to treat my puppy ear mites and any issue with my puppies. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an experienced groomer, rest assured your Fur-babies is in safe hand.

Very happy with their spaying procedure for my female cat. Discharged after one day and not much after care needed. We did take care of her for 3 days like a baby but she quickly healed after. Recommend this clinic.

Well experienced vet. Was honest from the start with my cat's situation as she had high fever and was weak and not eating. Suggested trying some antibiotics and some drugs to lower her fever along with some strengthening fluids. Gave also tablet medication to give for the next 10 days. Advised that if she's not better in the next couple of days then we'll move onto test kits for laboratory diagnosis. The latter is expensive. An expert doctor who is considerate of the animal's wellbeing as well as the owners pocket as veterinary care, in general, is expensive. Please try look and log your pet's syndromes as that will help the vet in effectively diagnosing the issue. Recommend!

This place is clean and pet friendly. We have taken our cat, SHIRO there as he slipped and fell from the balcony.The doctor is sweet&soft spoken and did give us hopes.Even the staff is very cooperative.I pray that all the animals she touches will be healed, even before she gives medication.I pray in Jesus's name that she is a blessing to all these cute pets who look at her asking her to heal them, so that they can go home to thier loved ones. We are awaiting our SHIRO to come home. PLEASE PRAY FOR HIM

Horrible place wouldn't reccomend it to anybody unless u wanna kill your pet. My kitten was dying infront of me and he didnt think about even checking him or see whats wrong with him. Horrible staff.

Went to treat my Turkish Angora, ginger of ear mites and the staff was very friendly and welcoming from the receptionist to the doctor. Reasonable prices and good service.

Got charged 300 for spaying, with their logic being that it was a rescue, when I specifically said it's a stray. Even Dubai clinics charge only 200-250 for rescue spays so don't waste time going all the way to Ajman.

We have good experience for our cat snowy, her vaccine was due first one so we got it done with them, doctor is very kind and helpful also their rates are affordable
