Tale of Us concert, Saturday 15 October 2022: - no tickets sold online - tickets only at the door - tickets sale started 10:00PM - no mentioned price online or anywhere - they started selling at 450AED when we asked the people then they kept increasing 500 and we reached it was 550AED Is this normal? Is this legal? Shouldnt they announce a fixed price? They said the tickets will keep going up and capped at 1,000AED!!!! We waited for 45mins in queue and we did not buy at the end!!!! Is this ok in Dubai? Are they allowed to do that and not announce a price?! I hope the authorities will take an action against this and fine them!

Guys. Money is one thing. But tonight 17.09.22 was just disgusting. Fine must be applied to allow that many ppl in such a place. Just money money money. Very bad management

The front door girl was so rude, I understand when you convey a rule or something but you can say it nicely and politely specially for clients paying your salary!

Heard about Soho Beach but did not think I would enjoy it so much, Great food, beverage and atmosphere. The staff service could be improved.

You need to wait for ages to get drinks ! Bartenders doesnt even care even when they see you waiting for so long. They need to stop selling tickets to those hunters so geniue people can enjoy!

I went there for an event.. So haven't eaten or had that side of experience however the music system is amazing and they host amazing dj's which is always a treat.

I have wasted my time, standing over 40 minutes in a "VIP" queue, if you can call it "VIP". Terrible management & very slow service! No valet parking space after 11pm on Fridays! So I left without even entering inside.

A friend and I attended Soho beach in the evening recently. The decor was amazing and the music was also on point. The drinks service however could be improved. Despite being only 1 person from the bar i waited at least 15 minutes each time i ordered. Given how extortionately expensive the drinks are I imagine they can afford to put more bar staff on to serve customers quicker or provide more table service. The staff were good though and friendly.

Soho garden is the best place to be if you are into really good music and vibes! As a nightclub it’s one of the best in Dubai. Glasshouse also has very night atmosphere.

Soho on of the famous club in Dubai. The place is included 5 clubs together. We went with friends to Code , and it was amazing clubbing experience. I attended dj Innellea performance, and really love it ❤️

Well, i came as couple to have drinks at the Bar!! After paying 200 for entrance, i have found that to enter hiphop it’s actually for free. When i asked the guard he denied and informed that i have i informed. Didn’t like that a bit. Still love the place due!

I would say thank you to the beverage manager for all company. We had very bad experience in Soho Abu Dhabi on Artbat event , paid 1k just for tickets, wanna get a champagne and table… the security are fully rude idiots, they literally said fckoff,... but came bev manager and super professionally sort all the problems.

I had received multiple emails from HIVE at Soho Beach to join in on their opening night and after registering for their guestlist earlier and receiving confirmation that I'm on their guestlist, I planned my night and headed there around 12.30 only to be faced by a very RUDE and ARROGANT hostess who kept saying the guestlist is closed. I kept telling her that I had received a confirmation message and had traveled from the Marina for the night, but she only kept repeating 'Guestlist is closed, please leave'. I was shocked to see such an attitude from a hostess of Soho brand. Without waisting much time, I headed to White, where not only the hostess and bouncers were friendly even the club vibe was electrifying. Wonder how such Big Club Brands employ such unprofessional staff knowing there is huge competition in the Dubai nightlife industry. And if you have such an uptight door staff, why spam and send out multiple emails inviting everyone to register and attend?

I have never experienced such bad service in Dubai. The staff was not friendly at all, rude and ignorant. and whenever you try to speak to them they ask you to complain and there's nothing that can be done, even the manager didn't care enough to sort our issues, Have no clue what they are doing. Placed us in a different table in order to receive more money by adding more tables, lied about their opening time and had us wait for two hours in the heat, their customer service person for booking lied about the party being indoor or outdoor, orders took forever to be received, and moreover trying to scam by adding additional amount to the bill.

Good nigt club with good music and varites of fun but expensive table

Paid $220 and they didnt even open on time on NEW YEARS EVE!!!!! Literally standing in line still after 2 hours past the open time and they haven’t let us in. Would not recommend ever!

I came here for the #ILoveUnited event. So my review is based on that. I found it easy to reach here and also there were a lot of parking spots. The venue is very nice good views. Would definitely like to come back again to see other events or such.

The worst service I have eve experienced in Dubai , First we have been told that we can enter at 10 pm actually I had to wait till 11 front of the entrance , Second I did not get the table I paid for , Waitress was trying to get more money that what the bill was actually , by trying to apply VAT 10% instead of 5% , Got very small table for 12 people where only 5 people can sit . This was my first and the last time .
