Slow service. If ur really hungry i won't recommend this place. After 30 minutes the hukkah was served and food even later. The drink was wrong n then the waitress replaced it. Waitress dznt speak English pnly arabic speaking so was quite difficult to communicate. The burger i ordered had a very hard bun. Dint feel.fresh.

All is ok, but actually Idk where is Shiro, Axile, Nafany, Hobbit, buster and Groove, i just didn't find them so that is just 4 of 5

The prices are really high considering the location and interior of the place. High prices are acceptable in places like cloud 9 cafe when the food is amazing or just good, it most definitely was not the quality and taste was almost inedible and the customer service was horribly inappropriate would not recommend anyone to go there.

Bad service, uncomfortable chair and the place tables very close to each other to try to fit as much people in the place when made the place very crowded and hot

Really disappointed, ordered the highest priced special pineapple head shisha on the menu but they don't know how to make no no no smoke 🤣😂. Disappointing

They changed me 80 dirhams instead of 60 dirhams but he called me back and told me by mistake and he couldn't give me 20 drhms back

I really liked my stay at cloud 9 cafe . Its location is perfect right in front of river . The view from the hotel is perfect . The food taste was also good . However there were limited options . But the owner , the employees and staff were very courteous. They will make you feel like home. The rooms were neat and clean and my stay was comfortable.

Must visit as this place offers you good variety of food aling with fabulous staff service. Yummy shakes, delicious food.Must try : Oreo shake and veggie pizza.
