we had a big slice of blackforest for the first time from paul and it was just great .. and for the first time I started liking blackforest cake.. taste was just marvellous.. main thing is the cake was absolutely free. If we just register in their app then a slice of cake is free on our birthday. They will send you a code on the birthday which will be valid for a week..

Can’t enumerate the number of food we like from this Restaurant. From their breads, croissant, pain au chocolat to their sandwiches and pasta especially the Tagliatelle Chicken Pasta. Their desserts are also good. Their millefeuille and most of all my favorite, Fleur de lys! 🍽️ Highly recommended!

Flies were on my food, which was both bothersome and unclean; a fly fan should be installed. Only butter was served without smashed olives. Food was average. Smart pay force customers pay tip 7%!!

Hello and good morning. We usually come to Paul at least once a month on our day off. We enjoy having breakfast very much here. Today's experience really made us reconsider ever coming back here again. We are three people and we all ordered at the same time. Two of our meals came to the table, and one didn't. The server said it would take three minutes to be ready (eggs for God's sake.... And scrambled as well🤦‍♀️). To be courteous, we didn't eat our meals waiting for "3" minutes which turned into at least 12 minutes. By the time the third meal finally got to our table, the other meals were cold. When we asked the server to warm up one of the two cold meals, it took another 6-8 minutes whereas the third meal now was cold. Really ridiculous.... The whole point of going out for a meal (an easy and simple one such as breakfast) is to be able to share a meal with your companions and have pleasant time. Both weren't achieved at all, but it was a really bad experience in addition to the server's attitude who wasn't pleased with us being upset with this whole situation. I'm really disappointed.

The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating so you can enjoy a nice brunch. The food is delicious!

I recently visited Paul Bakery & Restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. *FOR THE MANAGEMENT * Paul had the best almond milk coffee in UAE when they used Milk Lab. Now you have changed to Alpro which makes it no different to the worst almond coffee in UAE. Please fix this!

I'm a very regular customer for Paul Cafe, actually I always have something there once or twice a day! For the last 7 months, either in City Centre Ajman Branch or in City Centre Al Zahia Branch... the service is being very poor, the waiters are not paying attention to the consumer at all, you may wait for 15 minutes or more to be noticed by a waiter so you can order!!! After I receive the order, if I want to add anything or to order something more I do wait for so long in such a way that I was forced to dial their land line number telling them that I'm a customer sitting in their shop needing someone to come to my table!!! I was a very loyal customer to Paul but now, unfortunately; I do not recommend it to anyone...
