I would give minus Star for lulu Al quasis Branch. Me and my wife really disappointed with the service of lulu kalyan.we are purchasing from 7 years from kalyan and always purchased with kalyan. But today it was ao disappointed and embarrassed my wife was checking for ruby stone earings with old one exchange which was purchased from kalyan krama branch, we just politely we asked can we exchange and said that we were advised by Karama branch that purcahse from kalayan we will get full return without deduct but invoice we dont have can you check from your system.. they were not intreated to check and reply was so embarsing that we were treated that they dont want us. If he would say ko on face also no issue he was not at replying properly. Never again will purchase gold. I have fold scheme with kalyan also i will wait until finish thats it but never again will purcahse with kalyan

I wish I could give negative stars. They don't even deserve a zero star courtesy, their poor ill mannered staff. They treat you as if they are doing a favor attending customers. Worst ever customer handling I have seen in my whole life. Rude arrogant and manner less staff. On my last visit to this branch their staff misbehaved with me as if they are doing me a favor by attending me. I had a good image of Kalyan Jewelers in my mind but yesterday it was ruined, I wont recommend buying or selling to Kalyan anymore I was a loyal customer before. When I asked him that no one responds on the customer support number he was like why were you trying to reach them. When I asked for the receipt of sale he deliberately denied and when I scolded him on that he behaved like a policeman interrogating me as if I am asking for something out of my rights. Their manager I assume provided the receipt when I was leaving. THEIR STAFF DONT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMER. VERY VERY RUDE STAFF I have had tremendous experience with Malabar Gold recently their staff was well mannered, greeted with a smile, listened to the customer and seemed well educated and well behaved. Kalyan was totally opposite. Anyways, poor staff, horrible customer handling, rude behavior, no value for customer, ill mannered staff. You name it this branch has it all. At least I am never coming back to Kalyan or recommending it to anyone who is educated person and cares about his/her self respect. Wont matter to them but one customer less, not recommended to anyone.

No options to provide minus point that why I’m throwing the one star!! Today we visited this shop and spent 5000+ AED. There is no transparency in their calculations. I have calculated the item wise gold rate + making charges and found the difference of AED 150. The salesman was not ready to calculate the item wise price and he was completely discouraging me to do that. Moreover if we ask the making charge of any item first they will tell blindly 26% or 24% and as they are doing some discount it will be reduced to 17 or 16%!! One more tricky thing they are doing, they will never advise the customers about the Shukran points or any other benefits for the customers..i didn’t get the shukran card points the sales man told “we already billed it why I didn’t tell me to add shukran!!” Instead of informing the benefits to customers they are interested to put the blame on us!! I don’t know what is the secret to keep the customers away for not giving the Shukran points..really suspicious!!

Not exchanging items, making up random rules not written in the bill. Also they put a different gold rate, than the present rate. They Confuse you by not giving the proper break up on the price / making charges.

I am very disappointed, customer handling. I like to buy one bracelet but your staff behaviour very sadness. How you are managing your customer like this type of staff. I got a very good service from Malabar gold the same shopping mall lulu hyper market al qusais. NB: I hardly request, when you recruit staff minimum quality of customer service

kalyan jewellers staff must to take a customer service training just recently 7-11-2021 i went to al nahda park lulu kalyan store for chain me and my wife we enter the store there was three staff and we asked for show us chain design he shown us 2 or 3 design we asked for show us more but staff did not take initiate to show us because of we wear just casual dress it was really disappointed then we moved to malabar they treated us like a customer we bought from them i will not recommended any of my friends or family member to go kalyan jewellers

Good variety. They also have ladies jewellery that typically matches the heavy traditional wear. Making charges were more compared to Malabar gold in some cases that I compared.

I have recently bought cubic stone Jewellery a kada and ring after using Just once only 1 stone from both the jewellery has come out.. now the jewellery looks bad the setting of the stone is worst...I have been using jewellery from malabar this never happened ..I m very much disappointed.. I HV recently bought a real diamond ring from Kalyan.. now I m hesitant to wear the ring because I m afraid of loosing the real diamond...plz give the solution for my cubic stone Jewellery

Good Afternoon. Muhammad Ashraf I bought jewelry and diamonds from Kalyan since last three years around AED 120000 plus. They told me on return of bangle no charges. Now my sister visited four shops in Sharjah and Dubai and global vallage for return of only 6 bangles costing AED 15600 with 6% deductible. Surprisingly all refuse with Reason cash not available. AED 15600 not available at any location. Very bad and pathetic attitude. Three days they took number but not respond properly.

Disappointing experience at Al Qesauis branch. Will not visit again zero customer service and make their own rules. Excellent Customer service - review social media reply after almost 1 year of complaint.Such a shame and disappointment.. Great customer service, keep it up.

They play a long on their calculator and finally offer a making charge which is atleast 3 times more than that of the market.

No parking area provided and located in a busy Area. Staffs are good but the making charges are very high. Don't expect good discount on products.
