A very unique souk in Sharjah with lot’s of free parking, many traditional shops selling jewelry, souvenirs, clothing and a few cafes in between. It takes about three hours to fully explore this massive souk. Be aware of the working hours specially on (holly) Fridays when you would have to wait until 4:30 pm for the shopkeepers to reopen the shops in the afternoon.

There is no bargaining permitted at the souq. Point to note for those new- the further you move away from the entrance, the cheaper the prices are .

The way I have read consumer rule they should put gold on the scale and the buyer should check the rate himself. So one meter should be facing us as a consumer. Few of them didn't. Rest its an amazing market with amazing designs available.
